The cigarette packaging aluminum foil paper production device according to claim 1, wherein the film uncovering piece (32) is arranged on the mounting frame (315), the film uncovering piece (32) comprises a scribing cutter (321) arranged on one side of the rotating roller (131), a third threaded rod (323) which is in threaded connection with the lower end of the scribing cutter (321) and passes through a fourth motor (322), a sliding groove (324) which is in sliding connection with the scribing cutter (321) and is rotationally connected to the mounting frame (315) at two ends, a vacuum chuck (325) arranged on the sliding groove (324), a pushing rod (326) hinged to the lower end of the sliding groove (324), and a second telescopic cylinder (327) hinged to the lower end of the pushing rod (326) and fixedly arranged on the mounting frame (315).
