Abstract
The application provides a service application dispatching method and device. Relates to the technical field of computers. In a first aspect, the present application provides a method for assigning a service application, where the method includes: acquiring a service application to be allocated in a credit service; under the condition that a target priority dispatching rule exists in a plurality of validated priority dispatching rules corresponding to the credit service, determining first inspector identification information according to the target priority dispatching rule, wherein the service application to be dispatched meets the triggering condition of the target priority dispatching rule; and sending the service application to be allocated to the terminal equipment of the first inspector identification information so as to inspect the service application to be allocated.

In one embodiment of the present application, the apparatus may further include:
the third determining module is used for determining a plurality of second reviewer identification information according to the applicant and the authorized variety of the service application to be allocated under the condition that the service application to be allocated is determined not to accord with each priority allocation rule;
the fourth determining module is used for determining third audit person identification information with the shortest accumulated audit time length from the plurality of second audit person identification information according to the accumulated audit time length corresponding to each second audit person identification information;
a sending module 403, configured to further; and sending the service application to be allocated to the terminal equipment of the third inspector identification information so as to inspect the service application to be allocated.
The service application dispatching device provided in the embodiment of the present application may be used to execute the technical scheme of the service application dispatching method in the above embodiment, and its implementation principle and technical effect are similar, and are not repeated here.
It should be noted that, it should be understood that the division of the modules of the above apparatus is merely a division of a logic function, and may be fully or partially integrated into a physical entity or may be physically separated. And these modules may all be implemented in software in the form of calls by the processing element; or can be realized in hardware; the method can also be realized in a form of calling software by a processing element, and the method can be realized in a form of hardware by a part of modules. For example, the first determining module 402 may be a processing element that is set up separately, may be implemented in a chip of the apparatus, or may be stored in a memory of the apparatus in the form of program codes, and may be called by a processing element of the apparatus to execute the functions of the first determining module 402. The implementation of the other modules is similar. In addition, all or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently implemented. The processing element here may be an integrated circuit with signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in a software form.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. The electronic device in this embodiment may be a middle terminal device or a server.
As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device 500 includes: memory 510, processor 520, and computer instructions stored on memory 510 and executable on processor 520.
The processor 520, when executing the instructions, implements the method of dispatching the service application provided in the above embodiments.
Further, the electronic device 500 further includes:
a communication interface 530 for communication between the memory 510 and the processor 520.
Memory 510 for storing computer instructions executable on processor 520.
Memory 510 may comprise high-speed RAM memory or may further comprise non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
Processor 520 is configured to implement the service application dispatching method of the above embodiment when executing the program.
If the memory 510, the processor 520, and the communication interface 530 are implemented independently, the communication interface 530, the memory 510, and the processor 520 may be connected to each other and communicate with each other through buses. The bus may be an industry standard architecture (Industry Standard Architecture, abbreviated ISA) bus, an external device interconnect (Peripheral Component, abbreviated PCI) bus, or an extended industry standard architecture (Extended Industry Standard Architecture, abbreviated EISA) bus, among others. The buses may be divided into address buses, data buses, control buses, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in fig. 5, but not only one bus or one type of bus.
Alternatively, in a specific implementation, if the memory 510, the processor 520, and the communication interface 530 are integrated on a chip, the memory 510, the processor 520, and the communication interface 530 may communicate with each other through internal interfaces.
Processor 520 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, abbreviated as CPU), or an application specific integrated circuit (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, abbreviated as ASIC), or one or more integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present application. The electronic device provided in the embodiment of the present application may be a terminal device in the above embodiment.
The embodiment of the application also provides a chip for running the instruction, and the chip is used for executing the technical scheme of the dispatching method of the service application in the embodiment.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable storage medium, in which computer instructions are stored, and when the computer instructions run on a computer, the computer is caused to execute the technical scheme of the dispatching method of the service application in the embodiment.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer program product, which comprises a computer program stored in a computer readable storage medium, the computer program can be read from the computer readable storage medium by at least one processor, and the technical scheme of the service application dispatching method in the embodiment can be realized when the at least one processor executes the computer program.

