Hscore: the Harmonization System Code (HS-Code, trade name and Code coordination system), HSCODE refers to customs commodity Code, is an internationally common Code system for classifying commodities, and is used for counting and managing international trade.
At present, in the process of allocating and serving the goods, counting of a goods list is required for the transfer-in and transfer-out of the goods. When the statistics check is carried out, the bill comparison and the check are usually carried out manually, the operation process is long in time consumption and easy to make mistakes, and the efficiency and the accuracy are limited by the operation level and experience of an auditor. The manual auditing mode not only wastes a great deal of manpower and time resources, but also can solve the problems of missed audit, false audit and re-audit, and brings great trouble and loss to enterprise management.
Based on the above, in the specification, the method for checking the goods information is provided, which is used for rapidly comparing the goods information which is transferred in and out, and improving the checking efficiency and accuracy of the goods information. The present specification relates to an article information auditing apparatus, a computing device, and a computer-readable storage medium, one by one, as described in detail in the following embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a scenario of an item information auditing method according to an embodiment of the present specification, where an item transfer service exists between a warehouse a and a warehouse B, such as transferring an item from the warehouse a to the warehouse B. When goods are transferred from the warehouse A, information checking is required to be carried out on the goods bill, and whether the transfer meets the requirements or not is determined, such as whether the transfer quantity is compliant or not, whether the price of the goods is correct or not, and the like. And determining the bill to be audited corresponding to the warehouse A and the target bill corresponding to the warehouse B, wherein the two bills correspond to different stock positions. In order to accurately select the goods information corresponding to the target goods, the goods master information of the target goods is required to be determined, the first goods master information and the second goods master information are determined, the goods information screening strategy is determined according to the goods master information, then the first goods information is selected from the to-be-checked bill respectively based on the goods information screening strategy, and the second goods information is selected from the target bill. And then merging the first goods information and the second goods information, adding the first goods information and the second goods information to a goods information page, facilitating subsequent comparison, and detecting the difference and the consistency of the goods information between documents to determine whether the allocation meets the specified requirements. By comparing the merged goods information and displaying the goods auditing result in the goods information page, auditing efficiency is improved, and errors of manual operation are reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a method for auditing information of goods according to an embodiment of the present specification, specifically including the following steps.
Step 202: and determining a bill to be checked and a target bill corresponding to the bill to be checked, wherein the bill to be checked and the target bill are corresponding to different stock positions.
The bill to be audited can be understood as a bill needing to be audited with goods information, and the target bill can be understood as a bill used for comparing data with the bill to be audited in the process of auditing the bill to be audited. The bill to be checked and the target bill both contain the transfer relation of the goods, for example, the goods are transferred from the warehouse A to the warehouse B, and the goods are transferred from the warehouse B to the C place. And checking the goods information, namely checking the goods information contained in the bill to be checked and the target bill in a difference comparison way, so as to determine whether the allocation service meets the requirement.
In practical application, the bill to be checked and the target bill are in a corresponding relation, the bill to be checked can be an transfer-in bill, and the target bill is a transfer-out bill; the bill to be checked can be an transfer-in bill, and the target bill is the transfer-in bill. Since the bill to be checked and the target bill are in the corresponding relation, the bill to be checked and the goods information contained in the target bill are corresponding, and the two bills respectively contain the transfer-in information and the transfer-out information of one or more goods, so that the goods information can be checked only after that. In a specific application scene, in the goods allocation service, the to-be-checked bill and the target bill correspond to the bills in different inventory positions respectively, and if the to-be-checked bill records goods information from the warehouse A to the warehouse B, and the target bill records goods information from the warehouse B.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, it is determined that a document to be audited is information of an article in which an article is recorded, and in order to audit the article information of the document, a target document corresponding to the document is determined, where the target document is a document in which information of an article in which an article is recorded. The bill comprises key information such as price, monetary value, auditing quantity and legal quantity of the goods, and additional information such as goods identification, name, HSCODE and country of origin.
Further, in order to enable information comparison between the in-coming bill and the out-coming bill, corresponding bills need to be generated according to different transfer data, so that accuracy of comparison data is ensured, and a bill to be checked and a target bill corresponding to the bill to be checked are specifically determined, including: collecting transfer data of transferred goods, and generating transfer-in receipts and transfer-out receipts according to the transfer data; taking the transfer-in bill as a bill to be checked, and taking the transfer-out bill as a target bill; or taking the transferred-out bill as a bill to be checked and taking the transferred-out bill as a target bill.
