The color ring back tone service is an audio and video playing service which occurs in the ringing stage before calling and called calls under the IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem, IP multimedia subsystem technology) based communication network. As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present application provides a system 600 for managing telephony services, including an IMS network device 601 and a communication platform 602.
The IMS network device 601 is configured to obtain a call request sent by a calling communication client, send the call request to a communication platform, receive target service and subscriber information sent by the communication platform, and provide the target service for the communication client corresponding to the subscriber information by using a communication AS network element;
the communication platform 602 is configured to obtain a call request sent by an IMS network device, determine target service and subscriber information according to the call request, and send the target service and the subscriber information to the IMS network device; the target service is communication service and/or color ring service, and the subscription user information is user information of the calling communication client and/or user information of the called communication client.
According to the system for managing call services provided by the embodiment, the communication platform is utilized to determine the target service and the subscription user information according to the call request, wherein the target service is the communication service and/or the CRBT service, and the subscription user information is the user information of the calling communication client and/or the user information of the called communication client. And then the target service and the subscription information are sent to IMS network equipment, and the IMS network equipment is triggered to provide the target service for the communication client corresponding to the subscription information by using the communication AS network element. In this way, even if the communication AS network element includes multiple services, the communication AS network element can determine what services are provided for the communication client based on the target services sent by the communication platform. The separation of multiple services is realized while the multiple services are placed in the same communication AS network element. Meanwhile, a plurality of services are arranged in the same communication AS network element, so that the signaling processing capability, the media playing capability and the service and media management capability are only required to be built once, and the resource waste is avoided. On the basis of embodiment 6, this embodiment provides a flowchart of a method for managing call services.
Specifically, the communication platform determines target service and subscriber information according to a call request, including: acquiring a calling number and/or a called number from a call request; acquiring a calling call service subscribed by a calling number and/or a called call service subscribed by a called number; and determining target service and subscription user information according to the calling call service and/or the called call service.

Specifically, the IMS network device provides a target service for a communication client corresponding to the subscription information by using a communication AS network element, including: if the target service comprises the CRBT service, carrying out CRBT media negotiation by using the communication AS network element and the communication client corresponding to the subscriber information so AS to provide the CRBT service for the communication client corresponding to the subscriber information; and/or if the target service comprises the communication service, carrying out call media negotiation between the calling communication client and the called communication client by using the communication AS network element so AS to provide the communication service for the communication client corresponding to the subscription user information in the call process of the calling communication client and the called communication client.
Specifically, after performing color ring media negotiation by using the communication AS network element and the communication client corresponding to the subscriber information, the IMS network device further includes: if receiving the off-hook instruction sent by the called communication client, the IMS network device stops providing the color ring service for the communication client corresponding to the subscription user information.
Specifically, before the IMS network device uses the communication AS network element to perform session media negotiation on the calling communication client and the called communication client, the IMS network device further includes: and acquiring an off-hook instruction sent by the called communication client.

Claims (11)

1. A method for managing telephony services, applied to a communication platform, the method comprising:
acquiring a call request sent by IMS network equipment;
determining target service and subscription user information according to the call request, wherein the target service is communication service and/or color ring service, and the subscription user information is user information of a calling communication client and/or user information of a called communication client;
And sending the target service and the subscription information to the IMS network equipment, and triggering the IMS network equipment to provide the target service for a communication client corresponding to the subscription information by using a communication AS network element.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining target service and subscriber information from the call request comprises:
acquiring a calling number and/or a called number from the call request;
acquiring a calling call service subscribed by the calling number and/or a called call service subscribed by the called number;
and determining the target service and the subscription information according to the calling call service and/or the called call service.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein determining the target service from the calling call service and/or the called call service comprises:
if the calling call service comprises the communication service and/or the called call service comprises the communication service, determining that the target service is the communication service; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
and if the calling call service comprises the color ring back tone service and/or the called call service comprises the color ring back tone service, determining that the target service is the color ring back tone service.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein determining the subscriber information from the calling call service and/or the called call service comprises:
if the calling call service comprises a color ring service and/or a communication service, determining that the subscription user information is user information corresponding to the calling communication client; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
and if the called call service comprises a color ring service and/or a communication service, determining that the subscription user information is the user information corresponding to the called communication client.
5. A method for managing telephony services, applied to an IMS network device, the IMS network device including a communication AS network element therein, the method comprising:
acquiring a call request sent by a calling communication client;
the call request is sent to a communication platform, and the call request is used for triggering the communication platform to determine target service and subscription user information, wherein the target service is communication service and/or color ring service, and the subscription user information is user information of a calling communication client and/or user information of a called communication client;
receiving the target service and the subscriber information sent by the communication platform;
And providing the target service for the communication client corresponding to the subscription information by using the communication AS network element.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein providing the target service for the communication client corresponding to the subscription information by using the communication AS network element comprises:
if the target service comprises a CRBT service, carrying out CRBT media negotiation by using the communication AS network element and a communication client corresponding to the subscriber information so AS to provide the CRBT service for the communication client corresponding to the subscriber information; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
and if the target service comprises communication service, carrying out call media negotiation between the calling communication client and the called communication client by using the communication AS network element so AS to provide communication service for the communication client corresponding to the subscription user information in the call process of the calling communication client and the called communication client.

The method of claim 6, wherein after performing a ring back tone media negotiation with the communication client corresponding to the subscriber information by using the communication AS network element to provide a ring back tone service for the communication client corresponding to the subscriber information, further comprising:
And stopping providing the color ring service for the communication client corresponding to the subscriber information if an off-hook instruction sent by the called communication client is received.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein prior to negotiating call media for the calling communication client and the called communication client using the communication AS network element, further comprising:

9. A system for managing telephony services, comprising:
