Abstract

The main difficulty of the current endoscopic nasal dural suture is knotting after pre-suture, and although the endoscopic nasal dural suture can be realized after training for a certain time, the endoscopic nasal dural suture needs a great deal of time and is not easy to master by most doctors.
The traditional mode of stitching knots is to operate on both ends of a wire, with different winding modes to knot the "ends" of a wire.