The transfer of the goods is understood to mean the transfer of the goods after transfer, for example, from warehouse a to warehouse B or from warehouse a to the sales location. The transfer data can be understood as data corresponding to the transfer of the goods, including data in the process of transferring the goods, such as transfer-in reporting quantity, reporting name, etc.
In practical application, since the goods have the condition of transferring in and transferring out, transfer-in receipts and transfer-out receipts can be generated according to the transfer data of the transferred goods, and the two receipts respectively record the transfer-in information and the transfer-out information of the goods. In specific implementation, the transfer-in bill and the transfer-out bill may be generated by transfer data collected in a preset time period. The transfer-in bill can be used as a bill to be checked later, and the transfer-out bill can be used as a target bill. Or taking the transferred-out bill as a bill to be checked and taking the transferred-out bill as a target bill. The corresponding relation between the bill to be checked and the target bill and the transferred-in bill and the transferred-out bill can be determined according to actual conditions.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, transfer data during transfer of goods is collected, where the transfer data includes goods information recorded during transfer in and transfer out. And respectively generating an transfer-in bill and a transfer-out bill according to the transfer data, and determining that a target bill corresponding to the bill to be checked is the transfer-out bill aiming at the transfer-in bill as the bill to be checked.
Based on the method, the key information and other contents in the transfer-in and transfer-out processes can be determined by collecting the transfer data of the transferred goods, so that transfer-in bill and transfer-out bill are generated, and the subsequent information comparison for transfer-in and transfer-out services is facilitated.
Step 204: selecting first cargo owner information of a target cargo in the to-be-checked bill, selecting second cargo owner information of the target cargo in the target bill, and determining a cargo information screening strategy corresponding to the target cargo based on the first cargo owner information and the second cargo owner information.
The first owner information may be understood as owner information corresponding to the target goods in the to-be-checked bill, and the second owner information may be understood as owner information corresponding to the target goods in the target bill. The item information screening policy may be understood as a policy for screening item information. The bill records the owner information corresponding to the goods, and the owner information corresponding to the target goods can be selected from the bill. The owner information may be understood as the initiator identity information and the recipient identity information of the transfer of the goods.
In practical application, when an article is transferred from one warehouse to another warehouse, the owner information sent by the article may be a, the owner information received by the article may be B, and at this time, the first owner information is a, and the second owner information is B. The first owner information is inconsistent with the second owner information, and a corresponding goods information screening strategy can be determined by comparing the first owner information with the second owner information.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the first owner information of the target article is selected as the owner a in the to-be-checked bill, and the second owner information of the target article is selected as the owner B in the target bill. And determining an item information screening policy of the target item based on the first owner information and the second owner information.
Further, in order to accurately select two pieces of principal information of a target article from a document, the selection needs to be performed according to name information of article information, specifically, first principal information of the target article is selected from the to-be-checked document, and second principal information of the target article is selected from the target document, including: determining the article name information of the target article; and selecting the first principal information of the target goods in the to-be-checked bill according to the goods name information, and selecting the second principal information of the target goods in the target bill.
The article name information may be understood as an article name corresponding to the target article, and the owner information corresponding to the target article may be selected from the to-be-checked list according to the article name information. In practical application, the names of the target goods in the to-be-checked list and the target bill are consistent, so that corresponding first goods owner information and second goods owner information can be respectively selected from the to-be-checked list and the target bill according to the goods name information.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, article name information of a target article is determined, the article name information is a, and first owner information and second owner information are determined in a document to be checked and a target document according to the article name information.
Based on the information, the first goods owner information and the second goods owner information can be selected from the to-be-checked data and the target bill through the goods name information of the target goods, and then the goods information screening strategy of the target goods can be determined according to the first goods owner information and the second goods owner information, so that the goods information of the target goods can be screened conveniently.
Further, in order to accurately select the article information from the document later, a corresponding article information screening policy needs to be determined first, and specifically, the article information screening policy corresponding to the target article is determined based on the first article owner information and the second article owner information, including: comparing the first owner information with the second owner information; and determining an item information screening strategy corresponding to the target item according to the comparison result.
And comparing the first cargo owner information with the second cargo owner information to determine whether the first cargo owner information is consistent with the second cargo owner information or not, so that the cargo information screening strategy corresponding to the target cargo is selected according to the comparison result.
