Description

Control method, device, equipment and medium for terminal access network
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a device for controlling a terminal to access to a network.
Background
5G core network foreign network roaming (also known as "5G core network roaming") refers to: in an independent networking (SA) mode, a home network side user uses 5G services by accessing a visited network side 5G network in a roaming area. 5G access networks and core networks of both sides of the 5G core network roaming operators are independently constructed and managed, and users are independently managed. The 5G core network roaming is realized by adopting a home routing mode, namely roaming user data returns to a home network, and the service is provided by the home network.
The voice traffic of VoNR (Voice over New Radio, voice over new wireless NR) is provided to the roaming user by the IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem, IP multimedia system) of the home network side. The wireless access network and the core network of the visiting network should cooperate with the home network to support and establish an IMS signaling bearing of 5 QI=5, and support and establish two special bearing of 5 QI=1 and 5 QI=2 in the call establishment process, wherein 5QI is a 5G QoS Identifier (5G QoS Identifier), which is an indication of a group of QoS (quality of service) data flows between a labeling terminal (UE) and a core network User Plane Function (UPF) in the 5G network, including priority, packet delay or packet error rate, etc.
When the terminal does not support the VoNR, the user can use only the data service when using the 5G core network roaming service.
Based on the prior art, for the EPS Fallback (evolved packet system Fallback) end user of telecommunication and communication, when the end user is in the strong coverage area of the mobile and broadcast television 5G SA network, the end user can enter the mobile and broadcast television 5G SA network. Because the mobile and broadcast television only share the 5G SA network for telecommunication and communication users, the terminal which does not support VoNR can not use voice function and can not actively return to the home 4/5G network.
Similarly, the same problem exists when mobile and broadcast end users not supporting VoNR roam into telecommunications and connectivity networks.

when a terminal initiates a mobility registration update flow crossing a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN), sending a terminal wireless capability check request to the base station; here, the first message is a terminal wireless capability check response message, and the terminal wireless capability check response message carries VoNR supporting capability of the terminal.
As shown in fig. 2, the AMF sends a terminal radio capability check request (UE radio capability check request) message to the base station based on a preset trigger policy, and carries a terminal radio capability field (UE Radio Capability IE), and requests the base station to carry an IP multimedia system voice support indication field (IMS Voice Support Indicator IE) in a terminal radio capability check response (UE radio capability check response) message.
The preset trigger strategy herein includes, but is not limited to: the registration process initiated by the specific user or the user accessed by the specific PLMN, or the mobility registration update process, or the terminal initiates the registration process, and the network registered before is not the public land mobile network PLMN registered this time, or the terminal initiates the mobility registration update process of the public land mobile network PLMN, and after the AMF receives the registration request (Registration Request) message in the registration process or the mobility registration update process, the terminal wireless capability checking (UE radio capability check) process can be triggered.
The base station carries an IP multimedia system voice support indication field (IMS Voice Support Indicator IE) in a terminal wireless capability check response (UE radio capability check response) message, and the base station can also indicate the VoNR support capability of the terminal by adding a field.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the VoNR supporting capability of the terminal is carried by an extension field of an IMS supporting identifier field of the terminal radio capability check response message, or a preset target field of the terminal radio capability check response message is carried, where it is to be noted that the preset target field may be a newly added field in the response message.
Specifically, the VoNR voice support capability may be carried by augmenting IMS Voice Support Indicator field (see table 1 below):
TABLE 1
The field carrying of the response message can also be checked by adding the wireless capability of the terminal, as shown in the following table 2:
TABLE 2
Wherein 9.3.1.X VoNR Support Indicator is as shown in table 3 below:
TABLE 3 Table 3
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for controlling a terminal to access to a network, where the method is applied to a base station, and the method includes:
step 31, sending a first message to an access and mobility management function AMF, the first message carrying a voice VoNR support capability of the terminal based on a new wireless NR;
step 32, receiving a second message or a third message fed back by the AMF according to the VoNR supporting capability of the terminal, and sending the second message or the third message to the terminal; the second message is used for rejecting the terminal to access the target network or the visiting network when the VoNR supporting capability of the terminal is VoNR not supported; and the third message is used for allowing the terminal to access a target network or a visiting network when the VoNR supporting capability of the terminal is VoNR not supported, and indicating that the target network or the visiting network does not support the IMS voice of the IP multimedia system.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, before step 31, the method may include:
receiving a terminal wireless capability checking request sent by the AMF; the first message is a terminal wireless capability check response message, and the terminal wireless capability check response message carries the VoNR supporting capability of the terminal.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, step 32 may include:
and in a registration process or a mobility registration update process of the terminal, receiving a second message or a third message which is fed back by the AMF according to the VoNR supporting capability of the terminal and controls the terminal to access a target network or a visiting network.
Here, the second message is a registration rejection response message for the terminal in a registration flow or a mobility registration update flow of the terminal, where the registration rejection response message is used to indicate that the terminal is rejected to access the target network or the visited network; or alternatively
The third message is a registration acceptance response message for the terminal in a registration process or a mobility registration update process of the terminal, where the registration acceptance response message is used to indicate that the terminal is allowed to access a target network or a visited network, and carries indication information that the target network or the visited network does not support an IMS voice function, and the indication information is used to indicate that the terminal tries to access other networks, and does not try to access the target network or the visited network any more in a preset period of time.
In this embodiment, the method on the base station side corresponds to the method on the AMF side, and all the implementation manners of the method on the AMF side are applicable to the embodiment of the method on the base station side, so that the same technical effects can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for controlling a terminal to access a network, which is applied to an access and mobility management function AMF, and the method includes:
step 41, receiving a registration request of a terminal accessing a target network or a visiting network, wherein the registration request carries voice VoNR supporting capability of the terminal based on new wireless NR;

