All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides an image processing method, an image processing device, electronic equipment and a computer storage medium. The image processing apparatus may be integrated in an electronic device, which may be a server or a terminal.
The server may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services, network acceleration services (Content Delivery Network, CDN), basic cloud computing services such as big data and an artificial intelligent platform.
The terminal may be, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a smart speaker, a smart watch, etc. The terminal and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through wired or wireless communication, which is not limited herein.
In addition, "plurality" in the embodiments of the present application means two or more. "first" and "second" and the like in the embodiments of the present application are used for distinguishing descriptions and are not to be construed as implying relative importance.
The following will describe in detail. The following description of the embodiments is not intended to limit the preferred embodiments.
In the present embodiment, description will be made from the viewpoint of an image processing apparatus, and for convenience of description of an image processing method of the present application, a detailed description will be made below with the image processing apparatus integrated in a terminal, that is, with the terminal as an execution subject.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an image processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. The image processing method may include:
s101, acquiring an image to be traced, and carrying out object recognition on the image to be traced to obtain an object to be traced and a contour point set of the object to be traced.
The to-be-traced image refers to an image containing the object to be traced. An object to be traced refers to an item in the image to be traced for which an edge exists. The kind of the object to be traced may be set according to actual situations, for example, the object to be traced may be at least one of a person, a pet, a plant or a commodity, which is not limited herein.
Object recognition refers to a technique of detecting an object in an image to be traced and dividing the detected object from the image to be traced. The method for object recognition may be selected according to practical situations, for example, a neural network model or a mask algorithm may be used as the object recognition algorithm in the embodiments of the present application, which are not limited herein.
The masking algorithm refers to an algorithm that performs pixel filtering on an image through a matrix to obtain an object required by a user.
For example, the image to be traced may be as shown at 201 in fig. 2, and after the image to be traced is subject to recognition by a masking algorithm, the resulting subject to be traced may be as shown at 202 in fig. 2.
S102, acquiring a tracing target position of the object to be traced, which is determined according to the target tracing effect of the object to be traced.
The terminal may use the preset hemming effect as a target hemming effect, or the terminal may use the hemming effect set by the user as a target hemming effect.
The preset tracing effect in the terminal can comprise at least one kind. When the preset stroking effect includes one, the preset stroking effect may be directly taken as the target stroking effect. When the preset stroking effects include a plurality of kinds, the preset stroking effect corresponding to the selection operation may be taken as the target stroking effect in response to the selection operation of the preset stroking effect.
When the edge tracing effect set by the user is used as the target edge tracing effect, the terminal can respond to the input operation of the user, and the edge tracing effect corresponding to the input operation is used as the target edge tracing effect.
For example, if the preset edge effect of the terminal is a half edge effect, the terminal can directly use the half edge effect as the target edge effect of the object to be edge-traced. For another example, the user may want three-quarters of the stroking effect, the user may input three-quarters of the stroking effect, and the terminal may take three-quarters of the stroking effect as the target stroking effect in response to the three-quarters of the user input.
When the target edge tracing effect is a preset edge tracing effect, the terminal can determine the edge tracing target position in advance according to the target edge tracing effect, and when the object to be traced is obtained, the terminal can directly obtain the edge tracing target position.
When the target edge effect is an edge effect input by a user, the terminal can determine the edge target position of the object to be traced according to the target edge effect after obtaining the object to be traced.
The stroked target position may refer to at least one of a stroked start position, a stroked intermediate position, and a stroked end position. For example, when the target stroking effect is a half stroking effect, the stroking start position may be an intermediate position of the object to be stroked, at which time the stroking start position may be as shown at 201 in fig. 2.
It should be understood that the target tracing effect may include a tracing target position (in this case, the terminal may respond to a trigger operation of any contour point on the object to be traced, and take the contour point corresponding to the trigger operation as the tracing target position, and the trigger operation may be set according to an actual situation, for example, may be a click operation or a long press operation), or the target tracing effect may also not include the tracing target position. When the target tracing effect does not include the tracing target position, the terminal can determine the tracing target position of the object to be traced according to the target tracing effect according to a preset position determination algorithm.
Since when the target stroking effect is the same and the stroking target positions are different, there may be a difference in stroking results, for example, the target stroking effect is a half stroking effect, but if the stroking start position is shown as 301 in fig. 3, the final stroking result may be shown as 302 in fig. 4, and if the stroking start position is shown as 401 in fig. 4, the final stroking result may be shown as 402 in fig. 4.
