All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present application based on the embodiments herein.
The following disclosure provides many different embodiments, or examples, for implementing different structures of the application. In order to simplify the disclosure of the present application, the components and arrangements of specific examples are described below. Of course, they are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present application. Furthermore, the present application may repeat reference numerals and/or letters in the various examples. This repetition is for the purpose of simplicity and clarity and does not in itself dictate a relationship between the various embodiments and/or configurations discussed.
According to a first aspect of an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a method for controlling a refrigerator drawer, optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s102, acquiring the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer under the condition that the target object exists in the refrigerator drawer;
s104, according to the indoor temperature, the opening number of the air door sets of the nine-grid refrigerating assembly of the refrigerator drawer is adjusted to adjust the indoor temperature, wherein the nine-grid refrigerating assembly is used for transmitting cold air to an air channel formed between the air door sets and the cold guide disc of the nine-grid refrigerating assembly through the air door sets, and the cold guide disc is cooled to adjust the indoor temperature.
Optionally, the meat food is mainly refrigerated and frozen, the refrigerating temperature is generally 0-5 ℃, the meat is kept at a temperature above the freezing point, the meat is not frozen, but the preservation period is only about 3 days. The freezing temperature is generally-18 to-38 ℃, the storage period of meat can be prolonged by freezing storage, but thawing is difficult, ice crystals are large, cells can be punctured during thawing, and a large amount of nutrient components are lost. Therefore, in this embodiment, the form of combining air cooling with direct cooling is used for cooling a refrigerator drawer, a nine-grid refrigerating assembly is added on the refrigerator drawer, the nine-grid refrigerating assembly is composed of an air door set and a cold guide disc, and the working principle of the nine-grid refrigerating assembly is that when cooling the refrigerator drawer, cold air is transmitted to an air channel formed between the air door set and the cold guide disc through the air door set, and the cold guide disc is cooled, so that the refrigerator drawer is cooled, and therefore, the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer can be adjusted according to the temperature required by stored food by adjusting the opening quantity of the air door set. Taking a target object as meat food as an example, when a user is detected to store the meat food in the refrigerator drawer, the opening quantity of the air door group is adjusted, so that the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer is kept in a temperature interval required by the meat food, thereby avoiding loss of moisture and nutrition caused by direct blowing of cold air into the food, realizing the aim of better keeping the quality and the nutritive value of the food, and further solving the technical problem that a large amount of food nutrition ingredients are lost when the refrigerator freezes the food.
As an alternative example, adjusting the number of openings of the damper group of the nine-compartment cooling assembly of the refrigerator drawer according to the indoor temperature to adjust the indoor temperature includes:
controlling the nine-grid refrigerating assembly to operate with the opening number of the air door groups as a first number so as to keep the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer in a first temperature interval;
after the nine-grid refrigerating assembly runs for a first time with the opening number of the air door groups as a first number, controlling the nine-grid refrigerating assembly to run with the opening number of the air door groups as a second number so as to keep the indoor temperature in a second temperature interval, wherein the second number is larger than the first number, and the highest temperature of the second temperature interval is smaller than the lowest temperature of the first temperature interval;
after the nine-grid refrigerating assembly runs for a second duration with the opening number of the air door sets as a second number, controlling the nine-grid refrigerating assembly to run with the opening number of the air door sets as a third number so as to keep the indoor temperature in a third temperature interval, wherein the third number is larger than the second number, and the highest temperature of the third temperature interval is smaller than the lowest temperature of the second temperature interval;
and after the nine-grid refrigerating assembly runs for a third time period with the opening number of the air door groups as a third number, controlling the nine-grid refrigerating assembly to run with the opening number of the air door groups as a second number so as to keep the indoor temperature in a second temperature interval.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the nine-grid refrigerating assembly is controlled to operate with the opening number of the air door set as the first number, so that the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer is kept at 2-3 ℃ for three hours, and the meat food is brought to a uniform temperature state, so that the temperature of the meat food can be reduced better and more uniformly. And then controlling the nine-grid refrigerating assembly to operate with the opening number of the air door groups as a second number, so that the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer is kept at-3 to-5 ℃ for two hours, and the supercooling state is carried out, so that an ice film is formed on the surface of meat food, and the damage to the meat food caused by instant low temperature is avoided. And then controlling the nine-grid refrigerating assembly to operate with the opening number of the air door groups as a third number, so that the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer is kept at-37 to-39 ℃. And the meat food is kept for three hours, so that the meat food is quickly frozen, and simultaneously, the inside and the outside of the meat food can be completely frozen. And finally, controlling the nine-grid refrigerating assembly to operate with the opening number of the air door groups as a second number so as to keep the indoor temperature at-3 to-5 ℃ for slightly freezing preservation, thereby avoiding the problem that the meat is difficult to defrost and a large amount of nutrient substances are lost. The purpose of better maintaining the quality and the nutritive value of food is realized, and the technical problem that a large amount of nutrient components of the food are lost when the food is frozen by a refrigerator is solved.