Claims (13)
1. A method for dispatching a service application, the method comprising:
acquiring a service application to be allocated in a credit service;
under the condition that a target priority dispatching rule exists in a plurality of validated priority dispatching rules corresponding to the credit service, determining first inspector identification information according to the target priority dispatching rule, wherein the service application to be dispatched meets the triggering condition of the target priority dispatching rule;
and sending the service application to be allocated to the terminal equipment of the first inspector identification information so as to inspect the service application to be allocated.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the triggering condition is: the service application to be allocated is a target service application submitted again, and the target priority allocation rule is used for indicating that the identification information of the auditor who audits the target service application is used as the first auditor identification information.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the triggering condition is: the applicant of the service application to be allocated also submits a plurality of first target service applications for the credit service on the same day as the service application to be allocated is submitted, and the target priority allocation rule is used for indicating that the identification information of the auditor auditing the second target service application is used as the identification information of the first auditor, wherein the second target service application is the service application to be allocated with earliest time in the plurality of first target service applications.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein in the event that the service to be dispatched is a credit application under a target loan contract, the trigger condition is: the application party of the branch application also submits a plurality of first target branch applications aiming at the target loan contract on the same day, the target priority allocation rule is used for indicating that under the condition that the auditor identification information of the auditor of the target loan contract exists, the auditor identification information of the auditor of the target loan contract is used as the first auditor identification information, and under the condition that the auditor identification information of the auditor of the target loan contract does not exist, the audit information of the auditor of the second target branch application is used as the first auditor identification information, wherein the second target branch application is the branch application submitted at the latest time in the plurality of first target branch applications.

The method of claim 1, wherein in the event that the service to be dispatched is a credit application under a target loan contract, the trigger condition is: the application party of the branch application also submits a plurality of first target branch applications aiming at the target loan contract on the same day, and the target priority allocation rule is used for indicating that the auditing information of an auditor auditing a second target branch application is used as the first auditor identification information, wherein the second target branch application is the branch application with earliest time in the plurality of first target branch applications.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the triggering condition is: the applicant of the service application to be allocated also submits a third target service application within the same day of submitting the service application to be allocated, the third target service application and the credit variety of the service application to be allocated are the same, and the target priority allocation rule is used for indicating that the auditor identification information of the auditor auditing the third target service application is used as the first auditor identification information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein in the case where the first reviewer identification information is a plurality, the method further comprises:
respectively determining the priority corresponding to each first auditor identification information, wherein the priority corresponding to the auditor identification information is determined according to the priority of a target priority assignment rule based on which the first auditor identification information is determined;
traversing the first reviewer identification information according to the priority order corresponding to the first reviewer identification information from top to bottom;
judging whether a plurality of second auditor identification information comprises the first auditor identification information which is traversed currently for the first auditor identification information which is traversed currently, wherein the plurality of second auditor identification information is determined based on the applicant of the service application to be dispatched and the credit variety;
correspondingly, the sending the service application to be dispatched to the terminal device of the first reviewer identification information so as to review the service application to be dispatched includes:
and stopping traversing under the condition that the first reviewer identification information currently traversed is judged and obtained from the plurality of second reviewer identification information, and sending the service application to be dispatched to the terminal equipment of the first reviewer identification information currently traversed.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
under the condition that the first reviewer identification information traversed currently is not included in the plurality of second reviewer identification information, acquiring next reviewer identification information with priority positioned behind the first reviewer identification information traversed currently from the plurality of first reviewer identification information according to the order of priority from high to low;
and taking the next auditor identification information as the first auditor identification information of the current traversal, and jumping to the step of judging whether the plurality of second auditor identification information comprises the first auditor identification information of the current traversal.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
under the condition that the service application to be allocated does not accord with each priority allocation rule, determining a plurality of second reviewer identification information according to the applicant and the authorized variety of the service application to be allocated;
determining third audit identification information with the shortest accumulated audit duration from a plurality of second audit identification information according to the accumulated audit duration corresponding to each second audit identification information;
and sending the service application to be allocated to the terminal equipment of the third inspector identification information so as to inspect the service application to be allocated.
10. A service application dispatching device, the device comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a service application to be allocated in the credit service;
the first determining module is used for determining first reviewer identification information according to a target priority dispatching rule when the target priority dispatching rule exists in a plurality of validated priority dispatching rules corresponding to the credit service, wherein the service application to be dispatched meets the triggering condition of the target priority dispatching rule;
and the sending module is used for sending the service application to be dispatched to the terminal equipment of the first inspector identification information so as to inspect the service application to be dispatched.
11. An electronic device, comprising: a processor, and a memory communicatively coupled to the processor;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the processor executes computer-executable instructions stored in the memory to implement the method of any one of claims 1-9.
12. A computer readable storage medium having stored therein computer executable instructions which when executed by a processor are adapted to carry out the method of any one of claims 1-9.
13. A computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 1-9.
