Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and in particular, to a communication method, an apparatus, a communication device, and a computer storage medium.
Background
The importance and reliability requirements of each data packet involved in supporting a service are not exactly the same, and such data packets may or may not be distinguishable at higher layers, such as the packet data convergence protocol (PDCP, packet Data Convergence Protocol) layer, if the PDCP layer is distinguishable, the physical layer will use different schedules, i.e. schedule different resources via different physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs, physical Downlink Control Channel), in order to guarantee different reliability, regardless of whether the data packets belong to different bearers (beares) or the same beares.
However, in the prior art, when multiple physical uplink shared channels (PUSCH, physical Uplink Shared Channel) are scheduled simultaneously, there is a constraint relationship between multiple hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ, hybrid Automatic Repeat Request) processes indicated in downlink control information (DCI, downlink Control Information), which limits scheduling flexibility.

Detailed Description
Before describing the communication method of the embodiment of the present invention in detail, first, a brief description will be given of HARQ information (HARQ information).
In the related art, for the case of scheduling a plurality of PUSCHs simultaneously, if each PUSCH uses an independent HARQ indication, i.e., HARQ information. According to the existing HARQ information definition, it includes a new data indication (NDI, new Data Indicator), a transport block size (TBS, transport Block Size), a redundancy version (RV, redundancy Version) and a HARQ process number (HARQ process ID). The overhead of HARQ indication in DCI is too large, so that HARQ information for indicating multiple HARQ processes (each PUSCH corresponds to one HARQ and may be used for transmission of multiple PUSCHs, and each PUSCH may support at least one TB) in DCI is currently used, only the first HARQ information has explicit HARQ process ID indication, and the process IDs corresponding to subsequent HARQ information are incremented in a set order, and if necessary, a redundancy operation may be performed to obtain a process ID.
However, this approach limits the flexibility of scheduling. Taking 2 PUSCHs to support simultaneous scheduling as an example, if the HARQ process ID corresponding to the first PUSCH is 0, the HARQ process ID corresponding to the second PUSCH defaults to 1. If both the first scheduled PUSCH transmissions are correct, the second scheduled PUSCH transmissions are new, and the original process ID is still used without any problem; however, when the PUSCH with the HARQ process ID of 0 in the two PUSCHs scheduled for the first time needs to be retransmitted (retransmission) due to transmission errors, and the PUSCH with the HARQ process ID of 1 is transmitted correctly, due to the constraint relation between the HARQ process IDs of different PUSCHs, the retransmission data with the HARQ process ID of 0 is caused, because the process ID 0 is still used, and the second PUSCH is still used, the second PUSCH cannot be used for transmitting the retransmission data of the process ID 0, so that the two PUSCHs cannot be used for simultaneously transmitting the same transmission block, or the transmission of the PUSCH across multiple time domain resources (that is, dynamic switching between one process occupying one time domain resource to one process occupying 2 or more time domain resources cannot be realized), and the latest schedulable resource cannot be fully utilized to complete the correct transmission of one data packet as soon as possible; similarly, when the PUSCH transmission with the HARQ process ID of 0 in the two PUSCHs scheduled for the first time is correct and the PUSCH transmission with the HARQ process ID of 1 is wrong, the HARQ process id#1 is retransmission data due to the constraint relation between the HARQ process IDs of different PUSCHs, so that the first PUSCH can only continue to use the process id#0 (otherwise, the process ID of the second PUSCH is no longer # 1), and likewise, the first PUSCH cannot be used for retransmission data of the process id#1, i.e., the two PUSCHs cannot be used for simultaneously transmitting the same transmission block (i.e., switching from a new TB to a repeated transmission dynamic cannot be realized), and the correct transmission of a data packet cannot be completed as soon as possible by fully utilizing the latest schedulable resources; in this case, if dynamic switching between two types of new transmissions of 2 PUSCHs, each of which is independently used for a respective process, to two types of 2 PUSCHs for repeated transmission of a certain process is to be implemented, when such 2 available HARQ process transmission indications indicated in one DCI, HARQ information in the DCI may be required to indicate that the constraint relationship between the process IDs between different PUSCHs currently scheduled is valid or invalid or may indicate a new constraint relationship.