Thus, when the target stroking effect includes the stroking target position, the final stroking result may be more in line with the needs of the user.
S103, according to the target position of the tracing edge, the tracing edge outline points meeting the target tracing effect are screened out from the outline point set.
After the terminal obtains the tracing target position, the outline point coordinates meeting the target tracing effect in the object to be traced can be determined according to the tracing target position, and then the outline points corresponding to the outline point coordinates meeting the target tracing effect are used as tracing outline points, so that when the target tracing effects required by users are different, the tracing outline points are different, the target image obtained after tracing according to the tracing outline points can achieve the target tracing effect required by the users, the manual tracing of the users is not required, the tracing operation is simplified, and the tracing efficiency is improved.
When the tracing target position includes a tracing start position and a tracing end position, the process of screening the tracing outline points meeting the target tracing effect from the outline point set according to the tracing target position may be:
according to the initial position of the tracing edge, screening out the initial outline point of the tracing edge from the outline point set, and according to the target end position, screening out the end outline point of the tracing edge from the outline point set;
taking the contour points positioned between the tracing initial contour point and the tracing end contour point in the contour point set as tracing middle contour points;
And determining the tracing outline point meeting the target tracing effect according to the tracing initial outline point, the tracing intermediate outline point and the tracing ending outline point.
When the tracing target position includes a tracing starting position, the process of screening the tracing outline points meeting the target tracing effect from the outline point set according to the tracing target position may be:
screening out a tracing initial contour point from the contour point set according to the tracing initial position;
according to the initial outline points of the tracing, screening out the middle outline points and the end outline points of the tracing meeting the target tracing effect from the outline point set;
and determining the tracing outline points meeting the target tracing effect according to the tracing initial outline point, the tracing intermediate outline point and the tracing ending outline point.
In the embodiment of the application, according to the description starting position, the description starting contour point, the description middle contour point and the description ending contour point can be obtained, so that the description contour point can be obtained more rapidly.
The process of screening out the tracing initial contour point from the contour point set according to the tracing initial position may be:
traversing coordinates of contour points in the contour point set to obtain coordinates meeting the initial position of tracing;
And taking the contour point corresponding to the coordinates meeting the description starting position as the description starting contour point.
The terminal may determine the coordinate attribute satisfying the tracing start position first, and then traverse the coordinates of the contour points in the contour point set according to the coordinate attribute, so as to obtain the coordinates satisfying the tracing start position.
For example, the initial position of the tracing is the middle position of the object to be traced, the first coordinate value in the coordinates of the contour point corresponding to the middle position is the coordinate value with the largest first coordinate value in the coordinates of the contour point of the object to be traced, that is, the coordinate attribute is the first coordinate value with the largest first coordinate value, and then the coordinate with the largest first coordinate value can be used as the coordinate meeting the initial position of the tracing.
The form of the coordinates may be selected according to practical situations, for example, the coordinates may be rectangular coordinates, where the coordinates may include abscissa and ordinate, the first coordinate value may refer to the abscissa and may refer to the ordinate, and for example, the coordinates may be polar coordinates, which is not limited herein.
In the embodiment of the application, the tracing initial contour point is obtained by traversing the coordinates of the contour points in the contour point set, so that the tracing initial contour point can be obtained more accurately.
Because the outlines of the objects to be traced of different types may be different, when the outlines are different, the coordinate attributes are different, if the tracing initial outline point is obtained by traversing, the coordinate attributes need to be determined each time tracing is performed, or a plurality of coordinate attributes need to be preset in the terminal, so that the speed of obtaining the tracing initial outline point is relatively slow.
For example, the target tracing effect is a half tracing effect, when the object to be traced is a person, the coordinate attribute may be the largest first coordinate value, but when the object to be traced is a dog, the first coordinate value with the largest coordinate attribute may not obtain the tracing start contour point.
Thus, in some embodiments, the process of screening out the stroked contour points from the set of contour points based on the stroked position may also be:
determining a target bounding box of an object to be traced;
screening out a starting point meeting the starting position of the tracing from the target bounding box;
and screening out the starting outline points of the tracing from the outline point set according to the starting points.