As an alternative example, controlling the nine-check cooling assembly to operate with the number of open air door sets as a first number to maintain the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer at a first temperature interval includes:
controlling a first number of dampers of the damper group to open;
controlling the opening number of the air door group to be reduced by one under the condition that the indoor temperature is detected to be smaller than the lowest temperature of the first temperature interval, so that the indoor temperature is kept in the first temperature interval;
in the case that the indoor temperature is detected to be greater than the highest temperature of the first temperature section, the opening number of the damper group is controlled to be increased by one so that the indoor temperature is maintained at the first temperature section.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the air door set may be nine air doors, and when the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer needs to be kept at 2-3 ℃, any three air doors of the nine-grid refrigeration assembly are controlled to be opened, and the first air door, the second air door and the third air door can be kept closed, so that the indoor temperature is reduced to between 2-3 ℃. The temperature sensor detects the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer at intervals, when the indoor temperature is detected to be lower than 2 ℃, the indoor temperature is too low, and any one of the opened air doors is controlled to be closed at the moment, so that the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer is increased to be between 2 and 3 ℃. When the indoor temperature is detected to be between 2 and 3 ℃, the current state is maintained. When the indoor temperature is detected to be higher than 3 ℃, the indoor temperature is too high, and any one of the closed air doors is controlled to be opened at the moment, so that the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer is reduced to be between 2 and 3 ℃. This stage requires maintaining the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer between 2 and 3 c for three hours by controlling the opening and closing of nine dampers.
As an alternative example, after the nine-compartment cooling assembly is operated for a first period of time with the number of open air door sets as a first number, controlling the nine-compartment cooling assembly to be operated with the number of open air door sets as a second number to maintain the indoor temperature at the second temperature interval includes:
controlling a second number of dampers of the damper group to open;
controlling the opening number of the air door group to be reduced by one in case that the indoor temperature is detected to be less than the lowest temperature of the second temperature interval, so that the indoor temperature is maintained in the second temperature interval;
in the case that the indoor temperature is detected to be greater than the highest temperature of the second temperature section, the opening number of the damper group is controlled to be increased by one so that the indoor temperature is maintained at the second temperature section.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the air door set may be nine air doors, and when the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer needs to be kept at-3 to-5 ℃, any six air doors of the nine-grid refrigeration assembly are controlled to be opened, and the first air door, the second air door, the third air door, the fourth air door, the fifth air door and the sixth air door can be kept closed, so that the indoor temperature is reduced to be between-3 and-5 ℃. The temperature sensor detects the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer at intervals, when the indoor temperature is detected to be lower than-5 ℃, the indoor temperature is too low, and any one of the opened air doors is controlled to be closed at the moment, so that the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer is increased to be between-3 ℃ and-5 ℃. When the indoor temperature is detected to be between-3 ℃ and-5 ℃, the current situation is maintained. When the indoor temperature is detected to be higher than-3 ℃, the indoor temperature is too high, and any one of the closed air doors is controlled to be opened at the moment, so that the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer is reduced to be between-3 ℃ and-5 ℃. This stage requires maintaining the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer between-3 and-5 c for two hours by controlling the opening and closing of the nine dampers.
As an alternative example, after the nine-compartment cooling assembly is operated for a second duration with the number of open air door sets as the second number, controlling the nine-compartment cooling assembly to be operated with the number of open air door sets as the third number to maintain the indoor temperature at the third temperature interval includes:
controlling a third number of dampers of the damper group to open;
in the case that the detected indoor temperature is less than the lowest temperature of the third temperature section, the opening number of the damper group is controlled to be reduced by one so that the indoor temperature is maintained in the third temperature section.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the air door set may be nine air doors, and when the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer needs to be kept at-37 to-39 ℃, all the air doors of the nine-grid refrigeration assembly are controlled to be opened so as to reduce the indoor temperature to between-37 and-39 ℃. The temperature sensor detects the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer at intervals, when the indoor temperature is detected to be lower than-39 ℃, the indoor temperature is too low, and any one of the opened air doors is controlled to be closed at the moment, so that the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer is increased to be between-37 ℃ and-39 ℃. When the indoor temperature is detected to be between minus 37 ℃ and minus 39 ℃, the current situation is maintained. When the indoor temperature is detected to be higher than-37 ℃, the indoor temperature is overhigh, and the nine air doors are kept to be all opened until the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer is reduced to be between-37 ℃ and-39 ℃. This stage requires maintaining the indoor temperature of the refrigerator drawer between-37 and-39 ℃ for three hours by controlling the opening and closing of the nine dampers.