If only 2 PUSCHs are scheduled simultaneously, wherein one scheduling instruction is fixed to a set HARQ process ID, for example, when two pieces of instruction information are respectively used for indicating 2 different PUSCH transmissions, the HARQ process ID in the instruction information of one PUSCH transmission is variable, and the other piece of information is a fixed process ID (for example, the maximum value in #15 and 16 HARQ processes), the instruction overhead of the HARQ process ID can also be reduced; in this case, if dynamic switching between two types of 2 PUSCHs, in which 2 PUSCHs are used for new transmission to 2 PUSCHs for repeated transmission, is to be implemented, when such 2 available 2 HARQ process transmission indications indicated in one DCI, the DCI may be required to indicate that the currently scheduled PUSCH transmission originally set for setting the process ID is still using the set process ID or the process ID following (follow) explicit dynamic indication (the dynamically displayed process ID may also be the fixed process ID as described above), for example, 1 bit is introduced for indication.
If simultaneous scheduling of multiple PUSCHs is involved, each PUSCH uses independent HARQ indications, and when two HARQ process IDs in two indication information respectively used for indicating transmission of 2 different PUSCHs are the same and NDI in the two indication information indicates retransmission, transmission or retransmission for the same process is indicated.
In the above description, PUSCH scheduling is taken as an example, but the present invention is not limited to PUSCH, and is equally applicable to different uplink physical channels and downlink physical channels related to physical layer resource scheduling transmission, and typically PDSCH, PSSCH, or PUCCH may be used.
The invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples.
The embodiment of the invention provides a communication method. Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101, a network device sends downlink control information (DCI, downlink Control Information), and different time domain resources indicated by at least two time domain resource indication information associated with the DCI may be aggregated and used for transmission or retransmission of one or more hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ, hybrid Automatic Repeat Request) processes;
wherein one HARQ process may aggregate at least part of the time domain resources indicated using the at least two time domain resource indication information, and/or part of the plurality of HARQ processes may aggregate two or more of the time domain resources indicated using the at least two time domain resource indication information, and/or part of the plurality of HARQ processes may still use a single one of the time domain resources indicated by the at least two time domain resource indication information.
The said
In some optional embodiments, at least two HARQ information may be included in the DCI (e.g., explicitly including at least two HARQ information), or the DCI may implicitly associate at least two HARQ information, where each HARQ information may be associated with one time domain resource indication information. At least two time domain resource indication information associated with the DCI, namely time domain resource indication information corresponding to at least two HARQ information indicated in the DCI in an explicit or implicit mode. The time domain resources indicated by the at least two time domain resource indication information may be the same time domain resources, may be different time domain resources, or may have repeated time domain resources.
In this embodiment, the HARQ information may include a new data indication (NDI, new Data Indicator), a transport block size (TBS, transport Block Size), a redundancy version (RV, redundancy Version), and a HARQ process identification (HARQ process ID), and an identification indicating a relationship with the front and rear HARQ information. The HARQ process indicated by the HARQ information supports transmission of at least one Transport Block (TB), and determination of the TBs of one TB depends on a modulation and coding scheme (MCS, modulation and Coding Scheme), and allocated time domain resources and/or frequency domain resources, etc., it can be understood that an association exists between the HARQ information and time domain resource indication information associated with the TB.
In this embodiment, one HARQ process may aggregate at least part of the time domain resources indicated by the at least two time domain resource indication information, that is, different time domain resources indicated by the at least two time domain resource indication information may be partially or fully aggregated and then used for transmission or retransmission of the same HARQ process. The partial HARQ processes of the plurality of HARQ processes may aggregate two or more time domain resources among the time domain resources indicated using the at least two time domain resource indication information, that is, the different time domain resources may be partially or fully aggregated for transmission or retransmission of the plurality of HARQ processes. The partial HARQ processes of the partial HARQ processes still use a single time domain resource of the time domain resources indicated by the at least two time domain resource indication information, that is, the different time domain resources may also be used for transmission or retransmission of one or more HARQ processes, respectively.
For example, if the physical layer is not configured with downlink or uplink space division multiplexing under the condition that the time domain resources indicated by the at least two time domain resource indication information are different and there is no repeated time domain resource, the DCI supports time domain repeated transmission for one TB or cross-time domain transmission for one TB after the indication that the different time domain resources can be aggregated; and/or, if the physical layer is configured with downlink or uplink space division multiplexing, the DCI support indicates that different time domain resources may be aggregated for respective time domain repetition transmissions of two or more TBs or respective cross-time domain transmissions of two or more TBs.
It should be noted that, the repeated transmission in this embodiment is not limited to transmitting the identical data, and may be transmitting any data that can help to improve the reliability of the detection of the data transmitted in the previous time, such as different retransmission versions of the transport block, or may be transmitting one transport block (such as TB processing over multiple slots, TBoMS) by combining multiple time domain resources. .
