the working principle of the cooling mechanism is as follows:
in the initial state, the inside of the water inlet pipe 16 is filled with cold water, a proper amount of cold water in the water inlet pipe 16 is pumped into the water outlet pipe 9 by the starting of the water pump 21, the water outlet pipe 9 is discharged into the water injection groove 24, the water injection groove 24 is guided by the inner wall of the water injection groove 24 to be discharged into the water inlet hole and is transmitted into the capillary holes 29, the punched pile 12 is cooled by the cold water and partially evaporated into steam, the cold water is pumped into the air outlet hose 30 from the air inlet 23 by the starting of the blower 25 while the punched pile 12 is cooled by the water injection, the air outlet hose 30 is sent into the air spraying head 32 and is blown to the punched pile 12, meanwhile, the electric telescopic rod 35 is started to enable the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod 35 to reciprocate and enable the traction rope 34 to drag the air spraying head 32 to rotate, when the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod 35 is extended to the limit state, the angle of the air spraying head 32 is inclined and deformed by the influence of the rotating force of the spring, the elastic belt 31 is also affected by the force of the air-jet head 32 to stretch and deform, when the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod 35 is contracted, the air-jet head 32 is driven to rotate and reset by the elasticity of the spring and the elasticity of the elastic belt 31, so that the air-jet head 32 swings and blows and radiates heat to the vertical range of the punched pile 12, the motor 26 is started to rotate the gear 27 to drive the toothed ring 28 connected with the gear 27 to rotate, the punched pile 12 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the toothed ring 28, so that the air-jet head 32 can blow and radiate heat to the outer surface of the punched pile 12, meanwhile, cold water is injected into the interior of the punched pile 12 in cooperation with the capillary holes 29 to cool the interior and the exterior of the punched pile 12 at the same time, the purpose of efficiently cooling and radiating heat is achieved, the re-use of the punched pile 12 is avoided, and compared with the prior art, a bucket and cold water are not required to be prepared in advance, and the time and labor for manually and repeatedly adding and supplementing cold water are saved.
