8. The propaganda device of claim 2 in which a thermally conductive copper ring is fixedly disposed around the lamp panel inside the lamp box, and the thermally conductive copper ring is connected to two thermally conductive copper rods.

the rechargeable storage battery and the ambient light sensor are connected with the main controller; a dimming control circuit is connected between the light source assembly and the main controller;
