Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of integral wellhead gas production equipment of ocean platforms, and particularly relates to a wellhead sleeve and a christmas tree device.
Background
Currently in the southeast Asia market, integral wellhead casing seals and casing hangers are mostly elastomeric rubber sealed seals, such as International companies Cameron, FMC and Ake, etc. The seal and casing hanger configuration is shown in figures 1-2. The core technical points are as follows:
1. sealing technology: the sealing device and the wellhead body are sealed by an S sealing ring (elastic rubber seal), the sealing device and the sleeve mandrel hanger body are sealed by an FS sealing ring (elastic rubber seal), and the rubber seal has the characteristics of self-sealing function, simple structure, convenience in installation and the like.
2. Retention techniques: the locking ring is designed on the sealing device, after the sealing device is installed on the upper part of the casing hanger in place, the locking ring is excited by the locking ring, and the locking ring is expanded into the positioning groove of the wellhead body, so that the casing sealing device and the casing hanger are fixed in the wellhead body.
However, with the development of blocks with high sulfur content and high temperature at sea, rubber has limited high temperature resistance and hydrogen sulfide resistance, and particularly under a high-temperature environment, the elastic rubber seal is easy to lose efficacy, so that the safety and reliability of an offshore platform are reduced. Therefore, how to improve the safety and reliability of the offshore platform is a technical problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a wellhead casing to improve the safety and reliability of an offshore platform. In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

the full-metal sealing excitation ring is abutted against the upper part of the second metal sealing group.

Referring to fig. 3-8, the present invention provides a wellhead casing, which includes a wellhead body 5, a hanger body 1 and an all-metal sealing device 3, wherein the hanger body 1 is disposed in the wellhead body 5, and the all-metal sealing device 3 is disposed between the hanger body 1 and the wellhead body 5.
Wherein the all-metal sealing device 3 comprises: the support ring 3-1, the first metal sealing group, the second metal sealing group and the all-metal sealing excitation ring 3-4; the support ring 3-1 is detachably arranged on the wellhead body 5 and is positioned between the wellhead body 5 and the hanger body 1, the support ring 3-1 is provided with a first limit support surface 3-7, and the first limit support surface 3-7 is perpendicular to the axis of the wellhead body 5; the first metal sealing group is arranged on the first limiting supporting surface 3-7 in a sliding manner, the first metal sealing group is provided with a first sliding surface 3-8, and the distance between the first sliding surface 3-8 and the axis of the wellhead body 5 is gradually increased from top to bottom; the second metal seal group is arranged on the first limit supporting surface 3-7 in a sliding way, is positioned between the first metal seal group and the hanger body 1, and is provided with a second sliding surface 3-9 in sliding fit with the first sliding surface 3-8; and the all-metal sealing excitation ring 3-4 is abutted against the upper part of the second metal sealing group.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides the wellhead casing, which has the following beneficial effects: the first metal sealing group and the second metal sealing group are supported by the first limiting supporting surface 3-7 of the supporting ring 3-1, when downward acting force is applied to the all-metal sealing exciting ring 3-4 by using the exciting tool based on the limiting effect of the first limiting supporting surface 3-7, the first sliding surface 3-8 of the first metal sealing group and the second sliding surface 3-9 of the second metal sealing group relatively slide, the first metal sealing group moves to the side close to the wellhead body 5 until being in fit sealing with the inner wall of the wellhead body 5, the second metal sealing group moves to the side close to the hanger body 1 until being in fit sealing with the outer wall of the hanger body 1, and meanwhile, the first sliding surface 3-8 and the second sliding surface 3-9 are in fit sealing based on the fit sealing at the three positions, so that the all-metal sealing device 3 achieves sealing between the hanger body 1 and the wellhead body 5.
It should be understood that the first metal sealing group and the second metal sealing group may be both in a split type structure or an integral type structure, and all structural forms capable of meeting the use requirement are within the scope of the present invention; optionally, the first metal seal group and the second metal seal group provided by the embodiment of the invention are both in split structures.
Specifically, the first metal seal group comprises a first outer metal seal body 3-3 and a second outer metal seal body 3-2, and the first outer metal seal body 3-3 and the second outer metal seal body 3-2 are connected together from top to bottom;
the second metal seal group comprises a first inner metal seal body 3-5 and a second inner metal seal body 3-6, and the first inner metal seal body 3-5 and the second inner metal seal body 3-6 are connected together from top to bottom.