In this embodiment, by sending DCI, different time domain resources indicated by at least two associated time domain resource indication information may be aggregated and then used for transmission or repeated transmission of the same HARQ process or multiple HARQ processes, and fragmented resource scheduling is implemented only by using one scheduling, and time division transmission of data packets with different reliability requirements is also implemented to improve resource utilization and reduce overhead of scheduling resources.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the aggregating at least part of the time domain resources indicated by the at least two time domain resource indication information by the one HARQ process may include: when a first time domain resource associated with a first HARQ information is available, the first time domain resource is used for transmitting or repeating transmission of other HARQ processes associated with other HARQ information except for a first HARQ process associated with the first HARQ information; the first HARQ information is any one of at least two HARQ information associated with the at least two time domain resource indication information; or, the second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information adopts the second time domain resource transmission associated with the second HARQ information, and time domain resource transmission or repeated transmission associated with other HARQ information except the second HARQ information is adopted; the second HARQ information is any one of at least two HARQ information associated with the at least two time domain resource indication information.
That is, this embodiment may indicate that one HARQ process may aggregate at least part of the time domain resources using the at least two time domain resource indication information in the two manners, where the first manner is considered from the perspective of time domain resources associated with HARQ information, that is, support indicates that any one time domain resource can be used for transmission or retransmission of other HARQ processes indicated by other HARQ information in addition to transmission or retransmission of the HARQ process indicated by the associated HARQ information; the second way is considered from the aspect of HARQ processes, that is, support indicates that any HARQ process uses the time domain resource associated with the corresponding HARQ information to transmit the process, and uses the time domain resource associated with other HARQ information to transmit or repeat transmitting the process, and of course, support that the process uses only the time domain resource associated with the corresponding HARQ information to transmit.
Illustratively, the HARQ information associated with each time domain resource supports at least a transmission indicating that the present time domain resource, when available, will be used for the TB or TB(s) associated with other HARQ processes; alternatively, the HARQ information associated with each time domain resource at least supports transmission indicating that the TB or TB(s) associated with the present process needs to be transmitted using not only the present time domain resource but also the time domain resources associated with other HARQ information.
The first mode is described in detail below.
As an embodiment, the information indicated by the first HARQ information may support one of the following: the first time domain resource is used for primary transmission of the first HARQ process; the first time domain resource is used for retransmission of the first HARQ process; and may also support at least one of: the first time domain resource is used for transmission or repeated transmission of the other HARQ process or a previous HARQ process before the first HARQ process; the first time domain resource is used for transmission or retransmission of the other HARQ process or a subsequent HARQ process after the first HARQ process.
Optionally, the other HARQ processes before the first HARQ process refer to HARQ processes associated with a third HARQ information before the first HARQ information associated process, where the third HARQ information refers to HARQ information that is sequentially obtained from the first HARQ information forward reciprocal according to the HARQ information sequence and is used for own transmission of the process; the other HARQ processes after the first HARQ process refer to HARQ processes associated with a fourth HARQ information after the first HARQ information associated process, where the fourth HARQ information refers to HARQ information that is indicated by a first indication, obtained from the first HARQ information in sequence and a positive number after the first HARQ information, for own transmission in this process.
The indication of the HARQ information for the transmission of the process itself refers to that the time domain resource associated with the HARQ information is used for the initial transmission or retransmission of the HARQ process indicated by the HARQ information.
Note that if the HARQ information between the third HARQ information and the first HARQ information indicates that the corresponding time domain resource is used for the previous HARQ process, the corresponding time domain resource is eventually used for transmission of the HARQ process associated with the third HARQ information.
For example, if HARQ information #1, #2, #3, #4 are sequentially associated with time domain resources 1, 2, 3, and 4 (the numbers are only illustrative), and for time domain resource 3, if the corresponding HARQ information #3 indicates that time domain resource 3 is used for transmission or retransmission of other HARQ processes before the HARQ information #3 associated process, the HARQ process actually transmitted by time domain resource 3 depends on the HARQ process associated with HARQ information #2 with the preceding HARQ information ordered in sequence; and the corresponding HARQ information #2 indicates that the time domain resource 2 is used for transmission or retransmission of other HARQ processes before the HARQ information #2 associated process, and then the time domain resource 3 is used for the HARQ process indicated by the HARQ information if the HARQ information for which the corresponding HARQ process is indicated to be transmitted by the time domain resource is determined by sequentially reversing forward according to the HARQ information sequence until the HARQ information for which the corresponding HARQ process is indicated to be transmitted by the time domain resource is determined, for example, if the time domain resource 1 is used for initial transmission or retransmission of the HARQ process indicated by the HARQ information #1, the HARQ process actually transmitted by the time domain resource 3 is the HARQ process transmitted by the time domain resource 1. The process of determining the other HARQ processes after the first HARQ process is similar, and will not be described again here.
