The application also provides a flushing method for the biliary tract flushing device after liver transplantation, which comprises the following steps:
s1, firstly, a liquid blocking plug 25 is respectively plugged into the inner sides of one ends of a flushing pipe 5 and a corrugated pipe 8, the corrugated pipe 8 is compressed, an end cover of a liquid injection pipe 20 is opened, biliary tract flushing liquid is injected inwards, before the injection process, one hand is inserted between an outer elastic belt 12 and an inner buckling belt 13, a hand abdomen pushes a clamping piece 14 to be buckled on the outer side of a connecting pipe 17 through the inner buckling belt 13, a lower ball 1 is held by four fingers, a thumb is placed on the top friction surface of an upper ball 2, the thumb contacts with the top of an upper supporting belt 10 and is sunken, the upper ball 2 is extruded by a gap, a bottom sealing part 4 is extruded downwards to generate elastic deformation to be opened, and biliary tract flushing liquid in the lower ball 1 flows into the inner side of the flushing pipe 5 from the gap, wherein part of the biliary tract flushing liquid enters into a biliary tract drainage pipe 6 under the action of gravity until the barrier by the liquid blocking plug 25;
s2, after the flushing pipe 5 is filled with biliary tract flushing liquid, stopping extruding the upper ball body 2 and continuously injecting the biliary tract flushing liquid until the liquid level is level with the top of the liquid injection pipe 20, stopping liquid injection, and sealing the upper end of the liquid injection pipe 20;
s3, pulling out a liquid blocking plug 25 at one end of the flushing pipe 5, connecting the end with a sterilized drainage tube outside the patient, and then elongating the corrugated pipe 8, and placing one end of the corrugated pipe in a bending disc;
s4, pressing the upper supporting belt 10 downwards by the thumb, extruding the connecting pipe 17, the lower supporting belt 9 and the upper ball body 2 along, finally deforming and sealing the middle part of the connecting pipe 17, inwards sinking the upper ball body 2 to extrude biliary tract flushing liquid in the ball body, opening the lower sealing part 4, enabling the biliary tract flushing liquid to enter the flushing pipe 5, simultaneously under the action of extrusion force, observing the rising of the liquid level part in the pipe 16, judging the pressure change of the biliary tract flushing liquid in the flushing pipe 5 in a short time by observing the rising amplitude of the liquid level in the pipe 16, and simultaneously changing the force for controlling the pressing of the thumb so as to keep the pressure of the biliary tract flushing liquid in the flushing pipe 5 constant;
s5, when the color and state change of bile are required to be observed, the thumb stops pressing, the liquid blocking plug 25 at the bottom of the corrugated pipe 8 is opened, when the liquid in the flushing pipe 5 is about to flow out, the thumb is lifted upwards, the outer contour of the upper sphere 2 is restored, the pressure in the communicating component and the flushing pipe 5 is reduced, bile flows into the flushing pipe 5 from the external drainage pipe, at the moment, the bile can be observed, then enters the bile drainage pipe 6 under the action of gravity, is discharged downwards from the one-way valve 7 after accumulating a section of height, and flows into the bending disc along the corrugated pipe 8;
s6, repeating the operation until the liquid level in the observation tube 16 reaches the lowest point, and separating the flushing tube 5 from the external drainage tube of the patient.
According to the technical scheme, more bile flushing liquid can be conveniently contained through the upper ball body, the lower ball body, the liquid discharge end and the sealing part, bile can be conveniently extracted and discharged in the interval of two injections through the arrangement of the bile drainage tube, the one-way valve, the corrugated tube, the liquid inlet tube, the observation tube, the connecting tube and the like, the flushing tube and the external drainage tube of a patient do not need to be separated for multiple times, the operation steps in a flushing process are reduced, the flushing time is further shortened, the speed of the single flushing process is improved, meanwhile, medical staff can judge the pressing force and the changing amount of the pressing speed in a short time by observing the liquid level changing range in the tube, the pressing range of the hand can be conveniently controlled, and the error risk of the medical staff is further reduced. Through the lower supporting band and the upper supporting band that set up, can be convenient for realize the quick extrusion closure and the quick recovery to the connecting pipe, through outer elastic band and interior cingulum and fastener and the fastener that set up, be convenient for fix a position and fix connecting pipe and observation pipe, make things convenient for medical personnel to hold the device simultaneously, avoid the hand to slide and drop, improve and hold the stability, simultaneously through the protruding that sets up, can improve contact friction, further guaranteed firm and the reliability of holding.
