Abstract
The invention provides a preparation device and a preparation method of quartz fiber, wherein the preparation device of quartz fiber comprises an electric melting furnace, the electric melting furnace comprises a furnace body and an electric heating crucible, a furnace mouth guide plate is arranged at the top opening of the furnace body, a plurality of jacks are arranged on the furnace mouth guide plate, and a plurality of quartz rods to be processed can be inserted into the furnace body from the upper part of the furnace body through the jacks; the bottom of the furnace body is provided with an avoidance hole; the electric heating crucible is arranged in the furnace body and is cylindrical, and the electric heating crucible surrounds the quartz rod to be processed which is inserted into the furnace body and heats the quartz rod to be processed, so that wire drawing is performed. According to the technical scheme, the production efficiency of the quartz fiber yarn can be improved, the production cost of the quartz fiber yarn is reduced, and the phenomenon that the quartz fiber yarn is broken or the quality is reduced due to contact with excessive pollutants can be avoided.

Technical Field

Background
The quartz rod to be processed used for producing quartz glass fiber at present has the specification of 2-3mm (the base material above 3mm can not be met by the existing gas melting mode), the length is 1000-1500mm, the heating mode is a gas melting method which takes hydrogen (liquefied gas) and oxygen as energy sources, the base material can only be continuously produced for about 1h after being loaded once, repeated loading is needed for secondary production, and the production efficiency in unit time is low. When the gas melting mode is used for production, pollutants are easy to generate, the subsequent treatment of the product is influenced, and broken wires are easy to cause to influence the normal production of the product. How to use the quartz rod to be processed with the diameter larger than 3mm to produce quartz glass fiber, thereby improving the production efficiency and the product quality, and a new production process is urgently needed to support the production.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a preparation device and a preparation method of quartz fiber filaments are provided, so that the production efficiency of the quartz fiber filaments is improved, and the production cost is reduced.

In aspects and any one of the possible implementations described above, there is further provided an implementation, the electrically heated crucible is a graphite crucible.
In the aspects and any possible implementation manner as described above, there is further provided an implementation manner, wherein the furnace body is filled with an inert shielding gas.
The above aspect and any possible implementation manner further provide an implementation manner, a lubrication device, a guide wheel, a wire arranging wheel and a wire drawing machine are sequentially arranged below the electric melting furnace, and a plurality of quartz fiber wires pass through a bundle set of the guide wheel and a wire arranging drum of the wire arranging wheel and then are wound on a wire drawing drum in the wire drawing machine.

