Referring to fig. 4, in an alternative embodiment, the cargo board 100 further includes a transportation frame 130, provided on the cargo board 100, and the transportation frame 130 includes: a plurality of frame beams 132 and a plurality of brackets 133, the plurality of frame beams 132 being arranged and spaced apart in a forward or backward direction of the open wagon 200, the frame beams 132 may be arranged outside the guide limit seats 111, closer to an edge of the pallet 100, and in other embodiments may be provided in the cargo area 201, between adjacent frame beams 132 for placing cargo; in an alternative embodiment, two frame beams 132 are used, and the two frame beams 132 are respectively placed at two sides of the pallet 100, and can be placed on the pallet 100 or welded to the pallet 100; the brackets 133 are connected to the two frame girders 132, both sides or both ends of the brackets 133 are respectively connected to the frame girders 132 of both sides, the brackets 133 are provided in plurality, and the plurality of brackets 133 are sequentially spaced along the advancing or retreating direction of the open wagon 200, so that a structure for supporting goods is formed on the cargo plate 100, and the goods are placed on the brackets 133.
Referring to fig. 5, in an alternative embodiment, the bracket 133 includes: the joists 133a, the side uprights 133b and the anti-skid saw teeth 133c, wherein the joists 133a are connected to the plurality of joists 132, two ends of the joists 133a are respectively welded and fixed with the joists 132, and the joists 133a are perpendicular to the joists 132; in other embodiments, joist 133a may form other angles with frame beam 132; when a plurality of support beams 132 are adopted, the middle part of the support beam 133a is welded and fixed with the support beam 132, and bolting can be adopted; side uprights 133b are connected to the two ends of the joist 133a, and the side uprights 133b are vertically welded to the joist 133a or can be bolted; in an alternative embodiment, joist 133a is connected to side posts 133b at both ends to form a U-shaped structure, and two side posts 133b are welded to both ends of joist 133 a; the side stand columns 133b are used as limiting structures on two sides of the goods, and limit the two sides of the goods; the anti-slip saw teeth 133c are arranged at the top of the joist 133a, the anti-slip saw teeth 133c are provided with a plurality of saw teeth which are distributed along the joist 133a, and the saw teeth are distributed along the beam structure arrangement direction of the joist 133a in an extending way; in an alternative embodiment, anti-slip serrations 133c are also provided on the inner side of the side uprights 133b, i.e. the side facing the loading area 201, arranged vertically, enabling the lateral securing of the load; the serrations facilitate securing cargo disposed in the cargo area 201 against shifting or other movement.
In an alternative embodiment, the transportation rack 130 further includes: the corner pieces 131, the retaining walls 135 and the diagonal bracing beams 134 are arranged at two ends of the frame beams 132, the corner pieces 131 adopt a structure commonly used at corners in the structure of the beams or frames, so that adjacent structures are convenient to connect, and the corner pieces 131 are oppositely arranged at the end parts of the plurality of frame beams 132, namely, the corner pieces 131 are arranged at two ends of the two frame beams 132; the retaining wall 135 adopts a plate structure or a frame structure formed by longitudinal and transverse connection, two sides of the retaining wall 135 are respectively connected with the corner pieces 131 which are oppositely arranged, and each corner of the two sides of the bottom of the retaining wall 135 is respectively connected and fixed with the corner pieces 131; in an alternative embodiment, the corner pieces 131 include a first corner piece 131a and a second corner piece 131b, the first corner piece 131a is disposed at two corners of the top of the retaining wall 135 for connection with the roof or roof of the truck 200, and the second corner piece 131b is disposed at two corners of the bottom of the retaining wall 135 for connection with two ends of the frame beam 132; the two ends of the diagonal bracing beam 134 are respectively connected with the middle part of the retaining wall 135 and the position of the frame beam 132, which is close to the two ends, the diagonal bracing beam 134 is obliquely arranged, the diagonal bracing beam 134 is obliquely inclined forward at the front end which is close to the pallet 100, the diagonal bracing beam 134 is obliquely inclined backward at the rear end which is close to the pallet 100, and the two ends of the diagonal bracing beam 134 are respectively connected with the frame beam 132 and the retaining wall 135 to form a triangle. In an alternative embodiment, the bracket 133 further includes a manual tensioner 133d, the manual tensioner 133d is connected to the side post 133b, the manual tensioner 133d uses existing rope tensioning means, and the manual tensioner 133d has a buckle for binding, through which the rope is conveniently bound and fixed.