It can be appreciated that in this embodiment, in the case where the first time domain resource is used for transmission or repeated transmission of other processes, there is a recursive relationship, and the HARQ process that is actually transmitted finally depends on the HARQ process indicated by the HARQ information that is determined in sequence and is used first for transmission by the process itself.
It should be noted that the HARQ information sequence may specifically be a sequence in DCI format, may be a sequence determined based on an ordering rule explicitly or implicitly given in DCI, or may be a sequence determined based on other information such as a preset rule, and it is understood that the present invention does not limit the HARQ information sequence, and that all the determinable HARQ information sequences are within the scope of the present invention.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, at least when the HARQ process supporting at least any one HARQ information association can use at most the additional time domain resource associated with one other HARQ information for transmission: the other HARQ processes before the first HARQ process are HARQ processes corresponding to one HARQ information, which are indicated to be used for transmission of the process itself and for which the time domain resources associated with the other HARQ information are not determined to be transmitted, are sequentially counted forward from the first HARQ information according to the HARQ information sequence; the other HARQ processes after the first HARQ process are HARQ processes corresponding to one HARQ information, which are indicated to be used for transmission of the process of the other HARQ process and are not yet determined to be transmitted by the time domain resource associated with the other HARQ information, and are sequentially counted from the first HARQ information to the next positive number according to the sequence of the HARQ information.
That is, when one HARQ process can only utilize at most the extra time domain resource associated with other HARQ information than the one HARQ information to transmit, if any time domain resource is used for the previous transmission or repeated transmission of the other HARQ process, determining the HARQ process indicated by the HARQ information satisfying the recursion relationship furthest from the HARQ information associated with any time domain resource as the HARQ process actually transmitted by the any time domain resource, so that the rest of the time domain resources in the middle of the recursion relationship can determine the actually transmitted HARQ process; and if any time domain resource is used for the transmission or repeated transmission of the other HARQ processes, determining the HARQ process indicated by the HARQ information meeting the recursion relation closest to the HARQ information associated with the any time domain resource as the HARQ process actually transmitted by the any time domain resource.
For example, when the number of additional time domain resources available to one HARQ process is N, correspondingly, the other HARQ processes before the first HARQ process refer to, according to the sequence of HARQ information, HARQ processes corresponding to one HARQ information, which are sequentially counted up to N times forward from the first HARQ information, and are farthest from the first HARQ information, where the HARQ processes are indicated to be used for transmission by the process and the time domain resources associated with other HARQ information are not determined to be transmitted by the HARQ processes; the other HARQ processes after the first HARQ process are HARQ processes corresponding to one HARQ information, which are indicated as being used for transmission of the process of the other HARQ information and are not yet determined to be transmitted by the other HARQ process, and are indicated as being closest to the first HARQ information, in a positive number of N at most from the first HARQ information in turn according to the HARQ information sequence.
As an implementation manner, a constraint relation exists between HARQ process number/IDs in different HARQ information; the other HARQ processes refer to HARQ processes with process numbers ordered before the process number of the first HARQ process, or HARQ processes with process numbers ordered after the process number of the first HARQ process.
In this embodiment, the constraint relationship specifically refers to a relationship between a plurality of HARQ process number/IDs that are pre-configured or agreed. For example, in the multiple HARQ information used for indicating multiple HARQ processes in the DCI, only the first HARQ information may have an explicit HARQ process ID indication, and the process IDs corresponding to the subsequent HARQ information are incremented according to a set order, and if necessary, a remainder operation may be performed to obtain the process IDs.