Bounding boxes refer to geometric volumes that contain complex geometric objects that are somewhat bulky and simple in nature. Because the outlines of the objects to be traced are different, but the shapes of the target bounding boxes of the different objects to be traced are the same, in the embodiment of the application, the tracing starting outline point is determined through the target bounding boxes, so that the method has universality, and multiple algorithms for determining the tracing starting outline point are not required to be set even if the outlines of the objects to be traced are different.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, the target stroking effect is a half stroking effect, when the object to be stroked is a person, the midpoint coordinate of the target bounding box may be used as a starting point for satisfying the stroking position, as shown in 501 in fig. 5, when the object to be stroked is a dog, or the midpoint coordinate of the target bounding box may be used as a starting point for satisfying the stroking position, as shown in 502 in fig. 5, that is, when the target stroking effect is a half stroking effect, even if the outlines of the objects to be stroked are different, the midpoint coordinate of the target bounding box may be used as a starting point for satisfying the stroking position.
In other embodiments, the process of screening out the stroked intermediate contour points and the stroked end contour points satisfying the target stroking effect from the set of contour points based on the starting contour points may be:
acquiring the position relation between preset contour points;
and screening out a tracing middle contour point and a tracing end contour point which meet the target tracing effect from the contour point set according to the position relation and the tracing initial contour point.
The preset positional relationship between contour points may refer to a magnitude relationship between coordinates of contour points, which may include a positional relationship between a stroking contour point and a stroking middle contour point, and a positional relationship between a stroking contour point and a stroking end contour point.
The positional relationship may be equal to or greater when the coordinate value of the stroked end contour point and the coordinate value of the stroked intermediate contour point are equal to or greater than the coordinate value of the stroked start contour point, and may be less than or equal when the coordinate value of the stroked end contour point and the coordinate value of the stroked intermediate contour point are less than or equal to the coordinate value of the stroked start contour point.
The magnitude relation between the coordinate values of the contour points may refer to the magnitude relation between at least one of the coordinate values of the contour points, or may refer to the magnitude relation between the coordinate values of the contour points and the distance between the coordinate origins.
When the magnitude relation between the coordinate values of the contour points refers to the magnitude relation and the position relation between one coordinate value in the coordinate values of the contour points are equal to or greater than each other, the process of screening out the contour points in the middle of the tracing and the contour points in the end of the tracing meeting the target tracing effect from the contour point set according to the position relation and the initial tracing contour point can be as follows:
and taking the corresponding contour points as the tracing middle contour point and the tracing ending contour point which meet the target tracing effect.
For example, the target stroking effect is a half stroking effect, and the stroking position may be shown in fig. 5 as 501, with the lower left corner of the image to be stroked as the origin of coordinates, with the vertical upward direction as the positive direction of the first coordinate axis, and the horizontal rightward direction as the positive direction of the second coordinate axis, the first coordinate axis being the y-axis, and the second coordinate axis being the x-axis, as shown in 602 in fig. 6.
The terminal may take the contour point with the largest y value in the contour point set as the stroking contour point, and then take the contour point with the x value equal to or greater than the x value of the stroking contour point in the contour point set as the stroking middle contour point and the stroking ending contour point.
It should be noted that, when the terminal responds to the triggering operation of any contour point on the object to be traced, and the contour point corresponding to the triggering operation is taken as the tracing target position, the contour point corresponding to the direct triggering operation may be taken as the tracing initial contour point.
Optionally, acquiring the positional relationship between the preset contour points includes:
acquiring a preset tracing direction;
and determining the position relation between the preset contour points according to the preset tracing direction.
When the tracing directions are different, the position relations among the preset contour points are also different. For example, when the target stroking effect is a half stroking effect, if the preset stroking direction is clockwise, the positional relationship between the preset contour points is equal to or greater, at which time the stroking result may be as shown at 701 in fig. 7, and if the preset stroking direction is counterclockwise, the positional relationship between the preset contour points is equal to or less, at which time the stroking result may be as shown at 702 in fig. 7.
It should be noted that the target edge-tracing effect may include a preset edge-tracing direction, or the target edge-tracing effect may not include a preset edge-tracing direction. When the target tracing effect does not include the preset tracing direction, the terminal can take the preset tracing direction as the preset tracing direction.
In the embodiment of the application, the position relation between the preset contour points is determined according to the preset tracing direction, so that the tracing middle contour point and the tracing end contour point which meet the target tracing effect can be screened out from the contour point set according to the position relation, the requirements of users can be met, and the tracing result after tracing according to the tracing starting contour point, the tracing middle contour point and the tracing end contour point can meet the requirements of the users.
