As a battery device supporting capacity expansion, after the battery modules 800 are inserted into the battery box to establish an electrical connection relationship through the hot plug terminals, although the connection or disconnection of each battery module 800 may be individually controlled through the BMS battery management system on the battery box, during transportation, the battery modules 800 may be accidentally activated, and circulation recharging may be sometimes performed between the plurality of battery modules 800 while storing or standing, thereby causing a serious self-discharge condition of the battery modules 800. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 18, the present invention separately provides a weak current switch 802 on each battery module 800, and the weak current switch 802 can separately control whether the battery module 800 is connected to the BMS battery management system. When the battery module 800 is inserted into the battery box and is not needed to be used, the weak current switch 802 on the battery module 800 can be closed, so that accidental activation and circulation (mutual charging) between batteries can be effectively avoided. In addition, when the electric quantity stored in a certain battery module 800 is insufficient and the battery module 800 needs to be taken out for charging, if the weak current switch 802 is not turned off, the battery module 800 is directly pulled out, a phenomenon of striking fire or arcing occurs at a hot plug terminal, the reliability of the battery is affected, and the weak current switch 802 can disconnect the electric connection between the battery module 800 and the battery box first, so that the battery module 800 is in an off-line state.
In the prior art, the battery accommodating cavity in the battery box only provides an accommodating space for the battery module, and the battery module is connected with the battery box without other fixing devices, so that shaking can occur in the transportation process, or the female hot plug terminal 803 at the back of the battery module 800 and the male hot plug terminal on the battery box are not in place, so that the battery module 800 is prevented from falling off from the battery box accidentally, and in the embodiment, the pressing strips 900 are additionally arranged on two sides of the battery box to fix the positions between the battery module 800 and the battery box. As shown in fig. 17 and 20, the molding 900 has an L-shaped structure as a whole, and includes a horizontal plate 901 and a vertical plate 902, and a fixing hole 903 and a relief notch 904 are formed in the horizontal plate 901. The width of the horizontal plate 901 is larger than the width of the flanging 107 of the main box body 100 of the battery box, after the battery module 800 is inserted into the battery box, the horizontal plate 901 of the pressing strip 900 is attached to the outer wall of the flanging 107 and fixed by screws, one side of the horizontal plate 901 exceeding the width of the flanging 107 forms extrusion to the outer wall of the battery module 800, and under the thrust of the pressing strip 900, a hot plug terminal between the battery module 800 and the battery box is quite firm in opposite insertion, so that poor contact of the terminal is difficult to occur. The vertical plate 902 enhances the strength of the horizontal plate 901, and the relief notch 904 provides a relief space for the handle 108 on the flange 107 of the main housing 100.
The battery module 800 adopts drawer type structure to get with the battery case and puts, for the taking of making things convenient for battery module 800, the front of every battery module 800 still is equipped with handle 801, and this handle 801 can overturn downwards and laminate with battery module 800 outer wall, reduces the occupation in space.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made therein without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