By combining an example, the application designs a control method of a refrigerator drawer, wherein the refrigerator drawer is cooled by combining air cooling with direct cooling, such as a whole refrigerator structure shown in fig. 2 and a structure diagram of a nine-grid refrigerating assembly shown in fig. 3, wherein 1 is the refrigerator drawer, 2 is the nine-grid structure, 3 is a temperature sensor, 4 is an air inlet at the top of the drawer, 5 is a plastic shell, 6 is a cold guide disc, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 are air door switches of grid 1, grid 2, grid 3, grid 4, grid 5, grid 6, grid 7, grid 8 and grid 9, and 16 is an air duct. The main structure of the refrigerator drawer is that a plastic embedded metal cold-conducting disc nine-grid refrigerating assembly is arranged at the top of the refrigerator drawer, corresponding air channels and air doors are arranged for each metal cold-conducting disc grid, the temperature sensor detects the temperature of the drawer compartment, and different numbers of nine-grid air door switches can be controlled at any time according to different temperature requirements of foods and the detected temperature of the drawer compartment, so that the preservation and fresh keeping of the foods are guaranteed, and the loss of moisture and nutrition caused by direct blowing of the foods by wind is avoided. The specific control steps are as follows:
in the first step, as shown in the drawer-room temperature change chart of fig. 4, food is required to be stored in t1: the temperature is between 2 and 3 ℃ for 3 hours, so that the temperature is in a uniform temperature state, at the moment, 3 grids in the nine grids need to be opened for refrigeration, namely the air door 7, the air door 8 and the air door 9 are respectively opened automatically, and the other 6 grids are closed. The temperature sensor in the drawer can detect the current indoor temperature T1 at intervals, and if the temperature T1 is between 2 and 3, the current state is kept. If T1 is more than 3 ℃, one more air door is automatically opened. If T1 is less than 2 ℃, automatically closing a grid of air door.
In the second step, as shown in the drawer indoor temperature change chart in fig. 4, the food is at the same temperature, and needs to be cooled for supercooling, and needs to be stored at t2: the time is 2 hours between-3 ℃ and-5 ℃. At this time, 6 air doors in the nine-grid are opened and cooled automatically, namely an air door 7, an air door 8, an air door 9, an air door 10, an air door 11 and an air door 12 respectively, and the other 3 air doors are closed. The temperature sensor in the drawer can detect the current indoor temperature T2 at intervals, and if the temperature T2 is between-3 ℃ and-5 ℃, the current state is kept continuously. If T2 > -3-DEG C, automatically opening one more air door. If T2 is less than-5 ℃, automatically closing a grid of air door.
Third, as shown in the temperature change chart in the drawer room in fig. 4, the food is in supercooled state, and needs to be quickly frozen and stored in t3: the temperature is-37 to-39 ℃ and the time is 3 hours. At this time, all the nine boxes are opened for refrigeration, namely, a damper 7, a damper 8, a damper 9, a damper 10, a damper 11, a damper 12, a damper 13, a damper 14 and a damper 15. The temperature sensor in the drawer can detect the current indoor temperature T3 at intervals, and if the temperature T3 is between-37 ℃ and-39 ℃, the current state is kept. If T3 > -37 ℃, all the air doors are kept open until the temperature reaches between-37 ℃ and-39 ℃. If T3 is less than-39 ℃, automatically closing a grid of air door.
Fourth, as shown in the drawing of the indoor temperature change of the drawer shown in fig. 4, the foods are in a quick freezing state and are stored at-3 to-5 ℃ in a slight freezing state, and the air door of the nine-grid 3 is automatically closed and only 6 grids, namely an air door 7, an air door 8, an air door 9, an air door 10, an air door 11 and an air door 12, are required to be opened. The nine-grid air door can be opened and closed at any time according to the indoor temperature detected by the temperature sensor so as to achieve a better storage state.

The freezing temperature is generally-18 to-38 ℃, the storage period of meat can be prolonged by freezing storage, but thawing is difficult, ice crystals are large, cells can be punctured during thawing, and a large amount of nutrient components are lost.