S104, according to the tracing outline points, tracing the object to be traced, and obtaining a target image with a target tracing effect.
After the terminal obtains the tracing outline point, the terminal can directly trace the object to be traced according to the tracing outline point, so as to obtain a target image with a target tracing effect.
Or the terminal can expand the tracing outline point to obtain an expanded tracing outline point of the object to be traced, and then tracing the object to be traced according to the expanded tracing outline point to obtain a target image with a target tracing effect.
Or the terminal can expand the tracing outline point to obtain an expanded tracing outline point of the object to be traced, and tracing the object to be traced according to the expanded tracing outline point and the tracing outline point to obtain a target image with a target tracing effect.
The process of tracing the object to be traced to obtain the target image with the target tracing effect may be:
and according to the tracing outline points, tracing the object to be traced on the image to be traced, and tracing the object with the target tracing effect.
Or, the process of tracing the object to be traced to obtain the target image with the target tracing effect may also be:
according to the tracing outline points, tracing the object to be traced to obtain a tracing object with a target tracing effect;
and obtaining a target image with a target edge tracing effect according to the edge tracing object and the image to be traced.
In this embodiment, according to the tracing outline point, the tracing object is traced, so as to obtain a tracing object with the target tracing effect, and then according to the tracing object and the tracing image, a target image with the target tracing effect is obtained, so that the tracing object with the target tracing effect can be saved, and further image processing can be performed according to the tracing object with the target tracing effect.
In some embodiments, expanding the stroked contour points to obtain expanded stroked contour points for the object to be stroked includes:
acquiring adjacent pixel points of the edge tracing contour points, and taking the adjacent pixel points as central pixel points;
determining adjacent pixel points of the central pixel point, and determining the pixel value of the central pixel point according to the pixel values of the adjacent pixel points of the central pixel point;
and determining the extended stroked outline point of the object to be stroked according to the pixel value of the central pixel point.
The number of the adjacent pixels of the tracing outline point may be selected according to practical situations, for example, the adjacent pixels of the tracing outline point may be eight neighboring pixels or four neighboring pixels of the tracing outline point, which is not limited herein.
The process of determining the pixel value of the center pixel point according to the pixel values of the adjacent pixel points of the center pixel point may be:
weighting and adding pixel values of adjacent pixel points of the central pixel point to obtain a total pixel value;
dividing the total pixel value by the number of the central pixel point and the adjacent pixel points to obtain an average value, and taking the average value as the pixel value of the central pixel point.
The weighted addition may refer to directly adding the pixel values of the neighboring pixels of the center pixel, or may refer to multiplying the pixel values of the neighboring pixels of the center pixel by a preset weight coefficient and then adding the multiplied pixel values.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, the adjacent pixel points are eight neighboring pixel points, the number in fig. 8 indicates the position of the pixel point, the gray in fig. 8 indicates that the pixel value is not zero, the white in fig. 8 indicates that the pixel value is zero, and the pixel points 5, 10, 15 and 20 are the edge contour points, and then the pixel strip point 1, 6, 11 and 16 are the adjacent pixel points of the edge contour point. Taking the pixel point 6 as a central pixel point, the adjacent pixel points of the pixel point 6 are pixel point 1, pixel point 2, pixel point 3, pixel point 7, pixel point 11, pixel point 10, pixel point 9 and pixel point 5, and taking the average value of the pixel values of the pixel point 6, pixel point 1, pixel point 2, pixel point 3, pixel point 7, pixel point 11, pixel point 10, pixel point 9 and pixel point 5 as the pixel value of the pixel point 6.
It should be appreciated that after the neighboring pixels of the stroked contour point are taken as the center pixel points, the neighboring pixels of the center pixel point may also be taken as the center pixel points, and the step of determining the neighboring pixels of the center pixel point may be performed back.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, when the central pixel is the pixel 6, the pixel 7 is adjacent to the central pixel, and the pixel 7 may be the central pixel.