TABLE 5
Here, the VoNR voice support capability may be carried by extending a "UE's user setting" field to a "VoNR support indicator and UE's user setting" field, where an end use setting field ("UE's user setting") may be represented by 1 bit and a VoNR voice support capability indication (VoNR support indicator and UE's user setting ") may be represented by 1 bit.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, step 42 may include:
Step 421, in the registration procedure or the mobility registration update procedure of the terminal, according to the VoNR supporting capability of the terminal, a second message or a third message for controlling the terminal to access to the target network or the visited network is sent to the terminal.
The second message is a registration rejection response message for the terminal in a registration process or a mobility registration update process of the terminal, where the registration rejection response message is used to indicate that the terminal is rejected to access the target network or the visited network, where the target network may be a network corresponding to a base station broadcast PLMN;
the third message is a registration acceptance response message for the terminal in a registration process or a mobility registration update process of the terminal, where the registration acceptance response message is used to indicate that the terminal is allowed to access the target network or the visited network, and carries indication information that the target network or the visited network does not support an IMS voice function, and the indication information is used to indicate that the terminal tries to access other networks, and does not try to access the target network or the visited network any more in a preset period of time.
In this embodiment, the AMF performs an access control procedure based on a user or a specific access PLMN and terminal VoNR supporting capability, and performs one of the following control for a registration or mobility registration update request procedure initiated by a specific user using an EPS Fallback terminal (i.e., a terminal that does not support VoNR capability) and a specific PLMN access user based on a local policy:
Firstly), in a registration process or a mobility registration update process of a terminal, for the terminal, the AMF responds to a registration rejection (Registration Reject) message, that is, the above second message, further, the second message may carry a rejection cause value, for example, may carry an N1 mode capability when the #27-N1 mode non allowed cause value indicates that the terminal closes access, and fast access is 4G; or the portable #11-PLMN non allowed cause value indicates the terminal to enter a state of 5gmm-deregistered and stores the PLMN identity in "forbidden PLMN list" (forbidden PLMN list), and re-performs PLMN search and PLMN selection.
Two) in the registration process or the mobility registration update process of the terminal, for the terminal, the AMF sets IMS voice over PS session over 3GPP access indicator (IMS voice indicating a packet domain session through 3GPP access) to 0 in a 5GS network feature support (network support capability) field in response to a registration accept (Registration Accept) message, indicating that the terminal network side does not support IMS voice, and the subsequent terminal will not attempt to access the network for a certain period of time.
