the service handling node refers to the handling steps required to be executed when the corresponding service handling event is adopted to complete the service handling stage; taking a business handling event as a mobile phone bank and a business handling stage as a product recognition stage as an example, the handling steps required to be executed by a user to complete product recognition in the mobile phone bank can include first page searching, clicking a product recommendation control (for example, clicking a product banner advertisement (banner)), entering a product detail page, and the like.
In the scheme provided by the application, the product handling process related to the target business product can be clicked (or dragged), and the execution process mapping operation can be triggered; specifically, the product handling process related to the target business product can be clicked (or dragged) through a finger, a mouse, a preset combination key and the like; the product handling process related to the target business product can be clicked (or dragged) through keys such as an L1 key, an R1 key, a ctrl key, an alt key, an a key and the like in the handle, and preset keys can be set manually according to requirements; or clicking (or dragging) the product handling flow related to the target business product in a sound control and preset triggering action mode.
In one embodiment, step S101 includes:
s1011, determining to complete the business transaction stage related to the transaction of the target business product in response to the stage configuration operation applied in the flow configuration canvas.
In the step, a user can complete the configuration of the business handling stage related to the handling of the target business product through stage configuration operation; specifically, in response to a stage configuration operation applied by a user in a process configuration canvas, mapping a business transaction stage selected by the user through the stage configuration operation in the process configuration canvas, thereby completing the configuration of the business transaction stage involved in the transaction of the target business product.
In the scheme provided by the application, the configuration operation of the execution stage can be triggered by clicking (or dragging) the business handling stage related to the target business product; specifically, the product handling stage involved in the target business product can be clicked (or dragged) through a finger, a mouse, a preset combination key and the like; the product handling stage related to the target business product can be clicked (or dragged) through keys such as an L1 key, an R1 key, a ctrl key, an alt key, an a key and the like in the handle, and preset keys can be set manually according to requirements; or clicking (or dragging) the product handling stage related to the target business product in a sound control and preset triggering action mode.
S1012, responding to the mode configuration operation applied to the business handling stage, and determining the business handling event adopted by the business handling stage.
In the step, after defining the business handling stages related to the target business product, a user can configure operation in a mode to complete business handling events which can be adopted in each business handling stage; specifically, in response to a mode configuration operation applied by a user to a service handling stage mapped in a flow configuration canvas, a service handling event selected by the user through the mode configuration operation as the service handling stage is mapped in the flow configuration canvas, so that the configuration of the service handling event adopted by each service handling stage is completed.
The business handling event may include a business handling channel, a business handling act, a business handling manner, and the like.
In the scheme provided by the application, the execution mode configuration operation can be triggered by clicking (or dragging) the business handling event related to the target business product; specifically, the product handling mode related to the target business product can be clicked (or dragged) through a finger, a mouse, a preset combination key and the like; the product handling mode related to the target business product can be clicked (or dragged) through keys such as an L1 key, an R1 key, a ctrl key, an alt key, an a key and the like in the handle, and preset keys can be set manually according to requirements; or clicking (or dragging) the product handling mode related to the target business product in a mode of voice control and preset triggering action.
S1013, responding to the node configuration operation applied to the business handling event, and determining the business handling node related to the business handling stage according to the business handling event.
In this step, after defining the business transaction event adopted by the business transaction stage, the user can configure the execution step (i.e., the business transaction node) of completing the business transaction stage under each business transaction event through the node configuration operation; specifically, in response to a node configuration operation applied by a user with respect to a service handling event mapped in a flow configuration canvas, mapping a service handling node configured for the service handling event by the user through the node configuration operation in the flow configuration canvas, thereby completing configuration of the service handling node required to be executed for completing a service handling stage under each service handling event.