If the adjacent pixel point of the center pixel point has a phenomenon of being the center pixel point, the pixel value of the adjacent pixel point of the center pixel point is the original pixel value of the adjacent pixel point of the center pixel point in the process of determining the pixel value of the center pixel point according to the pixel value of the adjacent pixel point of the center pixel point.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, when the original pixel value of the pixel 6 is zero and the center pixel is the pixel 6, the pixel 7 is the adjacent pixel of the center pixel, the pixel value of the pixel 6 is 20 based on the adjacent pixel of the pixel 6, and the pixel 7 is the center pixel, and since the original pixel value of the pixel 6 is zero, the pixel value of the pixel 7 is calculated based on the pixel value of zero based on the adjacent pixel of the pixel 7 in the process of obtaining the pixel value of the pixel 7 based on the adjacent pixel of the pixel 7.
In the embodiment of the application, the adjacent pixel points are used as the central pixel points, the adjacent pixel points of the central pixel points are determined, then the pixel values of the central pixel points are determined according to the pixel values of the adjacent pixel points of the central pixel points, and finally the central pixel points with the pixel values not being zero are used as the extended edge tracing outline points of the object to be traced, so that the edge tracing outline points are extended.
Optionally, to reduce the calculation amount, in the process of using the adjacent pixel point as the central pixel point, the pixel value of the adjacent pixel point may be determined, if the pixel value of the adjacent pixel point is zero, the adjacent pixel point is used as the central pixel point, and if the pixel value of the adjacent pixel point is not zero, the adjacent pixel point is not used as the central pixel point.
Optionally, in order to further reduce the calculation amount, in determining the pixel value of the center pixel according to the pixel values of the adjacent pixels of the center pixel, it may be determined whether all the pixel values of the adjacent pixels of the center pixel are zero, if there are pixel values other than zero, the pixel value of the center pixel is determined according to the pixel values of the adjacent pixels of the center pixel, and if all the pixel values are zero, the pixel value of the center pixel is determined not according to the pixel values of the adjacent pixels of the center pixel.
In other embodiments, the method further includes, after tracing the object to be traced at the tracing outline point to obtain the target image with the target tracing effect:
acquiring at least two images to be spliced and acquiring a mask with a preset shape;
masking the images to be spliced by using a mask to obtain masked images;
Splicing the masked images to obtain spliced images corresponding to the images to be spliced;
and superposing the target image and the spliced image to obtain a superposed image.
The preset shapes of different masks can be the same or different. In the embodiment of the application, the splicing of the images to be spliced is realized through the mask with the preset shape, and the target image and the spliced image are overlapped to obtain the overlapped image.
For example, a mask of a predetermined shape may be as shown in fig. 9. Masking the images to be stitched using a mask, the resulting masked image may be as shown in fig. 10. The masked images are stitched to obtain a stitched image corresponding to the image to be stitched, which may be shown in fig. 11. The target image and the spliced image are superimposed, and the resulting superimposed image can be shown in fig. 12.
However, the target image and the spliced image are directly overlapped, and the obtained overlapped image has the problem that the pixel points which are not the edge tracing objects can shade the spliced image, so that the overlapping effect is poor.
In order to further improve the superposition effect, the target image and the spliced image are superposed to obtain a superposed image, which comprises the following steps:
According to the edge drawing object, adjusting the pixel values of surrounding pixel points in the target image to be zero to obtain an adjusted image, wherein the surrounding pixel points in the target image except for the pixel points corresponding to the edge drawing object;
and superposing the adjusted image and the spliced image to obtain a superposed image.
In the embodiment of the application, since the edge tracing object is obtained, the pixel values of the surrounding pixel points in the target image can be adjusted to zero according to the edge tracing object, so that the adjusted image is obtained, and since the pixel values of the surrounding pixel points in the adjusted image are adjusted to zero, the effect of the superimposed image obtained by superimposing the adjusted image and the spliced image is high.
At this time, the superimposed image may be as shown in fig. 13.
Optionally, the mask of the preset shape may already be stored in the terminal, if the preset shape stored in the terminal does not have the shape wanted by the user, the terminal may respond to the editing operation of the user, obtain the shape corresponding to the editing operation, and generate the mask of the shape corresponding to the editing operation, so that the user may perform mask processing according to the mask of the shape required by the user, thereby obtaining the processing effect required by the user.
If the terminal splices at least two images to be spliced through the client, after generating the mask of the shape corresponding to the editing operation, the terminal can determine the configuration file of the mask of the shape corresponding to the editing operation, and update the client according to the configuration file so that the mask of the shape corresponding to the editing operation exists in the updated client.
