Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of fuel assembly repair, and particularly relates to a collecting and storing tool for high-level waste and a using method thereof.
Background
A nuclear fuel assembly refers to a complete set of fuel elements assembled together, consisting of fuel rods and a fuel skeleton. The fuel skeleton determines the overall shape structure and strength and consists of an upper tube seat, a control rod guide tube, a lower tube seat, a positioning grid and other parts. Taking AP1000 as an example, an upper tube seat of a fuel assembly of the AP1000 is connected with 24 control rod guide tubes in an expanded mode through locking tubes, and the locking tubes are sleeves with thin walls, so that the weight is light. The conventional AP1000 spent fuel repair process comprises the steps of removing the upper tube seat, replacing a designated fuel rod and reinstalling the upper tube seat. The core of the upper tube seat disassembly and assembly is to disassemble an old locking tube and install a new locking tube, and the old locking tube is intended to collect and store high-level wastes. In addition, other light, thin and high level wastes such as expanded pipe damage excision, strip fragments and the like may exist during spent fuel repair.
To reduce the dosage to which the operator is exposed, the collection, storage and transportation operations are performed under a sufficiently shielded water layer for high level waste. The high-level waste generated by repairing the multiple groups of spent fuel is fixedly stored in the spent fuel pool for a long time after being collected, the storage container cannot interfere the operation of fuel components and the like in the spent fuel pool, and the storage container is easy to sink into the spent fuel storage grillwork. The spent fuel repair is carried out at the middle height position of the new fuel lifter, the risk of forming foreign matters by falling in the grabbing process of high-level foreign matters such as old locking pipes is reduced, the collecting operation distance is shortened as much as possible, and the storage container is required to be lifted to the same elevation of the fuel upper pipe seat from the spent fuel storage grid and hung and fixed. In addition, the spent fuel pool is characterized in that the cooling water flows upwards from the bottom of the spent fuel grillwork due to decay heat of the spent fuel assembly, and the cooling water is closed during normal storage and opened during collection in order to prevent light and thin objects stored in the container from being carried out of the container by the water flow to form foreign matters.
