Abstract
The invention provides a retrieval method and a retrieval system for regulations, wherein the method comprises the following steps: receiving a first input, the first input comprising a search description statement for describing regulatory terms to be searched; responding to the first input, and matching the search description statement based on a preset regulation index library to obtain an index result meeting preset matching conditions; and acquiring target regulation contents corresponding to the regulation clauses to be retrieved from a preset regulation database according to the index result, wherein a corresponding mapping relation is constructed between the regulation clause contents in the preset regulation database and index information in the preset regulation index database. The existing regulation retrieval method is mainly used for searching authors, titles or keywords in the regulation, however, whether the method is used for retrieving the titles, the authors and other structural modes or extracting some keywords, the requirement of users for full-text retrieval query cannot be met. For example, if a search is conducted for titles and authors of regulations, all relevant regulatory content may be presented to the user, but only content relevant to a certain type of terms is required by the user, that search pattern may not meet the user's needs; or if only the keywords extracted by the regulation system are searched, if the query words input by the user side are not the corresponding keywords, the search result has larger error and can not completely meet the requirements of the user; alternatively, sequential full-scale search, in which the regulatory spread is sequentially opened for querying, is time-consuming, although text content can be retrieved.
The invention provides a full text retrieval method applied to regulations, which loads data from regulations of various formats through technologies such as optical character recognition (Optical Character Recognition, OCR for short) and the like, divides the loaded text into words, and indexes the words to generate an index file. In another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions which, when executed by a computer, enable the computer to perform the above-described methods of searching for regulations, the method comprising: receiving a first input, the first input comprising a search description statement for describing regulatory terms to be searched; responding to the first input, and matching the search description statement based on a preset regulation index library to obtain an index result meeting preset matching conditions; and acquiring target regulation contents corresponding to the regulation clauses to be retrieved from a preset regulation database according to the index result, wherein a corresponding mapping relation is constructed between the regulation clause contents in the preset regulation database and index information in the preset regulation index database.
In yet another aspect, the present invention also provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, is implemented to perform the retrieval method for a regulation system provided by the above embodiments, the method comprising: receiving a first input, the first input comprising a search description statement for describing regulatory terms to be searched; responding to the first input, and matching the search description statement based on a preset regulation index library to obtain an index result meeting preset matching conditions; and acquiring target regulation contents corresponding to the regulation clauses to be retrieved from a preset regulation database according to the index result, wherein a corresponding mapping relation is constructed between the regulation clause contents in the preset regulation database and index information in the preset regulation index database.
The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, wherein the elements illustrated as separate elements may or may not be physically separate, and the elements shown as elements may or may not be physical elements, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network elements. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment. Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand and implement the present invention without undue burden.

Claims (10)
1. A method for regulatory search comprising:
receiving a first input, the first input comprising a search description statement for describing regulatory terms to be searched;
responding to the first input, and matching the search description statement based on a preset regulation index library to obtain an index result meeting preset matching conditions;
and acquiring target regulation contents corresponding to the regulation clauses to be retrieved from a preset regulation database according to the index result, wherein a corresponding mapping relation is constructed between the regulation clause contents in the preset regulation database and index information in the preset regulation index database.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein said matching the search description sentence based on a preset regulation index base in response to the first input to obtain an index result satisfying a preset matching condition, comprises:
performing word segmentation on the search description sentence to obtain a search description sentence subjected to word segmentation;
based on index information corresponding to each regulation item ID information in a preset regulation index library, matching with the word-processed search description sentence to obtain the matching coincidence degree between the word-processed search description sentence and each index information;
taking one or more index information with the matching coincidence degree meeting the preset matching condition as the index result, and acquiring target regulation clause ID information corresponding to the index result;
the obtaining, according to the index result, target regulation content corresponding to the to-be-retrieved regulation clause from a preset regulation database includes:
and if the index result comprises a plurality of index information, sequencing the index information based on the matching coincidence degree, and displaying a plurality of target regulation contents corresponding to the preset regulation database according to the sequencing result of the index information.
3. The search method for regulations of claim 1, wherein the preset regulation index base is constructed by the steps of:
acquiring image information of a regulation system sample;
performing character recognition on the regulation sample image information through an optical character recognition technology to obtain corresponding regulation text sample content;
splitting the regulatory text sample content based on the regulatory clauses corresponding to the regulatory text sample content to obtain a plurality of regulatory clause sample contents;
performing word segmentation processing on the plurality of regulation clause sample contents, and constructing index information according to the obtained plurality of regulation clause sample contents subjected to word segmentation processing;
and acquiring the regulation rule ID information of each regulation rule, and constructing a mapping relation between each index information and the corresponding regulation rule ID information to obtain the preset regulation index library.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of performing word segmentation on the plurality of the sample contents of the regulatory clause and constructing index information based on the obtained sample contents of the word segmented regulatory clause comprises:
obtaining basic attributes corresponding to the sample content of each regulation clause, wherein the basic attributes at least comprise regulation formulator information, establishment unit information, establishment time and application range information;
and constructing the index information according to the sample content of the segmented regulation clause and the corresponding basic attribute.
5. The retrieval method for a regulation system according to claim 3, wherein the preset regulation system database is constructed by:
acquiring image information and full-text content of regulations corresponding to each regulation clause sample content;
and constructing the preset regulation database according to the regulation sample content, the image information and the regulation full-text content based on the regulation ID information.
6. The retrieval method for a regulation system according to claim 1, wherein after the target regulation contents corresponding to the to-be-retrieved regulation system terms are acquired from a preset regulation system database according to the index result, the method further comprises:
judging whether the relevant regulation system clause exists in the target regulation content, and if so, displaying the regulation content corresponding to the relevant regulation system clause and the target regulation content through a display unit, wherein an interdependent association relationship exists between the regulation clause of the target regulation content and the relevant regulation system clause.
7. A retrieval system for a regulation system, comprising:
a search content input module for receiving a first input, the first input comprising a search description sentence for describing a regulatory term to be searched;
the index module is used for responding to the first input, matching the search description sentences based on a preset regulation index library and obtaining index results meeting preset matching conditions;
and the retrieval module is used for acquiring target regulation contents corresponding to the regulation clauses to be retrieved from a preset regulation database according to the index result, wherein a corresponding mapping relation is constructed between the regulation clause contents in the preset regulation database and index information in the preset regulation index database.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the retrieval method for regulations of any one of claims 1 to 6 when the computer program is executed by the processor.
9. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a retrieval method for regulations according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a retrieval method for regulations according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