As yet another embodiment, the order of the HARQ information is determined by information indicated in DCI or an order or a set rule. The order of the at least two time domain resource indication information or the order of its associated HARQ information may be presented by DCI either implicitly or may also be determined according to a pre-configured rule.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a communication method. The embodiment is based on the foregoing process of determining the other processes before/after the first HARQ process, and optionally, the first HARQ information includes a 1bit field indication; wherein the information indicated by the 1bit field supports at least one of: the first time domain resource is used for the HARQ process to sequence the transmission and repeated transmission of the other HARQ process or the previous HARQ process before the first HARQ process; the first time domain resource is used for the HARQ process to sequence the transmission and repeated transmission of the other HARQ process or the next HARQ process after the first HARQ process; for example, the present embodiment may introduce an additional 1bit field in the HARQ information, which is used to indicate that the time domain resource associated with the HARQ information is used to sequence the transmission and the retransmission of a certain HARQ process preceding the corresponding HARQ process or a previous HARQ process, or indicate that the time domain resource associated with the HARQ information is used to sequence the transmission and the retransmission of a certain HARQ process following the corresponding HARQ process or a subsequent HARQ process.
Or the first HARQ information comprises a 2bit field or a combination to jointly indicate; wherein the 2bit field or the information indicated by the combination supports one of: the first time domain resource is used for primary transmission of the first HARQ process; the first time domain resource is used for retransmission of the first HARQ process; and at least one of the following: the first time domain resource is used for the HARQ process to sequence the transmission and repeated transmission of the other HARQ process or the previous HARQ process before the first HARQ process; the first time domain resource is used for HARQ process ordering transmissions and retransmissions of the other HARQ process or a subsequent HARQ process after the first HARQ process.
That is, in the present embodiment, the four kinds of information may be indicated by four values (i.e. 00, 01, 10, 11) corresponding to the 2bit field in the HARQ information. Optionally, the 2-bit field or the combination indicates jointly, specifically, the 2-bit field may be a newly added 2-bit field in the HARQ information, or may be obtained by combining a newly added 1-bit field in the HARQ information with an NDI (1-bit) in the HARQ information redefined in the existing method.
In the related art, the 1bit function of NDI is generally: when a transmission occurs for a HARQ process, one or two (in the case of downlink spatial multiplexing) TBs and associated HARQ information are received from the HARQ entity, and for each received TB and associated HARQ information, the HARQ process should be determined as follows: if the NDI provided has switched with the previously received transmission value corresponding to this TB, or if the HARQ process is equal to the broadcast process and this is the first received transmission of a TB scheduled according to the system information indicated by RRC, or if this is the first received transfer of the TB (i.e. the TB has no prior NDI), then the transmission corresponding to the HARQ process is considered to be a new transfer; otherwise, the transmission corresponding to the HARQ process is considered to be a retransmission.
For example, for joint scheduling of more than two HARQ processes, 1bit (used in combination with NDI of the original 1 bit) may be additionally introduced for each HARQ information for indicating whether to joint with the previous process, the latter process, or only the current process.
For example, in case of supporting a plurality of HARQ information, since the first HARQ information may not be supported for the previous process and the last HARQ information may not be supported for the subsequent process, the overhead of this indication may be reduced. Specifically, for joint scheduling supporting at most two HARQ processes, 1bit (the function of reserving the NDI of the original 1 bit) may be additionally introduced for each HARQ information, and for the first HARQ process, the bit is indicated for the present process or for joint with the latter process; for the second HARQ process, this bit is indicated for the present process or for association with the previous process.
Tables 1, 2 and 3 are examples of transmission or retransmission for a plurality of HARQ processes after different time domain resource aggregation (it is assumed here that one HARQ is configured to support only one TB), and in the tables, time domain resources 1, 2, 3 and 4 are sequentially associated with HARQ processes with process numbers #3, #4, #5 and #6, respectively. If the HARQ process ID refers to the first HARQ information, so as to set the HARQ process IDs corresponding to all TBs in the DCI, it is not necessary to consider HARQ process number independently. On this basis, if an additional 1bit and original NDI (1 bit) joint indication is introduced, the following indication information can be specifically included:
00/01: the NDI indication information in the related art may be used, that is, the NDI indication information may be judged in the two states, if the NDI indication information is the same as the previous state, the NDI indication information indicates the retransmission of the last transmission of the present process, and if the NDI indication information is different from the previous state, the NDI indication information indicates the initial transmission of the one transmission of the present process; if the second indication of HARQ information corresponding to the time domain resource 4 in table 1 is 01, the first indication 00 is switched to indicate that the current transmission is the initial transmission, i.e. the second actual transmission is TB2 corresponding to the HARQ process number # 6.