In the scheme provided by the application, the service handling node involved in the target service product can be clicked (or dragged) to trigger the execution node configuration operation; specifically, the product handling node involved in the target business product can be clicked (or dragged) through a finger, a mouse, a preset combination key and the like; the product handling nodes related to the target business product can be clicked (or dragged) through keys such as an L1 key, an R1 key, a ctrl key, an alt key, an a key and the like in the handle, and preset keys can be set manually according to requirements; or clicking (or dragging) the product handling node related to the target business product in a sound control and preset triggering action mode.
S1014, mapping to obtain a product handling process related to the target service product based on the service handling stage, the service handling events and the service handling nodes related to each service handling event.
In the step, a business handling stage set for a target business product, business handling events which can be adopted in the business handling stage and business handling nodes which are required to be executed by each business handling event to complete the business handling stage are combined, and a product handling flow required to complete the handling of the target business product is obtained through mapping.
Here, considering that the customer can encounter an unresolved problem in the process of handling the target service product, in order to timely find the problem of the customer and respond to the problem, so as to achieve the purpose of assisting the customer in solving the generated problem, the monitoring of the auxiliary requirement of the user can be realized by monitoring the target handling node in the product handling process; meanwhile, in order to ensure the authenticity of the acquired customer demands, product monitoring indexes suitable for the target handling nodes can be set for different target handling nodes, so that the product monitoring indexes are utilized to monitor the real demands of the customers at the target handling nodes.
In step S102, the user may associate product monitoring indicators for monitoring the target handling node through a process association operation; specifically, in response to a process association operation applied by a user to a product monitoring index related to a target business product, determining a target handling node associated with the product monitoring index selected by the process association operation in a product handling process, so as to realize monitoring of customer demands at the target handling node through the product monitoring index.
The product monitoring index is used for monitoring whether the client generates auxiliary demands when executing the target handling node; the product monitoring indicators may include subjective monitoring indicators and objective monitoring indicators; subjective monitoring metrics may include net recommendation values (NPS metrics), CAST metrics, customer effort metrics (CES metrics), etc.; the objective monitoring index can comprise browsing time, call time, page clicking times, business handling time and the like; the subjective monitoring index and the objective monitoring index can be composite monitoring indexes; that is, the monitoring index may be composed of a plurality of basic monitoring indexes.
Here, in order to make the used product monitoring index more suitable for monitoring the target service product and/or the customer, the product monitoring index related to the target service product may be determined by analyzing the historical behavior data of the customer and/or the customer investigation data.
In the scheme provided by the application, the related operation of the execution flow can be triggered by clicking the product monitoring index and the related target handling node; specifically, the product monitoring index and the associated target handling node can be clicked by a finger, a mouse, a preset combination key and the like; the product monitoring index and the associated target handling node can be clicked through keys such as an L1 key, an R1 key, a ctrl key, an alt key, an a key and the like in the handle, and preset keys can be set manually according to requirements; or clicking the product monitoring index and the associated target handling node in a mode of sound control and preset triggering action.
In one embodiment, the product monitoring index to which the target business product relates is determined by: and determining a product monitoring index suitable for monitoring the business handling node of the target business product by analyzing the historical behavior data and/or the customer investigation data of the customer by using an index acquisition tool.
In this step, an index obtaining tool (e.g., a user behavior analysis tool, a questionnaire investigation tool, etc.) is used to obtain historical behavior data and/or customer investigation data of the customer, and analyze and process the obtained historical behavior data and/or customer investigation data, so as to determine a product monitoring index suitable for monitoring a service handling node of the target service product.
And/or the number of the groups of groups,
and step 1, responding to a first index configuration operation, and displaying an index configuration interface in the graphical user interface.
In the step, a user can actively trigger to enter an index configuration interface for configuring the product monitoring index through a first index configuration operation; specifically, in response to a first index configuration operation applied by a user, the index configuration interface is triggered to be displayed in the graphical user interface.
Wherein, the index configuration interface displays basic index configuration items.
And step 2, responding to a second index configuration operation aiming at the basic index configuration item, and configuring a plurality of basic monitoring indexes related to the product monitoring indexes.
