Because the first mounting plate 8 is connected through the sliding fit between the movable rod 7 and the connecting plate 6 (the lower end of the movable rod 7 is connected to the first mounting plate 8), the first mounting plate 8 can translate downwards after being pulled, so that the ratchet 10 and the pawl 14 connected to the first mounting plate 8 are separated, the ratchet 10 can rotate, and the blocking effect of the ratchet 10 and the pawl 14 on the pulling-out of the wiring male 3 is avoided. An electricity meter as in claim 2, wherein: the compression spring (25) is elastically supported between the first mounting plate (8) and the movable frame (26), the return spring (32) is elastically supported between the connecting plate (6) and the movable rod (7), the upper end of the return spring (32) is limited through a flange at the upper end part of the movable rod (7), the return spring cannot deviate from the upper end of the movable rod (7), and the lower end of the return spring (32) is limited through the connecting plate (6).
