Abstract

本发明涉及柳木材采用CMP制浆,配抄10—15%阔叶材化学浆或10%针叶浆或20—30%的漂白化学草浆造新闻纸。柳树成活率高,生长快,栽植面积广,资源丰富,但利用价值不大,价格低廉,开发柳木CMP造新闻纸化学药品用量少,制浆得率高,成本低,开拓了新的造纸原料资源,促进造纸业发展,又能促进林业发展。

柳木造新闻纸
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,是用柳本制造新闻纸。
目前,随着造纸用针叶林日趋紧张,阔叶林造纸已经得到开发。为了进一步开发新原料,利用速生杨木CMP制浆和混合硬杂木(杨木、桦木、柞木、榆木、楸木、椴木、曲柳木、白松)制浆配抄新闻纸正在研究中。
本发明的目的是提供柳木造新闻纸,利用速生价格低廉,使用价值不大的柳木材采用CMP制浆生产新闻纸,解决了抄造新闻纸的新课题,进一步拓宽造新闻纸原料来源。
本发明是通过如下生产工艺实现的:剥皮——削片——化学浸渍——洗涤——第一道盘磨磨浆——洗涤——第二道磨磨浆——消潜——抄纸。
柳木材质较白,但比重略高于杨木,发挥柳木材质本身的白度特性,为进一步使成浆有较高的白度,浸渍药品采用碱性亚硫酸纳。加入氢氧化纳有助于改善浆液的强度。
本发明采用CMP制浆生产程序是:将原料柳木材去皮,经削片粉碎加工,装入蒸球进行化学药液浸煮,用药量亚硫酸钠6-8%,氢氧化钠1-2%,浸煮温度140℃-170℃,保温时间0.5-1.5小时。后经过两次磨浆洗涤过滤,磨装浓度一般控制在15-20%,第二道磨磨浆到所需要打浆度57-60°SR。为了进一步保证纸的白度,也可以将成浆稍加漂白,上纸机抄制。为了进一步提高纸张强度,改善抄造性能,配抄10-15%阔叶材化学浆或10%针叶材化学浆或20-30%漂白化学草浆。
柳树易成活、生长快、栽植面积广,资源丰富,但由于木质所限利用价值不大,所以价格低廉。开发柳木造纸能提高资源利用率,促进林业发展。用柳木CMP制浆造新闻纸,化学品用量少,制浆得率高,成本低,环境污染轻,开拓了新的造纸原料资源,促进造纸业的发展。
以下列举实施例进一步说明发明内容。
实施例1,柳木碎片化学药液浸渍,亚硫酸钠8%,氢氧化纳2%,浸渍温度135℃,在此温度下保温45分钟,磨浆打浆度57°SR,配抄柳木CMP浆90%,阔叶化学浆10%。
实施例2,化学浸渍药液亚硫酸钠6%,氢氧化钠2%,浸渍温度150℃,在此温度下保温40分钟,磨浆打浆度60°SR,配抄柳木CMP浆85%,阔叶化学浆15%。
实施例3,化学浸渍药液亚硫酸钠8%,氢氧化钠1.5%,浸渍温度150℃,保温1小时,配抄柳木CMP浆80%,漂白化学草浆20%。

1.一种抄造新闻纸的原材料,其特征是采用柳木材。
2.一种用柳木材造新闻纸的生产方法,其特征是采用CMP制浆法,用药亚硫酸钠6-8%,氢氧化钠1-2%,浸者温度140℃-170℃,保温时间0.5-1.5小时,磨浆浓度15-20%,打浆度57-60°SR。
