The elastic member for a separable wagon of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an elastic member 300 for a separable wagon 10, including a first steel plate 310, an elastic spring 320, and a second steel plate 330. It should be noted that, the elastic member 300 provided by the present invention may be used in the detachable carriage 10, for example, the elastic member 300 may be disposed on the chassis 200 of the detachable carriage 10, so that the elastic member 300 may play a role in buffering the carriage body 100.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first steel plate 310 is provided with the first mounting hole 311, and the elastic spring 320 is in a column shape, so that the bearing capacity of the elastic spring 320 to external impact and pressure can be improved, and meanwhile, the elasticity and stability of the elastic spring 320 can be effectively ensured. The first steel plate 310 is attached to one end surface of the elastic spring 320, and the elastic spring 320 is provided with a second mounting hole 321 which is opposite to and communicated with the first mounting hole 311. The second steel plate 330 is attached to the other end surface of the elastic spring 320, and the second steel plate 330 is connected to the separable wagon 10.
Deprotection of the spring 320 with the first and second steel plates 310 and 330 alleviates the inevitable wear of the spring 320 in buffering the cabin body 100 thereof. Since the elastic spring 320 is compressed each time the car body 100 is in contact with the elastic spring 320, smooth operation of the car body 100 is ensured. However, repeated compression and release subject the elastic spring 320 to great wear. The first and second steel plates 310 and 330 are set up to function as shock pads, which absorb and disperse the impact force to the elastic spring 320, thereby avoiding damage to the elastic spring 320 directly.
Second, the two steel plates also protect the elastic spring 320 from the external severe environment. Due to the special nature of the cabin, the elastic member 300 is often exposed to high frequencies in harsh environments where irritants such as dust, moisture and even corrosive substances are present. The presence of the steel plate can prevent the elastic spring 320 from directly contacting these harmful substances, prevent the spring from being aged in advance, and prolong the service life.
According to the elastic member 300 for the separable wagon 10 provided by the present invention, the first and second steel plates 310 and 330 are respectively installed on both end surfaces of the elastic spring 320, so that the first and second steel plates 310 and 330 protect the elastic spring 320 and alleviate wear of the elastic spring 320 during the buffering of the wagon body 100. And the arrangement of the first steel plate 310 and the second steel plate 330 plays a role of a shock pad, and they absorb and disperse the impact force to the elastic spring 320, thereby avoiding damage to the elastic spring 320 directly.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the elastic spring 320 is provided with a first through hole 322, the second steel plate 330 is provided with a second through hole (not shown in the drawings), the elastic spring 320 and the second steel plate 330 are fixed to the separable wagon 10 by a first bolt 331, and the first bolt 331 is provided through the first through hole 322 and the second through hole. In this way, stability of the elastic spring 320 and the steel plate during use can be ensured. By fixing the bolts, the displacement of the elastic spring 320 in the movement can be prevented, the operation at a predetermined position can be ensured all the time, and the working efficiency and the safety can be improved.
After a period of use, the elastic spring 320 may be deformed or worn to some extent, and at this time, the connection strength between the elastic spring 320 and the steel plate may be adjusted by adjusting the tightness of the bolt, so as to ensure the normal operation of the elastic spring 320. The arrangement of the bolts makes the installation and replacement of the elastic spring 320 and the steel plate more convenient. The new elastic spring 320 or the steel plate can be easily removed or replaced by just loosening the bolts. And the bolt passes through the connected mode of first through-hole 322 and second through-hole for the connection between elastic spring 320 and the steel sheet is inseparabler, has strengthened intensity and the steadiness of connection, has reduced the wearing and tearing in the operation in-process.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of protrusions 332 are disposed on a side of the second steel plate 330 facing the elastic spring 320, the protrusions 332 are disposed through the first through holes 322, and the first bolts 331 are disposed through the protrusions 332. In this way, the protrusion 332 is coupled with the first bolt 331, and the coupling strength of the elastic spring 320 with the second steel plate 330 can be increased. This design makes the connection between the elastic spring 320 and the second steel plate 330 tighter and resistant to abrasion.