Example 2:
the multifunctional rust preventive oil composition provided by the embodiment comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10% of synthetic sodium sulfonate; 3% of dodecenyl succinate; 2% of N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine; 3% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether; zinc butyl octyl dithiophosphate 4%; 25% of naphthenic base oil and 53% of dearomatization solvent oil.
Example 3:
the multifunctional rust preventive oil composition provided by the embodiment comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 12% of synthetic calcium sulfonate; 3% of ammonium dinonyl naphthalene sulfonate; heptadecenyl imidazolinyl succinate 3%; alkyl polyglucoside 5%; 3% of phosphorothioate complex amine salt; 20% of paraffin base oil and 54% of dearomatization solvent oil.
Example 4:
the multifunctional rust preventive oil composition provided by the embodiment comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5% of calcium dinonyl naphthalene sulfonate; zinc naphthenate 5%; 1% of dibutyl sodium naphthalene sulfonate; 1% of di-n-butyl phosphite; 3% of benzotriazole fatty amine salt and 85% of paraffin-based base oil.
Example 5:
the present example provides a multifunctional rust inhibitive aerosol consisting of the multifunctional rust inhibitive oil composition of example 1 and a propane propellant, the weight of the propellant being 30% of the weight of the multifunctional rust inhibitive oil composition.
Example 6:
the present example provides a multifunctional rust preventive aerosol composed of the multifunctional rust preventive oil composition of example 3 and a carbon dioxide propellant, the weight of the propellant accounting for 3% of the weight of the multifunctional rust preventive oil composition.
The above composition remains in the form of a liquid (multifunctional rust preventive oil composition) and an aerosol at the same time. The following are performance test results of the preferred embodiment.
Rust prevention test:
SH/T0081-rust-proof grease salt spray test method
The test salt spray test box is used for evaluating the rust resistance of the rust-proof grease to metals. The test uses No. 10 steel sheet, the temperature of salt fog chamber is 35 ℃, and 5% concentration sodium chloride aqueous solution is adopted.
Dehumidification test:
SH/T0036-rust-proof oil-water displacement test method
The test is to immerse the test piece soaked in distilled water in a sample for 15s, then place the test piece in a constant temperature and humidity tank, and place the test piece at 23 ℃ for 1h to observe whether rust and stain exist on the test piece to determine the water replacement performance of the rust preventive oil.
And (3) rust loosening test:
the test is to put the bolt into a salt fog box to carry out accelerated corrosion, then to immerse the corroded bolt into a sample solution, and to evaluate the rust loosening performance of the sample by weighing the quality of the loosened corrosion.
Lubrication test:
four-ball method for measuring abrasion resistance of NB/SH/T0189-lubricating oil
The four-ball test chamber is used for testing the abrasion resistance of the oil product. The test parameters were referred to condition A (speed: 1200r/min, time: 60min, load: 147N).
Surface tension test:
method for measuring surface tension of QB/T1323-detergent by using ring to pull up liquid film
The surface tension of the rust preventive oil was measured by a ring pull-up liquid film method.

As can be seen from Table 1, the multifunctional rust preventive oil composition provided by the invention has excellent functions of rust prevention, rust loosening, lubrication, water replacement, cleaning and the like.
The multifunctional rust-proof oil composition and the propellant are mixed according to a proportion and form multifunctional rust-proof oil aerosol in a spray tank mode, and the multifunctional rust-proof oil aerosol is sprayed on the surface of metal to be treated, and is uniform in atomization, convenient to operate and better in use effect.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art, who is within the scope of the present invention, should make equivalent substitutions or modifications according to the technical scheme of the present invention and the inventive concept thereof, and should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A multifunctional rust preventive oil composition is characterized in that: the multifunctional rust preventive oil composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2% -40% of oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor, 0.5% -15% of penetrating agent, 0.5% -15% of antiwear agent and 30% -90% of base oil.

The multifunctional rust preventive oil composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the multifunctional rust preventive oil composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5% -30% of oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor, 0.5% -10% of penetrating agent, 0.5% -10% of antiwear agent and 40% -90% of base oil.

The multifunctional rust preventive oil composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the multifunctional rust preventive oil composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10% -25% of oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor, 0.5% -5% of penetrating agent, 0.5% -5% of antiwear agent and 50% -85% of base oil.

The multifunctional rust preventive oil composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor is one or more of petroleum sodium sulfonate, petroleum barium sulfonate, petroleum calcium sulfonate, synthetic sodium sulfonate, synthetic barium sulfonate, synthetic calcium sulfonate, barium dinonyl naphthalene sulfonate, calcium dinonyl naphthalene sulfonate, ammonium dinonyl naphthalene sulfonate, zinc naphthenate, sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate, barium alkylbenzene sulfonate, calcium alkylbenzene sulfonate, lanolin magnesium soap, lanolin calcium soap, dodecenyl succinic acid ester, N-oleoyl sarcosine-octadecylamine salt and heptadecenyl imidazolinyl succinate.

The multifunctional rust preventive oil composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the penetrating agent is one or more of di-sec-octyl maleate sodium sulfonate, dibutyl naphthalene sodium sulfonate, sulfonated dioctyl succinate sodium salt, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, ethylene oxide condensate and alkyl polyglucoside.

The multifunctional rust preventive oil composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the antiwear agent is one or more of zinc butyl octyl dithiophosphate, zinc dioctyl dithiophosphate, di-n-butyl phosphite, a thiophosphoric acid nitrogen-containing derivative, tricresyl phosphate, a thiophosphoric acid complex amine salt, butyl isooctyl dodecylamine phosphate, triphenyl thiophosphate, sulfur isobutene, aminothioester and benzotriazole fatty amine salt.
7. The multifunctional rust preventive oil composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the base oil is one or more of paraffin base oil, naphthenic base oil and dearomatization solvent oil.
8. A rust inhibitive aerosol comprising the rust inhibitive oil composition of any of claims 1 to 7, characterized by: the rust-proof aerosol consists of the multifunctional rust-proof oil composition and a propellant.
9. The rust inhibitive aerosol of claim 8, wherein: the propellant is one or more of alkane, hydrofluoroalkane, dimethyl ether and carbon dioxide.
10. The rust inhibitive aerosol of claim 8, wherein: in the rust-proof aerosol, the weight of the propellant is 0.5% -40% of the weight of the multifunctional rust-proof oil composition.