In the step, the user can complete the configuration of the basic index configuration items displayed in the index configuration interface one by one through the second index configuration operation; specifically, the configuration of the plurality of basic monitoring indexes related to the product monitoring indexes is completed in response to a second index configuration operation of a user for the basic index configuration items displayed in the index configuration interface.
Here, the second index configuration operation may refer to selecting a plurality of basic monitoring indexes related to the product monitoring index from the pre-configured candidate monitoring indexes.
And step 3, in response to logic configuration operation applied to the plurality of basic monitoring indexes, configuring index combination logic among the plurality of basic monitoring indexes.
In this step, after a plurality of basic monitoring indexes related to the product monitoring indexes are configured, an index combination logic for combining the basic monitoring indexes is further configured, so that by means of the index combination logic, the configured basic monitoring indexes are combined to obtain a complete composite product monitoring index for monitoring a customer.
Specifically, in response to a logic configuration operation applied by a user to the configured plurality of basic monitoring indexes, index combination logic for combining the plurality of basic monitoring indexes is configured to obtain a composite product monitoring index through the index combination logic combination.
Wherein the index combination logic may include AND logic, OR logic, NOT logic, and the like.
And 4, combining the plurality of basic monitoring indexes according to the index combination logic to determine a product monitoring index suitable for monitoring the service handling node of the target service product.
Here, when the user monitors whether the customer has an auxiliary demand by using the value of the product monitoring index, there may be a problem of missing data, and further, there is a situation that the monitoring missing cannot respond to the customer in time, so, in order to respond to the customer in time when the customer generates the auxiliary demand, the user may be reminded to respond to the customer by configuring an early warning event for the product monitoring index and triggering the early warning event.
In step S103, the user may configure a corresponding early warning event and an early warning rule for each product monitoring index through an early warning configuration operation, so as to perform early warning for the user when the early warning event is triggered according to the early warning rule; specifically, in response to an early warning configuration operation applied by a user aiming at the product monitoring index, an early warning event triggered by the product monitoring index under the target handling node and an early warning rule for triggering the early warning event are configured and obtained.
The early warning event is an abnormal event triggered by the fact that the product monitoring index accords with an early warning rule under the target handling node and used for early warning of the user; taking a target handling node as a home page search, a business handling event as a mobile phone bank and a product monitoring index as a browsing duration as an example, and an early warning event as a browsing duration early warning in the home page search of the mobile phone bank; taking a target handling node as a 'click on a banner', a business handling event as a 'mobile phone bank', a product monitoring index as a 'click frequency', and an early warning event as an early warning of the click frequency of clicking the banner in the mobile phone bank.
The early warning rule refers to early warning conditions met by the product monitoring index triggering early warning event; the early warning rule may include triggering an early warning event when the product monitoring indicator is greater than an early warning threshold; for example, taking an early warning event as "browsing duration early warning in home page search of mobile banking", the early warning rule is "browsing duration is greater than a preset duration threshold to trigger the early warning event".
In the scheme provided by the application, the early warning configuration operation can be triggered and executed by clicking a control corresponding to the early warning event (and/or the early warning rule); specifically, the control corresponding to the early warning event (and/or the early warning rule) can be clicked by a finger, a mouse, a preset combination key and the like; the control corresponding to the early warning event (and/or the early warning rule) can be clicked through keys such as an L1 key, an R1 key, a ctrl key, an alt key, an a key and the like in the handle, and preset keys can be set manually according to requirements; or clicking the control corresponding to the early warning event (and/or the early warning rule) in a mode of sound control and preset triggering action.
Here, in order to simplify the configuration steps of the early warning event and reduce the configuration difficulty of the early warning event and the early warning rule, a rule configuration interface may be provided for the user, so that the user configures a plurality of basic early warning items forming the early warning rule in the rule configuration interface to complete the configuration of the early warning event.