In the aspect and any possible implementation manner as described above, there is further provided an implementation manner, in which a plurality of quartz fiber bundles are collected directly under a middle position of a plurality of quartz rods to be processed; the wire drawing cylinder is positioned right below a plurality of quartz fiber tow collecting points.
According to a second aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a method for preparing quartz fiber yarn, comprising the steps of:
1) Connecting and fixing the tops of a plurality of quartz rods to be processed with a feeding device, and extending the bottoms of the quartz rods to be processed into the electric heating crucible through the insertion holes;
2) Introducing inert protective gas into the furnace body, wherein the ventilation time is not less than 10min;
3) Turning on a power supply of the electric melting furnace to enable the electric heating crucible to heat the quartz rod to be processed, and keeping the temperature constant at 1900-2500 ℃;
4) And after the quartz fiber formed by the falling of the bottom of the quartz rod to be processed after being heated and softened is pulled and wound to the periphery of a wire drawing cylinder in a wire drawing machine, starting the wire drawing machine.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic overall structure of a quartz fiber yarn preparation device provided by an embodiment of the invention, and referring to fig. 1, the quartz fiber yarn preparation device provided by the invention comprises an electric melting furnace 20, wherein the electric melting furnace 20 comprises a furnace body 21 and an electric heating crucible 22, a furnace mouth guide plate 211 is arranged at the top opening of the furnace body 21, a plurality of insertion holes 2111 are formed in the furnace mouth guide plate 211, and a plurality of quartz rods 1 to be processed can be inserted into the furnace body 21 from above the furnace body 21 through the insertion holes 2111; the bottom of the furnace body 21 is provided with an avoidance hole 212 for quartz fiber passing through; the electric heating crucible 22 is provided in the furnace body 21, is cylindrical, is provided around the bottom end periphery of the quartz rod 1 to be processed, and heats the quartz rod 1 to be processed inserted into the furnace body 21 by the electric heating crucible 22 to perform wire drawing.
According to the quartz fiber yarn preparation device and the quartz fiber yarn preparation method, the electric melting furnace 20 is used for heating and softening the quartz rods 1 to be processed, compared with a gas melting heating method, the heating temperature of the electric melting furnace 20 can reach 2500 ℃, and the generated heat can meet the melting deformation of a plurality of quartz rods 1 to be processed with the diameter of more than 3mm, so that the production time of a single quartz rod 1 to be processed is prolonged, the loading frequency of the quartz rods 1 to be processed is reduced, and the production cost of the quartz fiber yarn is further reduced.
According to the quartz fiber yarn preparation device and the quartz fiber yarn preparation method, the furnace mouth guide plate 211 is covered on the opening at the top of the furnace body 21, so that the quartz rod 1 to be processed is positioned in a relatively closed softening space, the furnace temperature is kept stable, and meanwhile, pollutants can be prevented from entering the furnace body 21, and the problem that the quartz fiber yarn is broken or the quality is reduced due to the fact that the quartz fiber yarn contacts with excessive pollutants is avoided.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the diameter of the quartz rod 1 to be processed is 4-20mm, the number of the quartz rods to be processed may be 2-80, and the quartz rods 1 to be processed are uniformly arranged without intersecting. As shown in fig. 1, the number of quartz rods 1 to be processed used in the present embodiment is five, and the quartz rods are vertically arranged in equal distance and parallel.
In some embodiments, the electrically heated crucible 22 is a graphite crucible, preferably a high purity graphite crucible, which is heated using a direct current or commercial ac power source, the size of the crucible being determined by the maximum loading of the quartz rod 1 to be processed. Of course, in other embodiments, a crucible made of other materials that can generate heat may be selected.
Further, in order to prevent the graphite crucible from being oxidized at a high temperature and further from dust pollution during the heating process, an inert shielding gas such as nitrogen gas may be introduced into the furnace body 21 of the electric melting furnace 20 through a shielding gas inlet (not shown) to perform atmosphere protection during the heating process of the quartz rod 1 to be processed by the electric heating crucible 22. The position of the shielding gas inlet can be set according to the requirement.
In some embodiments, a lubrication device 3, a guide wheel 4, a wire arranging wheel 5 and a wire drawing machine 6 are sequentially arranged below the electric melting furnace 20, wherein water, a sizing agent or other solvents capable of lubricating can be placed in the lubrication device 3, and the solvents can be uniformly smeared on the surface of the quartz fiber so as to improve the tensile strength and the bending strength of the quartz fiber; after being subjected to beam collection of the guide wheels 4 and wire arrangement of the wire arrangement wheel 5, the quartz fiber wires coated with the solvent are wound on a wire drawing cylinder 7 in a wire drawing machine 6, and the wire winding operation of the quartz fiber wires is realized under the traction of the wire drawing cylinder 7.

The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the quartz fiber yarn, which is applied to the preparation device of the quartz fiber yarn and comprises the following steps:
1) The top parts of a plurality of quartz rods 1 to be processed are fixedly connected with a feeding device, and the bottom parts of the quartz rods 1 to be processed extend into an electric heating crucible 22 through insertion holes 2111; the bottom of the quartz rod 1 to be processed is heated by an electric heating crucible 22.
2) Introducing inert protective gas into the furnace body 21, wherein the ventilation time is not less than 10min; the specific time is determined according to the specification size of electric melting furnace 20.
3) Turning on a power supply of the electric melting furnace 20 to heat the quartz rod 1 to be processed by the electric heating crucible 22, and keeping the temperature constant at 1900-2500 ℃; ensuring that the temperature reaches the softening temperature of the quartz rod 1 to be processed, and enabling the bottom of the quartz rod 1 to be processed to fall down to form quartz fiber after softening.
4) And through a manual or fiber head capturing device and the like, the quartz fiber formed by falling down after the bottom of the quartz rod 1 to be processed is heated and softened is pulled and wound to the periphery of a wire drawing cylinder 7 in a wire drawing machine 6, and then the wire drawing machine 6 is started to wind and draw the quartz fiber.