Referring to fig. 6, in an alternative embodiment, the cargo board 100 further includes side beams 140, the side beams 140 are connected to two sides of the roof of the open wagon, the bottom of the side beams 140 is fixed to the top edges of the cargo side plates 126 or the side walls by welding, bolting or other connection methods, the side beams 140 extend along two sides of the roof of the open wagon, the two sides of the cargo are limited by the side beams 140, and the top of the side beams 140 is used for connecting with the roof of the open wagon. In an alternative embodiment, the side beam 140 includes a sliding rail section 141 and a bearing section 142, the sliding rail section 141 is connected with the bearing section 142, the sliding rail section 141 has a sliding rail surface 141a, the sliding rail surface 141a is movably connected with the top cover of the open wagon, the sliding rail surface 141a supports pulleys on two sides of the top cover, the top cover is smoothly clamped at the top of goods along the side beam 140 in a sliding manner, protection is formed, thus the assembly efficiency can be improved, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the bearing section 142 is used for being connected with the side wall of the open wagon 200, and square steel is arranged on the bearing section 142 for enhancing the strength of the whole structure, so that the shearing resistance, the tensile strength and the rigidity of the side beam 140 can be enhanced.
Referring to fig. 7, in a second aspect of the present application, there is provided an open wagon 200, which includes an open wagon body 210 and the cargo plate 100, wherein the cargo plate 100 is mounted with a guiding and limiting assembly 110, and in an alternative embodiment, the cargo plate 100 is further mounted with at least one of a blocking assembly 120, a transportation frame 130 and a side sill 140; the cargo board 100 is mounted on the open wagon body 210, and the cargo board 100 is used as a cargo carrying structure of the cargo, and can provide support for the cargo and clamp and fix the cargo through the guide limiting assemblies 110, the blocking assemblies 120, the transport frames 130 and the side beams 140. By providing an open wagon 200, cargo carried by the wagon 200 can be limited and fixed, so that the cargo can be kept in a fixed position on the wagon 200, and play and movement can not occur any more, thereby facilitating cargo transportation.

The pallet according to claim 1, wherein the guiding surface (101) comprises a first guiding surface (101 a) and a second guiding surface (101 b) which are adjacently arranged, the first guiding surface (101 a) being obliquely arranged along the forward or backward direction of the open wagon (200), so that the goods move along the forward or backward direction of the open wagon (200) under the guidance of the first guiding surfaces (101 a) of the plurality of guiding and limiting assemblies (110) to enter the load area (201); the second guide surfaces (101 b) are obliquely arranged along the lateral outside of the open wagon (200), so that the goods are guided by the second guide surfaces (101 b) of the limiting assemblies to move along the two sides of the open wagon (200) so as to enter the goods carrying area (201).

The pallet according to claim 1, wherein the limiting surface (102) comprises a first limiting surface (102) and a second limiting surface (102) arranged vertically and adjacent, wherein an included angle is formed between the first limiting surface (102) and the second limiting surface (102), and the included angle is used for matching with a side edge angle of the goods.

A pallet according to claim 3, characterized in that the guiding and limiting assembly (110) comprises a guiding and limiting seat (111) and a bearing pad (112), the guiding and limiting seat (111) is provided with the guiding surface (101) and the limiting surface (102), the bearing pad (112) is used for bearing the bottom edge of the goods, and the bearing pad (112) is connected to the bottom of the guiding and limiting seat (111) and is located at the included angle.
