Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of parking lot management, in particular to a large-scale outdoor parking lot area vehicle number statistical method.
Background
Because private cars are kept more and more, large-scale shops are equipped with large-scale outdoor parking lots for facilitating parking of customers. The number of the parks which can be accommodated in the parking place is limited, so that a gate and an image recognition device are required to be arranged at the entrance and the exit of the parking place, and the total number of the parks in the parking place is conveniently counted and the parking charging is conveniently carried out. However, when the number of parking spaces in the parking lot is large, it is inconvenient for the customer to find the parking spaces, so that a method for carrying out regional statistics on the number of parking spaces in the parking lot is provided, and the number of remaining empty parking spaces in each region is displayed, so that the customer can find the parking spaces to park.
At present, a plurality of methods for counting the number of parked vehicles in a large-scale outdoor parking area are adopted, such as identifying the vehicles through a camera and an AI technology, and counting the vehicles in the parked areas; geomagnetism is installed in a parking space to count parked vehicles and the like. The schemes still have the defects that vehicles are identified through camera and AI modeling, the number of the vehicles is counted, and the camera is required to be placed at a certain height, so that the method has physical condition limitation; in addition, if the ground building is shielded, the statistics amount has errors. The geomagnetism installed on the parking space can calculate the vehicles parked on the parking space, and if the vehicles are parked illegally, the vehicles cannot be counted accurately.

and judging the running direction of the vehicle passing through the access passage according to the sequence of the identification information generated in the first vehicle plate identification device and the second vehicle plate identification device which are arranged in pairs.
Further, according to the identification information of the first and second vehicle identification devices, determining the traveling direction of the vehicle passing through the access way includes:
if only one of the first car plate identification device and the second car plate identification device which are arranged in pairs generates identification information, judging whether the car head image or the car tail image is shot in the identification information, and judging the running direction of the car passing through the access passage according to the judging result.
Further, adjusting the parking number in the parking area associated with the access way according to the driving direction includes: according to the traveling direction, the number of parks in the parking area in the vehicle forward direction is reduced by one, and the number of parks in the parking area in the vehicle forward direction is increased by one.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: compared with the scheme of identifying the vehicle through the camera and the AI technology, the scheme has no requirement on the height of the camera and does not worry about shielding of pavement buildings. Compared with the geomagnetic scheme of the parking space, the scheme solves the problem that the number of vehicles is counted without standardization in parking.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for counting the number of vehicles in a large-sized outdoor parking area, including:
dividing a parking lot into a plurality of parking areas;
setting an access passage in an adjacent parking area;
a first vehicle plate recognition device and a second vehicle plate recognition device are arranged in the access passage in pairs, and the first vehicle plate recognition device and the second vehicle plate recognition device are respectively used for recognizing vehicles which enter or leave a corresponding parking area;
and judging the running direction of the vehicle passing through the access passage according to the identification information of the first vehicle plate identification device and the second vehicle plate identification device, and adjusting the parking number in the parking area associated with the access passage according to the running direction.
Further, at least one access passage is arranged in the adjacent parking areas. For convenience, access ways may be planned where non-corners are selected between areas and where the road surface is relatively narrow.
Further, at least one or more groups of first car plate recognition devices and second car plate recognition devices which are arranged in pairs are arranged in the access passage according to the number of lanes contained in the access passage.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that multiple access ways may be provided depending on the number of other parking areas adjacent to a certain parking area, e.g. parking area a is adjacent to parking area B, parking area C, then parking area a needs to be provided with two access ways to meet access of a to B and a to C. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of lanes may be provided in one access passage according to the size of the parking area and the desired parking amount. In order to accurately identify each vehicle passing through the access way, a first vehicle plate identification device and a second vehicle plate identification device which are arranged in pairs are required to be arranged on each lane.