In practical applications, in order to combine similar or related goods information into a single group, information corresponding to the target goods needs to be selected, but the corresponding owners of the target goods in the transfer-in bill and the transfer-out bill may be different. In order to solve the problem of wrong data screening out due to different owners, the owner information during the transfer-in and the owner information during the transfer-out are compared, an article information screening strategy is determined according to the comparison result, and the article information is selected based on the article information screening strategy.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the first cargo owner information and the second cargo owner information are compared, where the first cargo owner information is a, and the second cargo owner information is B, and then the item information screening policy corresponding to the target item is determined according to the comparison result.
Based on the method, the transfer-in goods owner information and the transfer-out goods owner information are compared, the goods information screening strategy can be determined according to the comparison result, the transfer-out goods information and the transfer-in goods information corresponding to the target goods are screened out from the two documents, and the goods information auditing accuracy is improved.
Further, in the two cases of consignment and disagreement, different item information screening strategies need to be selected, and specifically, the item information screening strategy corresponding to the target item is determined according to the comparison result, including: determining an item information screening strategy corresponding to the target item as an identification screening strategy under the condition that the comparison result is that the first cargo owner information is consistent with the second cargo owner information; and under the condition that the comparison result is that the first goods owner information is inconsistent with the second goods owner information, determining the goods information screening strategy corresponding to the target goods as the coding screening strategy.
Under the condition that the first cargo owner information is consistent with the second cargo owner information, the cargo information screening strategy is an identification screening strategy, wherein the identification screening strategy can be understood as a strategy for carrying out information screening according to cargo identification, and the cargo identification is a unique identifier of the cargo, namely a unique identifier of the cargo in a system or a database and is used for identifying and tracking the identity and the attribute of the cargo. Under the condition that the first cargo owner information and the second cargo owner information are inconsistent, the cargo information screening strategy is a coding screening strategy, wherein the coding screening strategy can be understood as a strategy for information screening according to cargo codes, and the cargo codes are HSCODE of the cargo, namely customs commodity codes used when the cargo is imported and exported.
In practical application, for the same kind of goods, the same goods identifier used by the same owner for the goods is the same, and the goods identifiers used among different owners are different, for example, for perfume goods, the goods identifier used by a owner when importing perfume is a, the goods identifier used when importing perfume again later is a, and the goods identifiers used by other owners when importing perfume are B. Therefore, when the owners are the same, the corresponding goods information can be selected according to the goods identification. In the case where the owners are different, since the article codes of the articles are identical, the selection of the article information can be made according to the article codes.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, when the first cargo owner information and the second cargo owner information are both a, determining that the item information screening policy corresponding to the target item is an identification screening policy, and subsequently selecting the item information corresponding to the target item from the two documents according to the identification screening policy.
In another specific embodiment of the present disclosure, when the first cargo owner information is different from the second cargo owner information, determining that the item information screening policy corresponding to the target item is a code screening policy, and subsequently selecting the item information corresponding to the target item from the two documents according to the code screening policy.
Based on the information, the corresponding goods information screening strategy is selected by comparing the goods owner information, so that correct goods information is screened out according to the goods information screening strategy, and subsequent goods information difference comparison is facilitated.
Step 206: and selecting the first item information of the target item in the to-be-checked list according to the item information screening strategy, and selecting the second item information of the target item in the target list.
The first item information may be understood as item allocation information corresponding to the target item in the document to be checked, and the second item information may be understood as item allocation information corresponding to the target item in the target document.
In practical application, after determining the goods information screening policy, goods transferring information corresponding to the target goods can be selected from the two documents according to the goods information screening policy, for example, goods transferring information in the goods transferring process and goods transferring information in the goods transferring process. The goods information can include, but is not limited to, HSCODE, price, monetary value, declared quantity, legal quantity, etc., wherein the price is the goods value or transaction amount of the goods, and represents the value of the goods in the transaction process; the monetary value is the type of currency used for the transaction of the goods, and is typically used to represent the monetary units of the transaction amount; the declaration quantity is the quantity of the goods declared in the bill and is used for unifying and managing the quantity of the goods; the legal quantity is the quantity of goods declared or recorded according to legal requirements, which is usually used to comply with legal regulations or industry regulations.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the article transfer information of the target article is selected from the to-be-checked bill, i.e., the transfer-in bill, according to the article information screening policy, and the article transfer information of the target article is selected from the target bill, i.e., the transfer-out bill.
