The use method of the adjustable fixing support comprises the steps of firstly rotating the second adjusting hand wheel 31 to adjust threaded movement to enable the medical instrument to integrally move to a reasonable position when interventional operation treatment is started, then rotating the first adjusting hand wheel 12 to finely adjust the position corresponding to a single medical instrument, firstly carrying out integral position adjustment in the adjustment mode, improving the adjustment efficiency of the medical instrument, ensuring that the relative position of each medical instrument is not changed during integral adjustment, reducing the adjustment operation amount of the single adjusting medical instrument, and finely adjusting the position of the single medical instrument to realize the specific position adjustment of the medical instrument.

Claims (10)

1. An adjustable fixing support comprises at least one instrument fixing assembly, a first screw (2) and a screw fixing seat (3), and is characterized in that the instrument fixing assembly comprises a clamping body (11) and a first adjusting hand wheel (12), one end of the clamping body (11) is provided with an installation position, and a medical instrument can be arranged on the installation position and clamped and fixed; the other end of the clamping body (11) is provided with the first adjusting hand wheel (12), and the clamping body (11) and the first adjusting hand wheel (12) are sleeved on the first screw (2); the screw fixing seat (3) is provided with a second adjusting hand wheel (31) in a containing mode, and the screw fixing seat (3) and the second adjusting hand wheel (31) are sleeved on the first screw (2); the first screw (2) is provided with at least one through groove (21) along the axial direction of the first screw, the clamping body (11) and the screw fixing seat (3) sleeved on the first screw (2) are provided with guide pieces (115) matched with the through groove (21), and the instrument fixing assembly can move along the axial direction of the first screw (2) without relative rotation through the matching of the guide pieces (115) and the through groove (21); the inner circumferences of the first adjusting hand wheel (12) and the second adjusting hand wheel (31) are respectively provided with internal threads matched with the first screw rod (2), and the instrument fixing assembly moves along the axis direction of the screw rod by rotating the first adjusting hand wheel (12); by rotating the second adjusting hand wheel (31), the first screw (2) moves along the axial direction of the first screw.

The adjustable fixing bracket according to claim 1, wherein in installation and use, the second adjusting hand wheel (31) is rotated to move the first screw (2) at first, so that a plurality of instrument fixing assemblies sleeved on the first screw (2) move simultaneously; and then the first regulating hand wheel (12) is rotated to independently move the instrument fixing assembly.

Adjustable fixing bracket according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a bracket base (41), wherein the screw fixing base (3) is rotatably or fixedly connected to the bracket base (41), wherein the bracket base (41) is placed on a supporting platform of an operating table (42); by rotating the first and second adjustment handwheels (12, 31), the auxiliary medical instrument can be quickly moved to the target position.

The adjustable fixing bracket according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a second screw (5), wherein one end of the second screw (5) is fixedly connected with the screw fixing seat (3), the other end is connected with a horizontal fixing seat (51), the horizontal fixing seat (51) accommodates a third adjusting hand wheel (52), and the horizontal fixing seat (51) and the third adjusting hand wheel (52) are both sleeved on the second screw (5); the second screw (5) is provided with at least one through groove (21), the horizontal fixing seat (51) is provided with a guide piece (115) matched with the through groove (21) of the second screw (5), the third adjusting hand wheel (52) is in threaded fit with the second screw (5), and the third adjusting hand wheel (52) is rotated, so that the second screw (5) and the screw fixing seat (3) move along the axis of the second screw.

The adjustable fixing support according to claim 4, further comprising a third screw (6), wherein one end of the third screw (6) is fixedly connected with the horizontal fixing base (51) in the vertical direction, the other end of the third screw is connected with the operating table fixing base (62), the third screw (6) is provided with at least one through groove (21), the operating table fixing base (62) is provided with a through hole, the operating table fixing base (62) is provided with a guide piece (115), when the third screw (6) is inserted into the through hole, the guide piece (115) is matched with the through groove (21) of the third screw (6), and a fourth adjusting hand wheel (61) in threaded connection is sleeved on the third screw (6).
6. The adjustable mounting bracket of claim 5, wherein the fourth adjustment hand wheel (61) abuts against the upper surface of the table mount (62) by means of the weight of the upper portion of the adjustable mounting bracket.
7. The adjustable fixing bracket according to claim 5, wherein the axes of the first screw (2), the second screw (5) and the third screw (6) are perpendicular.
8. Adjustable mounting according to claim 5, characterized in that the number of through slots (21) provided on the first screw (2), and/or the second screw (5), and/or the third screw (6) is two.

Adjustable fixing bracket according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the clamping body (11) is of a two-piece construction, the clamping body (11) of which comprises a first part (111) and a second part (112); one end of the first part (111) and one end of the second part (112) are provided with mounting positions of medical instruments, the mounting positions are provided with hole shapes, and the hole-shaped mounting positions are provided with notches (113).

The adjustable mounting bracket of claim 9, wherein the other ends of the first portion (111) and the second portion (112) are provided with screw mounting portions (114), and a distance is provided between the screw mounting portions (114) of the first portion (111) and the screw mounting portions (114) of the second portion (112) for mounting the first adjustment hand wheel (12).