10: it can be indicated that the current process has no transmission for retransmission of the previous process; further, which process the previous process is to be the only process depends on the process that the time domain resource associated with the previous HARQ information in the current DCI is to be used for, and there is such a progressive or recursive relation, and finally the process that the resource is used for is the HARQ process ID corresponding to the time domain resource indication information that indicates that the time domain resource indication information is used for the transmission of the current process is nearest to the current time domain resource indication information; as indicated by 10 for the second time of HARQ information corresponding to the time domain resource 3 in tables 1 and 3, the HARQ process actually transmitted by the time domain resource 3 is determined to be used for retransmission of the previous process, and the HARQ process actually transmitted by the time domain resource 3 is determined to be the HARQ process #3 transmitted by the time domain resource 1 because the second indication corresponding to the time domain resource 2 is also 10 and the time domain resource 1 is finally determined to be used for transmission of the current process according to the HARQ information.
11: it can be indicated that the present process is currently not transmitting, for retransmission of the next process; further, which process is the last process depends on the process to be used by the time domain resource associated with the next HARQ information in the current DCI, and there is a progressive or recursive relation, and finally, the process for which the resource is used is the HARQ process ID corresponding to the time domain resource indication information for transmission of the current process, which is the nearest to the current time domain resource indication information; as indicated by the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource 3 in table 2 for the second time as 11, i.e. indicating that the time domain resource 3 is used for retransmission of the next process, the HARQ process actually transmitted by the HARQ process depends on the process for which the time domain resource associated with the next HARQ information in the current HARQ information sequence (i.e. the time domain resource 4) is used, and the HARQ information corresponding to the time domain resource 4 in table 2 for the second time as 01, i.e. all as 00, indicates for transmission of the present process, so that the HARQ process actually transmitted by the time domain resource 3 is the HARQ #6 transmitted by the time domain resource 4, or as indicated by the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource 3 in table 3 for the first time as 11, the HARQ process actually transmitted by the time domain resource 3 is the HARQ #6 transmitted by the time domain resource 4, and is the repeated transmission (retransmission) of the HARQ # 6.

The second mode is described in detail below.
As an optional implementation manner, the other HARQ information is a HARQ information whose HARQ information is ordered before the second HARQ information, or a HARQ information whose HARQ information is ordered after the second HARQ information. In this embodiment, the HARQ information sequenced before/after the second HARQ information may be determined according to the HARQ information sequence in the foregoing embodiment, where the HARQ information may also be explicitly or implicitly embodied in DCI, or may be determined based on information such as a contract or other preset configuration.
Optionally, the information indicated by the second HARQ information supports at least one of the following: a second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information adopts associated second time domain resource transmission, and the transmission of the second HARQ process is primary transmission; a second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information adopts associated second time domain resource transmission, and the transmission of the second HARQ process is retransmission; the second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information adopts the associated second time domain resource transmission, and the time domain resource transmission associated with other HARQ information which is sequenced before the second HARQ information by adopting the HARQ information, and the transmission of the second HARQ process are initial transmission; a second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information employs an associated second time domain resource transmission, and also the other HARQ information associated time domain resource transmissions ordered prior to the second HARQ information using HARQ information, and the transmission of the second HARQ process is a retransmission; the second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information adopts the associated second time domain resource transmission, and the time domain resource transmission associated with other HARQ information which is sequenced after the second HARQ information by adopting the HARQ information, and the transmission of the second HARQ process are initial transmission; a second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information employs an associated second time domain resource transmission, and also the other HARQ information associated time domain resource transmissions ordered after the second HARQ information using HARQ information, and the transmission of the second HARQ process is a retransmission; the second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information has no data transmission or does not use the second time domain resource; and the second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information is not allocated with resources.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the time domain resource transmission associated with other HARQ information sequenced by using HARQ information before the second HARQ information refers to an HARQ process to be transmitted by using the time domain resource associated with the second HARQ information, and further, a time domain resource associated with a fifth HARQ information before being used, where the fifth HARQ information refers to an HARQ information that is obtained by sequentially reversing from the second HARQ information forward according to the sequence of HARQ information, and is not used for the transmission of the present resource by itself and is not indicated to be used for the transmission of the present resource by itself or is not indicated to be used for the transmission of the present resource by first indication; the time domain resource transmission associated with other HARQ information sequenced after the second HARQ information refers to that the time domain resource associated with the second HARQ information will transmit the HARQ process and the time domain resource associated with the sixth HARQ information after being used, where the sixth HARQ information refers to that, according to the sequence of HARQ information, the first acknowledgement obtained from the second HARQ information in a positive number in turn is that the present resource is not used for self transmission of the present process and the HARQ information using the previous resource is not indicated or the first indication is not used for the HARQ information of the present process.
The present resource is not used for own transmission of the present process, specifically, the time domain resource associated with a certain HARQ information is not used for the HARQ process corresponding to the HARQ information.