Further, according to different screening strategies, information selection can be performed according to different screening conditions, and the specific goods information screening strategy is the identification screening strategy; selecting the first item information of the target item in the to-be-checked list according to the item information screening policy, and selecting the second item information of the target item in the target list, wherein the method comprises the following steps: determining the item identification information of the target item based on the identification screening policy; and selecting the first goods information of the target goods in the to-be-checked list according to the goods identification information, and selecting the second goods information of the target goods in the target list.
The article identification information is the unique identifier information of the article, and after the article information screening policy is determined to be the identification screening policy, the article information can be selected according to the article identification information.
In practical application, when the goods information screening strategy is the identification screening strategy, the information comparison under the condition of the same goods owner is described, at the moment, the information selection can be carried out according to the goods identification and the country of origin, and then the selected first goods information and second goods information are merged, so that the subsequent information comparison is facilitated.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the article information screening policy is an identification screening policy, article identification information of the target article is determined according to the identification screening policy, the article identification information is 123, article transfer information of the target article is selected as first article information in the transfer-in receipt according to the article identification information and original country information of the target article, and article transfer information of the target article is selected as second article information in the transfer-out receipt.
Correspondingly, the goods information screening policy is the coding screening policy; selecting the first item information of the target item in the to-be-checked list according to the item information screening policy, and selecting the second item information of the target item in the target list, wherein the method comprises the following steps: determining the goods code information of the target goods based on the code screening strategy; and selecting the first goods information of the target goods in the to-be-checked list according to the goods coding information, and selecting the second goods information of the target goods in the target list.
The goods coding information is hscond of the goods, and after the goods information screening policy is determined to be the coding screening policy, the goods information can be selected according to the goods coding information.
In practical application, when the goods information screening policy is the coding screening policy, the information comparison under the condition of different owners is described, at this time, the information selection can be performed according to the goods coding and the country of origin, and then the selected first goods information and second goods information are merged, so that the subsequent information comparison is facilitated.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the article information screening policy is a coding screening policy, article coding information of the target article is determined according to the coding screening policy, the article coding information is 123×321, article transfer information of the target article is selected as first article information in the transfer-in receipt according to the article coding information and original country information of the target article, and article transfer information of the target article is selected as second article information in the transfer-out receipt.
Based on the method, corresponding goods information can be selected under the condition that owners are the same or different through different goods information screening strategies, and the correctness of subsequent information comparison is ensured.
Step 208: and adding the first goods information and the second goods information to a goods information page, and displaying the goods auditing result corresponding to the target goods through the goods information page.
After the first goods information and the second goods information are selected, the first goods information and the second goods information can be added to a goods information page, and the goods information page is used for displaying the goods information and intuitively displaying the information comparison result to auditors. And the goods auditing result is the result of information difference comparison, and auditing personnel can quickly discover difference data through the goods information page to determine the problem.
In an actual application, after the first article information and the second article information are added to the article information page, the first article information and the second article information may be subjected to differential comparison, and then the corresponding comparison result is displayed through the article information page, specifically, after the first article information and the second article information are added to the article information page, the method further includes: at least one piece of first goods information corresponding to the first goods information and at least one piece of second goods information corresponding to the second goods information are respectively determined; comparing the at least one first article information with the at least one second article information; and determining an item auditing result corresponding to the target item according to each comparison result.
The first article information may be understood as various information included in the first article information, and the second article information may be understood as various information included in the second article information, and since the first article information and the second article information each include a plurality of different information of the target article, in order to correctly perform the comparison, the plurality of different information needs to be compared one by one.
In practical application, after comparing each item information in the item information, a comparison result after comparing each item information can be obtained, and then a corresponding item auditing result is determined based on all the comparison results. The goods auditing result comprises the goods information which are consistent in comparison and the goods information which are inconsistent in comparison. The specific comparison result can be displayed to the auditor in the goods information page through the goods auditing result.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, article transfer-in sub-information in article transfer-in information is determined, article transfer-out sub-information in article transfer-out information is determined, the article transfer-in sub-information and the article transfer-out sub-information are compared respectively, and an article audit result of a target article is determined according to the comparison result.
Further, after determining that the goods allocation data is abnormal, an auditor can quickly determine and modify the problem according to the goods auditing result, and the method further comprises the following steps: responding to an information adjustment request aiming at the goods auditing result, and determining goods information to be adjusted of the target goods; and updating the first goods information or the second goods information based on the goods information to be adjusted.
The information adjustment request can be understood as a request for adjusting the goods information sent by an auditor based on the goods auditing result, and the information adjustment request is used for adjusting the goods information so that the goods information of the target goods meets the specified requirements.
