Further, a heating furnace atomization steam inlet pipeline is arranged on the heating furnace of the ethylene section, heating furnace atomization steam flows through the heating furnace atomization steam inlet pipeline, and the mixed fuel is atomized through the heating furnace atomization steam.

The actual production effect is as follows:
in the factory, the amount of low-boiling waste liquid generated by a biomass vinyl method vinyl acetate synthesis device per day is 1 ton, after the low-boiling waste liquid tank 1 is collected to the liquid level of 50%, the low-boiling waste liquid is sent out to an ethylene section heating furnace 7 through a low-boiling waste liquid pump 2 at the flow rate of 120L/h and the pressure of 0.2MPa, and partial fuel oil is replaced to be used as the fuel of the ethylene section heating furnace 7, so that the fuel oil can be saved by 0.7 ton per day.