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first through holes 322 and the second through holes are multiple, the first through holes 322 and the second through holes correspond to each other, and the first through holes 322 are uniformly and alternately distributed along the circumferential direction of the elastic spring 320. In this way, more fixing points can be provided when connecting the elastic spring 320 and the second steel plate 330, thereby enhancing the stability of the elastic member 300 and reducing the unstable condition caused by uneven load at the connection of the elastic spring 320 and the steel plate.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, a side surface of the first steel plate 310 facing away from the elastic spring 320 is provided with a plurality of stripe grooves 312. In this way, the friction force on the surface of the first steel plate 310 can be increased, the contact stability between the elastic spring 320 and the first steel plate 310 can be improved, and the relative sliding between the elastic spring 320 and the first steel plate 310 due to vibration or the like can be avoided. In addition, the design of the stripe groove 312 is also helpful to improve the bonding strength between the elastic spring 320 and the first steel plate 310, reduce the deformation under the stress, and prolong the service life. Meanwhile, the design of the plurality of stripe grooves 312 is also beneficial to heat conduction and heat dissipation, reduces abrasion caused by overhigh temperature, and is particularly suitable for use in a high-temperature environment. In addition, by changing the parameters such as width, depth, interval and the like of the stripe grooves 312, the friction force can be adjusted according to the actual requirements, so that the stripe grooves can meet different use environments and use conditions, and have higher use flexibility.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of countersunk holes 313 are formed in the first steel plate 310, and a second bolt 314 is disposed in each countersunk hole 313, and an elastic spring 320 is used to fixedly connect the first steel plate 310 and the elastic spring 320. In this way, by the design of the counter bore 313 and the second bolt 314, the elastic spring 320 and the first steel plate 310 can be more tightly and stably fixed together, the bonding strength is enhanced, the relative movement or falling off of the elastic spring 320 when being stressed is avoided, and the use safety is improved. And the design of the countersunk holes 313 can be completely embedded into the steel plate, so that the external interference or the whole attractive appearance cannot be influenced.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, in some embodiments of the present invention, the elastic spring 320 includes a plurality of layers of third steel plates 323 and a plurality of layers of rubber springs 324. The plurality of third steel plates 323 are stacked between the first steel plate 310 and the second steel plate 330, one of the plurality of third steel plates 323 facing the first steel plate 310 is connected to the first steel plate 310, and one of the plurality of third steel plates 323 facing the second steel plate 330 is connected to the second steel plate 330. Rubber springs 324 are arranged between any two adjacent layers of the third steel plates 323, and the third steel plates 323 are connected with the rubber springs 324 in a vulcanization mode.
As shown in fig. 7, the present invention further provides a detachable wagon 10, which includes a wagon body 100, a chassis 200, and an elastic member 300, wherein the elastic member 300 is the elastic member 300 for the detachable wagon 10. The cabin body 100 has a protruding portion (not shown in the drawings) at the bottom. The chassis 200 is provided with a circular hole 201, the elastic member 300 is located in the circular hole 201, and the protruding portion is arranged in the first mounting hole 311 and the second mounting hole 321 of the elastic member 300 in a penetrating manner, that is, the first mounting hole 311 and the second mounting hole 321 of the elastic member 300 can bear the protruding portion, so that the contact area between the elastic member 300 and the carriage body 100 is increased. The elastic member 300 is in contact with the cabin body 100, and the elastic member 300 is used for suspending the cabin body 100. The elastic member 300 can cushion the cabin body 100, so that impact vibration generated between the cabin body 100 and the chassis 200 during operation can be reduced.
In some embodiments of the invention, the diameter of the circular aperture (not shown) is 345mm-355mm. For example, in an embodiment of the present invention, the diameter of the circular hole may be 350mm.
As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, a part of the structure of the elastic spring 320 protrudes from the surface of the chassis 200, and a height of the part of the structure of the elastic spring 320 protruding from the surface of the chassis 200 is 20mm-24mm. Taking the weight of the carriage body 100 as 16t, 4 elastic members 300 are provided on the chassis 200 as an example, when the carriage body 100 is not placed on the chassis 200, the height of the elastic members 300 protruding from the circular holes 201 is 24mm, and the elastic members 300 are not deformed. When the carriage body 100 is placed on the chassis 200, the load weight of each elastic member 300 is 4t, the elastic members 300 deform, and the height of the elastic members 300 protruding from the circular holes 201 is 20mm.