For example, wherein a fifth HARQ information is determined, the search order of the second HARQ information starts from the last HARQ information; wherein a sixth HARQ information is determined, and a search sequence for the second HARQ information starts from the first HARQ information;
the HARQ information sequence may specifically be a sequence in a DCI format, or may be a sequence determined based on an ordering rule explicitly or implicitly given in the DCI, or may be a sequence determined based on other information such as a preset rule, which is understood that the present invention is not limited to the HARQ information sequence, and any HARQ information sequence that can be determined is within the scope of the present invention.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, at least when the HARQ process supporting at least any one HARQ information association can use at most the additional time domain resource associated with one other HARQ information for transmission: the other HARQ information that the HARQ information is ordered before the second HARQ information refers to one HARQ information that is obtained by sequentially counting forward from the second HARQ information according to the HARQ information order, and that is farthest or nearest from the second HARQ information, indicates that the HARQ information is not used for own process transmission and is not determined to be a process transmission associated with the other HARQ information; the other HARQ information that is ordered by the HARQ information after the second HARQ information refers to one HARQ information that is obtained by sequentially starting from the second HARQ information and counted forward from the second HARQ information, and indicates that the HARQ information is not used for own process transmission and has not been determined to be a process transmission associated with the other HARQ information.
In some alternative embodiments, at least the HARQ process supporting any one HARQ information association can use at most the additional time domain resources associated with a plurality of other HARQ information for transmission: the other HARQ information, which is ordered before the second HARQ information, refers to a plurality of HARQ information, which are sequentially and forward counted from the second HARQ information according to the HARQ information order, are farthest from the second HARQ information, and are not used for own process transmission and are not determined to be transmitted for a process associated with the other HARQ information; the other HARQ information whose HARQ information is ordered after the second HARQ information refers to a plurality of HARQ information that are sequentially obtained from the second HARQ information forward in the order of HARQ information, and that are nearest to the second HARQ information, indicate that the HARQ information is not used for own process transmission and are not determined to be transmitted by a process associated with the other HARQ information. Wherein the plurality of other HARQ information may be, for example, 2, 3, …, and so on.
For example, when the number of additional time domain resources available for one HARQ process is N, the other HARQ information that is ordered before the second HARQ information refers to N HARQ information that are sequentially obtained from the second HARQ information to the forward reciprocal in the order of HARQ information, which are farthest or nearest from the second HARQ information and indicate that the HARQ information is not used for own process transmission and are not yet determined to be transmitted by a process associated with the other HARQ information; the other HARQ information whose HARQ information is ordered after the second HARQ information refers to N HARQ information that are obtained by sequentially starting from the second HARQ information and proceeding forward from the second HARQ information in the order of HARQ information, and that are nearest or farthest from the second HARQ information, indicate that the HARQ information is not used for own process transmission and have not been determined to be a process transmission associated with the other HARQ information.
As an implementation manner, a constraint relation exists between HARQ process number/IDs in different HARQ information; the HARQ processes associated with the other HARQ information refer to HARQ processes with process numbers ordered before the process number of the second HARQ process, or HARQ processes with process numbers ordered after the process number of the second HARQ process.
As another embodiment, the order of the HARQ information is determined by information indicated in DCI or an order or a set rule.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a communication method. The embodiment is based on the foregoing process of determining the other HARQ information, and optionally, the second HARQ information includes a 2bit field indication independent of NDI; wherein the information indicated by the 2bit field supports at least one of: a second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information adopts associated second time domain resource transmission; the second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information adopts the associated second time domain resource transmission, and the other HARQ information or the time domain resource transmission associated with the previous HARQ information which adopt the HARQ information and are sequenced before the second HARQ information is also adopted; the second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information adopts the associated second time domain resource transmission, and the other HARQ information or the time domain resource transmission associated with the later HARQ information which adopt the HARQ information and are ordered after the second HARQ information is also transmitted; the second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information does not use the associated second time domain resource or the second time domain resource associated with the second HARQ information may be used for the HARQ processes associated with other HARQ information.
This embodiment may reserve and follow the indication of the existing NDI, introducing an additional 2 bits for indication: the state indicates whether the process is using the present resource or is required to use the previously allocated resource or the later allocated resource. Furthermore, by comparing time domain resources associated with different HARQ information, if there is a conflict between resource allocations, a corresponding HARQ process may be considered to be covered (coverage), or the resource allocation may be invalid; or use a state in the sign number indication of the time domain resource to indicate that the resource allocation is 0.
