The opening of the clamping groove 313 is arranged at one side deviating from the rotation direction of the mounting seat 310, the clamping block 203 cannot be separated after being mounted in the clamping groove 313, and the reliability in the use process is higher.

Referring to fig. 5 and 9, two convex edges 205 are further disposed on the outer wall of the rotating shaft 200, and the two convex edges 205 are both abutted against the inner wall of the central hole 101, so as to facilitate the concentricity of the rotating shaft 200 and the spray arm seat 100, reduce the contact area between the rotating shaft 200 and the spray arm seat 100, and facilitate the smooth rotation of the rotating shaft 200. The inner wall of the central hole 101 is also provided with a limiting ring 103, the lower end of the rotating shaft 200 is abutted against the limiting ring 103, the rotating shaft 200 is supported by the limiting ring 103, and the limiting ring 103 and the central gear 510 are matched to clamp the rotating shaft 200, so that the axial positioning accuracy is improved.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, considering that the sun gear 510 and the turntable gear 520 are first mounted on the rotation shaft 200 in assembly, and then the mounting seat 310 is mounted on the upper end of the rotation shaft 200, in order that the rotation shaft 200 can smoothly pass through the central holes of the sun gear 510 and the turntable gear 520, the inner walls of the central holes of the sun gear 510 and the turntable gear 520 are respectively provided with an avoidance groove, and the avoidance grooves are matched with the shape and the position of the clamping blocks 203, so that the clamping blocks 203 can pass through, and the clamping blocks 203 can be prevented from interfering with the sun gear 510 and the turntable gear 520.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 12, it can be appreciated that the outer wall of the second shaft 320 is provided with two baffle rings 321, the diameters of the two baffle rings 321 are both larger than the central hole diameter of the pinion gear 530, and the two baffle rings 321 cooperate to sandwich the pinion gear 530 to define the pinion gear 530 in the axial direction, preventing the pinion gear 530 from being separated from the second shaft 320. In order to facilitate the installation, the lower end surface of the second shaft 320 is provided with an elastic groove 322, the elastic groove 322 extends along the axial direction of the second shaft 320, the periphery of the baffle ring 321 positioned below is provided with a guide inclined plane, when the pinion 530 is installed, the central hole of the pinion 530 is aligned with the second shaft 320, and due to the existence of the elastic groove 322, the pinion 530 can push the second shaft 320 to shrink by utilizing the guide inclined plane, so that the baffle ring 321 positioned below penetrates through the central hole of the pinion 530 to complete the installation, and the operation is convenient. After installation, the second shaft 320 is automatically reset due to elasticity, and the lower baffle ring 321 blocks the pinion gear 530 to prevent the falling-out.

It can be understood that the first cavity 301 is formed in the main spray arm 300, the second cavity 401 is formed in the sub spray arm 400, the mounting seat 310 is provided with the inner cavity 312, the first cavity 301 and the second cavity 401 are communicated with the water delivery channel 201 through the inner cavity 312, the main spray arm 300 is formed with a plurality of first spray holes 302 communicated with the first cavity 301, the sub spray arm 400 is formed with a plurality of second spray holes 402 communicated with the second cavity 401, and the washing water path is input from the water delivery channel 201 of the rotating shaft 200, is branched to the first cavity 301 of the main spray arm 300 and the second cavity 401 of the sub spray arm 400, and is sprayed from the first spray holes 302 and the second spray holes 402 to spray and wash tableware.
The spray arm assembly is connected with a transmission device 500, the transmission device 500 comprises a central gear 510, a rotary table gear 520 and a pinion gear 530, the central gear 510 and the rotary table gear 520 are sleeved on the middle of the rotating shaft 200, the main spray arm 300 is provided with a second shaft 320 parallel to the rotating shaft 200, the second shaft 320 is positioned on the outer side of the rotating shaft 200, and the pinion gear 530 is sleeved on the second shaft 320. The sun gear 510 is fixed, like the boom seat 100, the dial gear 520 is rotatable about the rotation axis 200, the pinion gear 530 is rotatable about the second axis 320, the sun gear 510 and the dial gear 520 are both engaged with the pinion gear 530, and the sun gear 510 has one tooth more than the dial gear 520. It should be understood that, as shown in fig. 6, although the sun gear 510 is different from the turntable gear 520, the tooth distances of the sun gear 510 and the turntable gear 520 are relatively close, and the meshing point of the sun gear 510 and the turntable gear 520 is only 2 to 3 teeth, so that the sun gear 510 and the turntable gear 520 can be meshed with the pinion gear 530 at the same time and realize transmission.
It will be appreciated that the main spray arm 300 drives the rotating shaft 200 to rotate, that is, the second shaft 320 also rotates around the rotating shaft 200, because the central gear 510 is fixed, the pinion 530 revolves around the central gear 510 and rotates simultaneously, the transmission device 500 is designed according to the friendship's gear transmission paradox, the pinion 530 rotates around the central gear 510 for one circle, the turntable gear 520 and the central gear 510 cooperate with the pinion 530 for the same number of teeth, because the central gear 510 has one more tooth than the turntable gear 520, the turntable gear 520 rotates by one tooth more, that is, the turntable gear 520 rotates slowly relative to the central gear 510, the turntable gear 520 rotates by one tooth when the pinion 530 rotates around the central gear 510 for one circle, the turntable gear 520 rotates by one tooth different from the rotation speed of the auxiliary spray arm 400, and in the process of relative rotation, the turntable gear 520 pushes the auxiliary spray arm 400 to rotate by a certain angle around the mounting post 311 through the triggering part 521, thereby realizing the water flow sprayed out of the second spray hole of the auxiliary spray arm 400, the swaying water flow from different angles, effectively improving the effect on the tableware washing efficiency of the dish washing machine, and helping to promote the washing efficiency of the dish washing machine and saving energy.

