The word "comprising" or "comprises", and the like, means that elements or items preceding the word are included in the element or item listed after the word and equivalents thereof, but does not exclude other elements or items. "inner", "outer", "upper", "lower", etc. are used merely to denote relative positional relationships, which may also change accordingly when the absolute position of the object to be described changes.
The drawings in the present invention are not necessarily to scale, and the specific dimensions and numbers of the various features may be determined according to actual needs.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an image dolly having a carrying structure, the carrying structure comprising: a base plate 1, on the underside of which casters 2 are fixed; the support frame 7 is composed of a plurality of sectional materials, and the lower end of the support frame is fixed on the bottom plate; a bracket 14, which is formed of a sheet metal member and is mounted on an upper end of the support frame, for mounting the display 17.
By the technical scheme, the technical problem that a large number of mold opening components are required for the bearing structure of the image trolley in the prior art is solved. That is, since the support frame is composed of a profile and the bracket is composed of a sheet metal member, the mold opening cost is saved.
According to one embodiment, grooves are provided on the base plate 1 and/or the carrier 14, in which grooves the ends of the support frame 7 engage. The assembly between the individual components of the support structure is simplified by this plug connection. Alternatively or additionally, a screw connection is provided between the support frame and the base plate and/or the bracket.
According to one embodiment, the profile is an aluminium profile. Thereby realizing the weight reduction of the bearing structure while ensuring the bearing strength. In addition, the production cost of the aluminum profile is lower. Alternatively, iron, steel, plastic profiles can also be used. In one embodiment, the plurality of profiles are interconnected by a connecting plate. The connection plate covers two or more profiles, for example on the sides of the profiles and is fastened to the respective profile by means of bolts. This can further improve the bearing strength of the image carriage, in particular of the bearing structure.
According to one embodiment, the support frame 7 comprises two opposite support plates. Thereby realizing a frame-type bearing structure. In this embodiment, the support plate is made up of a plurality of standard profiles. Therefore, the support frame can be built by using the existing standard profiles in the market, such as industrial aluminum profiles, so that the production cost is reduced.
According to one embodiment, the tray 8 and/or the handle 9 are fixed on the inner side of the support plate 7 by means of profile rails in cooperation with slide nuts. Thus, the tray and/or handle may be positioned at different heights of the support rack as desired. In the case of a plurality of trays, the distance between the trays can be freely adjusted.
According to one embodiment, the imaging trolley has a tank holder 10, wherein the tank holder is fastened to the outside of the support plate 7. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the multiple profiles of the support plate are flush on the inside and form a recess for the tank on the outside. Therefore, the installation space can be fully utilized under the condition of ensuring the strength of the support frame.
According to one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the image dolly has an openable tailgate 11 and an interface panel 12, wherein the openable tailgate and the interface panel are secured between two support plates. With this arrangement, the inside of the image carriage can be prevented from being unintentionally accessed from the side and the rear. In addition, the openable tailgate enables access to components within the support frame as necessary, and the image dolly can be connected to external devices through the interface panel.
According to one embodiment, the single support plate has two end profiles and at least two middle profiles, wherein the end profiles have a fan shape and the middle profile has a rectangular shape. The straight sides of the rectangular shape and the fan shape facilitate the connection between the profiles. The arc-shaped section of the fan-shaped trolley can prevent operators of the trolley from being scratched by sharp edges and achieve a round appearance.
According to one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the two end profiles of the single support plate comprise a first end profile 7.1 and a sixth end profile 7.6, the middle profile comprises a second middle profile 7.2, a third middle profile 7.3, a fourth middle profile 7.4 and a fifth middle profile 7.5, wherein the first end profile, the second middle profile, the third middle profile, the fourth middle profile, the fifth middle profile and the sixth end profile are connected in sequence. Various cross-sectional shapes of the support plate can be realized by arranging four middle section bars, so that the installation space requirements of corresponding components are met.
According to one embodiment, the first end section bar 7.1, the second middle section bar 7.2, the fifth middle section bar 7.5 and the sixth end section bar 7.6 have the same lateral dimensions, and the third middle section bar 7.3 and the fourth middle section bar 7.4 have the same lateral dimensions, and the lateral dimensions of the first end section bar, the second middle section bar, the fifth middle section bar and the sixth end section bar are larger than the lateral dimensions of the third middle section bar and the fourth middle section bar. By means of this design of the profile dimensions, it is possible not only to save material of the profile and thus reduce costs, with sufficient load-bearing strength, but also to advantageously provide the above-mentioned recess for the placement of the tank.
According to one embodiment, the imaging trolley has a molded support table 13, which is positively fixed to a carrier 14. The support table surface formed by molding is arranged on the bracket formed by the sheet metal part, so that the trolley has the strength and the appearance. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 5, a through hole is provided in the support table through which the display stand 18 of the display is fixed to the bracket. Thus, the display is not supported on the support table but on the bracket, thereby ensuring stable mounting of the display. Further, referring to fig. 1, mounting positions for the microphone 15 and the speaker 16 are provided at the edge of the support table. These mounting positions are easily achieved in the case of a molded support table.
According to one embodiment, the bottom plate 1 is machined from cold rolled steel sheet. Referring to fig. 6, a balancing weight 3 is installed on a base plate, and a server 4 and a switch 5 are installed on the balancing weight. The balancing weight is used for strengthening the stability of the gravity center of the image trolley, so that the inclination is avoided, and the safety of personnel and equipment is guaranteed. The arrangement of the server and the switch on the balancing weight can ensure the working stability of the server and the switch, namely, the damage of precise components inside the server and the switch is not easy to be caused by unintentional shaking of the image trolley. The balancing weights are preferably detachably arranged on the base plate, whereby it is possible to transport the balancing weights independently in the product-ready state with regard to the convenience of transport operations and to arrange the balancing weights again in the application place according to the actual situation.
According to one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the image trolley has a decorative cover 6 which is arranged on the base plate 1 and encloses the support frame 7, wherein an inner surface of the decorative cover is form-fitted with an outer surface of the support frame 7. Thereby, the weight, the server and the switch are covered by the decorative cover, thereby preventing the server and the switch from being unintentionally accessed from the outside and realizing an attractive appearance of the image dolly.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the above-described embodiments are merely examples and that various modifications, combinations, partial combinations and substitutions may be made to the embodiments of the invention according to design requirements and other factors, provided that they fall within the scope of the appended claims or their equivalents, i.e. within the scope of the claims to be protected.
