Detailed Description
Referring to the drawings, embodiments of the present invention are shown with an external circulation ball screw having a semi-open return channel, but these embodiments are for illustrative purposes only and are not limited to this configuration in the patent application.

The reflux groove 24 spirally winds the screw cap 20, the rotation directions of the reflux groove 24 and the ball channel 12 are opposite, and the lead of the reflux groove 24 is larger than that of the ball channel 12; in this example, the ratio of the lead of the return groove 24 to the lead of the ball passage 12 is preferably 3.5:1.

The second channel 41 is mainly formed by connecting a second inlet channel 42 and a second outlet channel 43, the second inlet channel 42 and the second outlet channel 43 are respectively curved, the second inlet channel 42 is tangentially connected with the backflow groove 24, the second outlet channel 43 is tangentially connected with the ball channel 12, the orthographic projection of the second inlet channel 42 on the second plane 94 extends along the rotation direction of the backflow groove 24, the orthographic projection of the second outlet channel 43 on the second plane 94 extends along the rotation direction of the ball channel 12, the connection part of the second inlet channel 42 and the backflow groove 24 is defined as a second inlet 44, the connection part of the second outlet channel 43 and the ball channel 12 is defined as a second outlet 45, the distance between the second inlet 44 and the second outlet 45 along the axial direction of the nut 20 is smaller than the lead of the ball channel 12, a gradual connection groove in a gradual change mode is formed among the backflow groove 24, the second channel 41 and the ball channel 12, the ball 50 is gradually changed from the backflow groove 24 to the second inlet channel 42, the second outlet channel 43 and the ball channel 12, the gradual change direction of the ball 50 is gradually changed, the gradual change of the ball 50 is not generated, the smooth rolling phenomenon of the ball 24 is not changed, and the rolling from the second inlet channel 41 is smoothly changed to the ball channel 24.
The nut 20 forms a spiral groove wall 25, the groove wall 25 defines a reflux groove 24, two linear groove edges 26 are formed at the joint of the groove wall 25 and the radial periphery of the nut 20, the minimum distance between the groove edges 26 is smaller than the outer diameter of the ball 50, the reflux groove 24 forms a semi-open shape to the radial outside of the nut 20, and the groove edges 26 limit the ball 50 in the radial direction of the nut 20, so that the ball 50 is prevented from separating from the reflux groove 24 along the radial direction of the nut 20.
In the first embodiment, the ball channel 12, the first channel 31, the backflow groove 24 and the second channel 41 are spatially and oppositely configured, so that the smoothness of the circulating backflow rolling of the ball 50 is significantly improved.
The groove wall 25 is mainly composed of a first spiral supporting surface 252 and two spiral side surfaces 254, the radial cross section of the first supporting surface 252 is in an arc shape in cooperation with the balls 50, each side surface 254 is respectively connected with two ends of the first supporting surface 252 in the arc shape, each side surface 254 is respectively connected with the radial outer periphery of the nut 20 to form each groove edge 26, in this example, each side surface 254 is parallel to each other, the shortest distance between each side surface 254 is smaller than the outer diameter of the balls 50, and along the diameter direction of the nut 20, the groove wall 25 limits the balls 50 rolling through the backflow groove 24.
The first embodiment further includes a tubular housing 60, wherein the housing 60 surrounds the radial periphery of the nut 20, the housing 60 shields the reflow slot 24, and the housing 60 can protect the reflow slot 24 from external dust or foreign matters.
A gap 27 is formed between the ball 50 and the housing 60 in the circulation groove 24, and the gap 27 can be used as a space for providing a lubricant.
As shown in fig. 8, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment mainly in that the groove wall 25 is mainly composed of two spiral limiting surfaces 256, two spiral second supporting surfaces 258 and two spiral side surfaces 254, the second supporting surfaces 258 are laterally opposite to each other, the limiting surfaces 256 are respectively connected with the second supporting surfaces 258 and the side surfaces 254, the side surfaces 254 are respectively connected with the radial outer periphery of the nut 20 to form the groove edges 26, and the balls 50 in the reflux groove 24 are in tangential contact with the second supporting surfaces 258 and the limiting surfaces 256.

the second channel is mainly formed by a second inlet channel and a second outlet channel which are communicated, the second inlet channel and the second outlet channel are respectively in a curved arc shape, the second inlet channel is communicated with the reflux groove in a tangential manner, the second outlet channel is communicated with the ball channel in a tangential manner, the orthographic projection of the second inlet channel on the second plane extends along the rotation direction of the reflux groove, the orthographic projection of the second outlet channel on the second plane extends along the rotation direction of the ball channel, the communicating position of the second inlet channel and the reflux groove is defined as a second inlet, the communicating position of the second outlet channel and the ball channel is a second outlet, and the axial distance between the second inlet and the second outlet along the screw cap is smaller than the lead of the ball channel;
the nut forms a spiral groove wall, the groove wall defines a reflux groove, two linear groove edges are formed at the radial periphery connection part of the groove wall and the nut, and the minimum distance between the groove edges is smaller than the outer diameter of the ball.