5. The pallet according to claim 1, further comprising a blocking assembly (120), a partial pallet (100) being movably connected between adjacent loads, the blocking assembly (120) being capable of protruding or retracting the pallet (100) relative to the pallet (100).
6. The pallet according to claim 5, wherein the blocking assembly (120) comprises:
a load-bearing seat plate (122) fixed to the pallet (100), the load-bearing seat plate (122) being provided with an opening;
and the blocking plate (121) is clamped into the opening, one end of the blocking plate (121) can extend out of or retract into the cargo plate (100) relative to the cargo plate (100), and the other end of the blocking plate (121) is movably connected with the cargo plate (100).
7. The pallet according to claim 6, wherein the blocking assembly (120) further comprises:
the support (125) is fixedly connected with the cargo board (100);
an operation handle (124), one end of which is hinged with the support (125);
a connecting rod (123) with one end hinged to the blocking plate (121) and the other end hinged to the operating handle (124);
the connecting rod (123) is driven by the operating handle (124), and the blocking plate (121) is driven by the connecting rod (123) to extend or retract the cargo carrying plate (100) relative to the cargo carrying plate (100).

The pallet according to claim 6, wherein the blocking assembly (120) further comprises a rolling element (127) and a side plate (126), the side plate (126) is connected to the bearing seat plate (122) and is disposed opposite to the bearing seat plate, two ends of the rolling element (127) are respectively connected to the side plate (126), a channel through which the blocking plate (121) passes is formed between the side plate (126) and the rolling element (127), and the rolling element (127) is rollable relative to the blocking plate (121).
9. The pallet according to claim 1, further comprising a transport rack (130) provided on the pallet (100), the transport rack (130) comprising:
a plurality of frame beams (132), wherein the frame beams (132) are arranged along the forward or backward direction of the open wagon (200) and are spaced apart, and goods are placed between adjacent frame beams (132);
and a plurality of brackets (133) connected to the plurality of frame beams (132), wherein the plurality of brackets (133) are sequentially arranged at intervals along the forward or backward direction of the open wagon (200).
10. The pallet according to claim 9, wherein the carrier (133) comprises:
a joist (133 a) connected to a plurality of said joists (132);
side uprights (133 b) connected to both ends of the joist (133 a);
the anti-slip saw teeth (133 c) are arranged at the top of the joist (133 a), and the anti-slip saw teeth (133 c) are provided with a plurality of saw teeth which are distributed along the joist (133 a).
11. The pallet according to claim 10, wherein the transport rack (130) further comprises:
corner pieces (131) arranged at both ends of the frame beams (132), the corner pieces (131) being arranged opposite to each other at the ends of the plurality of frame beams (132);
the two sides of the retaining wall (135) are respectively connected with the corner fittings (131) which are oppositely arranged;
the diagonal bracing beam (134), the both ends of diagonal bracing beam (134) are connected respectively frame roof beam (132) with barricade (135), diagonal bracing beam (134) with frame roof beam (132) barricade (135) are connected and are formed the triangle.
12. The pallet according to claim 10, wherein the bracket (133) further comprises a manual tensioner (133 d), the manual tensioner (133 d) being connected to the side post (133 b), the manual tensioner (133 d) being provided with a clasp for lashing.
13. The pallet according to claim 1, further comprising side beams (140) connected to both sides of the roof of the open wagon, said side beams (140) extending along both sides of the roof of the open wagon, both sides of the cargo being restrained by said side beams (140).
14. The pallet according to claim 13, wherein the side beams (140) comprise a slide rail section (141) and a bearing section (142), the slide rail section (141) being connected to the bearing section (142), the slide rail section (141) having a slide surface (141 a), the slide surface (141 a) being adapted to be movably connected to an open wagon top cover, the bearing section (142) being adapted to be connected to an open wagon side wall.
15. An open wagon comprising an open wagon body (210) and a cargo panel (100) according to any of claims 1-14, said cargo panel (100) being mounted to said wagon body (210).