Claims (15)

1. Spray arm subassembly, its characterized in that includes:
the spray arm seat is provided with a central hole;
the rotating shaft penetrates through the central hole;
the main spray arm is fixedly connected to the end part of the rotating shaft and is provided with a second shaft;
the auxiliary spray arm is rotationally connected with the main spray arm;
the driving device comprises a central gear sleeved in the middle of the rotating shaft, a rotary table gear and a pinion sleeved on the second shaft, wherein the central gear is relatively fixed with the spray arm seat, the rotary table gear can rotate relative to the rotating shaft, the central gear and the rotary table gear are both meshed with the pinion, the number of teeth of the central gear is different from the number of teeth of the rotary table gear by one, the rotary table gear is provided with a triggering part, and the triggering part is used for pushing the auxiliary spray arm to rotate so as to change the water spraying direction.
2. The spray arm assembly of claim 1, wherein the trigger portion is a first protrusion disposed on the carousel gear end face, the first protrusion facing the secondary spray arm, the secondary spray arm being provided with a second protrusion that mates with the first protrusion.
3. The spray arm assembly of claim 2, wherein the axis of rotation of the secondary spray arm is perpendicular to the axis of the spindle, and the second protrusion is located on a side of the secondary spray arm.
4. A spray arm assembly according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the turntable gear is provided with a plurality of the first protrusions distributed along the circumference of the turntable gear.
5. The spray arm assembly of any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein an outer periphery of the carousel gear is provided with an annular side plate, the first protrusion being disposed on the annular side plate.
6. The spray arm assembly of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the sun gear is provided with a plurality of struts, a plurality of struts surrounding the spray arm mount, the struts being provided with first snaps, the spray arm mount being provided with second snaps that mate with the first snaps.
7. The spray arm assembly of claim 6, wherein the outer wall of the spindle is provided with a support ring and the sun gear is provided with a groove that mates with the support ring.
8. The spray arm assembly of claim 7, wherein the support ring has two end surfaces that abut the sun gear and the spray arm mount, respectively.
9. Spray arm assembly according to any of claims 6 to 8, characterized in that the turntable gear is provided with a collar facing the sun gear, the end face of the collar being circular arc and abutting against the sun gear.
10. The spray arm assembly according to any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein the second catch is a third protrusion on the outer wall of the spray arm socket, the sun gear being provided with a plurality of spaced apart locating plates, the third protrusion being captured between two adjacent locating plates.
11. The spray arm assembly of any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein an end outer wall of the spindle is provided with a raised latch, and the main spray arm is provided with a latch slot that mates with the latch.
12. The spray arm assembly of claim 11, wherein the end of the spindle is provided with a necked-in neck, the fixture block is located on an outer wall of the neck, and the main spray arm is provided with a receiving slot for receiving the neck.
13. The spray arm assembly of claim 11 or 12, wherein the central gear and the central bore inner wall of the carousel gear are each provided with a relief slot for the cartridge to pass through.

The spray arm assembly of any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the second shaft is provided with an axial spring groove, an outer wall of the second shaft is provided with a baffle ring, a diameter of the baffle ring is larger than a diameter of a central hole of the pinion, and an outer periphery of the baffle ring is provided with a guide inclined surface.