The excitation tool pushes down the all-metal sealing excitation ring 3-4 to enable the first outer metal sealing body 3-3 and the second outer metal sealing body 3-2 to move radially respectively, namely the first outer metal sealing body 3-3 moves outwards and is bonded and sealed with the inner hole of the wellhead body 5; the first inner metal sealing body 3-5 moves inwards to be attached and sealed with the outer circle of the hanger body 1, and meanwhile, the inner conical surface of the first outer metal sealing body 3-3 and the outer conical surface of the first inner metal sealing body 3-5 are attached and sealed at the same time, so that the limited surface packing of the upper part is realized. Similarly, the second outer metal sealing body 3-2 moves outwards to be fit and sealed with the inner hole of the wellhead body 5; the second inner metal sealing body 3-6 moves inwards to be adhered and sealed with the outer circle of the hanger body 1, and meanwhile, the inner conical surface of the second outer metal sealing body 3-2 and the outer conical surface of the second inner metal sealing body 3-6 are also adhered and sealed at the same time, namely, the limited surface sealing and isolation of the lower part are realized, so that the upper and lower all-metal sealing is realized.
A plurality of sealing lips are arranged on one side of the first metal sealing group close to the wellhead body 5 and/or one side of the second metal sealing group close to the hanger body 1; by arranging a plurality of sealing lips, the sealing performance is further improved.
The first sliding surface 3-8 and the second sliding surface 3-9 are both conical surfaces, and may also be provided as curved surfaces.
The wellhead casing further comprises an all-metal sealing device locking assembly 4 which is arranged above the all-metal sealing excitation ring 3-4 and used for locking the all-metal sealing device.
The excircle of hanger body 1 sets up the sealed fixed slot of metal, and full metal seal device locking assembly 4 includes: a metal seal locking excitation ring 4-1 and a metal seal locking ring 4-2; the metal sealing locking ring 4-2 is provided with a second limiting supporting surface 4-3 perpendicular to the axis of the wellhead body, the metal sealing locking ring 4-2 is arranged on the second limiting supporting surface 4-3 in a sliding manner, the metal sealing locking ring 4-2 is provided with a first locking pushing surface 4-4, the distance between the first locking pushing surface 4-4 and the axis of the wellhead body 5 is sequentially reduced from top to bottom, and one side, close to the hanger body 1, of the metal sealing locking ring 4-2 is provided with a protruding part capable of being matched with the metal sealing fixing groove; the metal seal locking energizing ring 4-1 is provided with a second locking push surface 4-5 which cooperates with the first locking push surface 4-4.
After the pressure test of the all-metal sealing device 3 is qualified, the exciting tool pushes the metal sealing locking exciting ring 4-1 to move downwards, so that the metal sealing locking ring 4-2 is excited to shrink inwards, and finally the metal sealing locking ring is fixed in a metal sealing fixing groove on the outer circle of the casing hanger body 1.
The wellhead casing further comprises a hanger locking assembly 2 for locking and securing the hanger body 1 in the wellhead body 5.
The well head body 5 is equipped with and bears step and hanger locking fixed groove, bears the step and is used for bearing hanger body 1, and hanger locking assembly 2 includes: a hanger locking ring 2-1 and a hanger locking energizing ring 2-2; the hanger locking excitation ring 2-2 is provided with a third locking pushing surface 2-3; the hanger locking ring 2-1 is arranged below the hanger locking excitation ring 2-2, the hanger locking ring 2-1 is provided with a fourth locking pushing surface 2-4, and the hanger locking ring 2-1 expands towards one side close to the wellhead body 5 and slides into the hanger locking fixing groove to be in locking fit with the locking fixing groove based on pushing of the fourth locking pushing surface 2-4 by the third locking pushing surface 2-3.
The excitation tool is pushed downwards, the casing hanger locking excitation ring 2-2 also moves downwards, the casing hanger locking ring 2-1 is pushed to expand outwards, the casing hanger locking ring slides into the casing hanger locking ring fixing groove of the wellhead body 5 along the inclined plane of the casing hanger body 1, namely the casing hanger body 1 is locked in the wellhead body 5 through the casing hanger locking assembly 2, and locking and fixing of the casing hanger body 1 are realized.
The all-metal sealing device 3 is made of corrosion-resistant alloy, so as to solve the sealing requirements of extreme working conditions such as high hydrogen sulfide high corrosion, high temperature and high pressure.
The corrosion-resistant alloy can be iron-based alloy, titanium alloy or tungsten-molybdenum alloy, and any material capable of meeting the use requirement belongs to the protection scope of the invention.
The invention also provides a christmas tree device which comprises the wellhead casing according to any one of the above, so that the device has all the technical effects of the wellhead casing, and is not described in detail herein.