Table 4 is an example of transmission or retransmission for a plurality of HARQ processes after aggregation of different time domain resources (it is assumed here that one HARQ is configured to support only one TB), where time domain resources 1, 2, 3, 4 are sequentially associated with HARQ processes with process numbers #3, #4, #5, #6, respectively, as shown in table 4, and the information indicated by the 2bit field independent of NDI supports at least one of the following:
00: the process transmits and uses the resource; if the first indication of the 2bit field in the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource 2 in table 4 is 00, the HARQ process actually transmitted for the first time by the time domain resource 2 is the HARQ #4 corresponding to the associated HARQ information.
01: the HAQR process/the resource has no data transmission, or the resource is used for other processes; as indicated for the first time in the 2bit field in the HARQ information associated with time domain resource 1 in table 4.
10: the present process transmission will also use the previous available resource; as shown in table 4, the first indication of the 2bit field in the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource 3 is 10, which indicates that the HARQ process #5 associated with the HARQ information adopts the associated time domain resource 3 source transmission and other HARQ information or the time domain resource transmission associated with the previous HARQ information, which is sequenced by the HARQ information, is also adopted, and the time domain resource associated with the corresponding previous HARQ information in table 4 is already explicitly used for the transmission of the own process, so it is continuously detected whether the time domain resource in the HARQ information more previous is not used for the transmission of the own process, and it is determined that the time domain resource 1 is still to be used for the transmission by the HARQ # 5.
11: the process transmission will also use the latter available resource; if the second indication of the 2bit field in the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource 3 in table 4 is 11, which indicates that the HARQ process #5 associated with the HARQ information adopts the associated time domain resource 3 source transmission and also adopts other HARQ information or the time domain resource transmission associated with the subsequent HARQ information after the HARQ information, the second indication of the 2bit field in the next HARQ information is 01, which indicates that the HARQ process is not used for own process transmission, so that it is determined that the HARQ process #5 will also use the time domain resource 4 for transmission, wherein the NDI is 1 when the second indication in the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource 3 and the NDI is 0 when the first indication is flipped (or switched), indicating that the transmission is new transmission, and the second actual transmission is TB2 corresponding to the HARQ # 5.
TABLE 4 Table 4
In another optional embodiment of the present invention, the second HARQ information includes a 3bit field or a combined indication with a joint indication NDI; wherein any 1bit in the 3bit field cannot be used as NDI independently, and the 3bit field or the information indicated by the combination supports at least one of the following: a second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information adopts associated second time domain resource transmission, and the transmission of the second HARQ process is primary transmission; a second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information adopts associated second time domain resource transmission, and the transmission of the second HARQ process is retransmission; the second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information adopts the associated second time domain resource transmission, and the other HARQ information or the time domain resource transmission associated with the previous HARQ information which is sequenced before the second HARQ information by adopting the HARQ information is also transmitted, and the transmission of the second HARQ process is initial transmission; the second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information adopts the associated second time domain resource transmission, and the other HARQ information or the time domain resource transmission associated with the previous HARQ information which is sequenced before the second HARQ information by adopting the HARQ information is also transmitted, and the transmission of the second HARQ process is retransmission; the second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information adopts the associated second time domain resource transmission, and the other HARQ information or the time domain resource transmission associated with the later HARQ information which is sequenced after the second HARQ information by adopting the HARQ information is also transmitted, and the transmission of the second HARQ process is initial transmission; the second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information adopts the associated second time domain resource transmission, and the other HARQ information or the time domain resource transmission associated with the later HARQ information which is sequenced after the second HARQ information by adopting the HARQ information is also transmitted, and the transmission of the second HARQ process is retransmission; the second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information does not use the associated second time domain resource, or the time domain resource associated with the second HARQ information may be used for other HARQ information associated processes; and the second HARQ process associated with the second HARQ information is not allocated with effective resources, or the second HARQ information is not allocated with effective resources.
The 3bit field in this embodiment may solicit an existing NDI indication, but any bit in the 3bit field will no longer be used independently as an existing NDI indication, and exemplary specific indication information may support at least one of the following:
000/001: the process uses the corresponding time domain resource by itself, and indicates whether the transmission is primary transmission or retransmission according to the change of the previous indication or the direct indication;
010: the process does not use the corresponding time domain resource;
011: the process has no resource allocation;
100/101: the process will also use the previous available time domain resource and this time the transmission is an initial or retransmission;
110/111: the process will also use the latter available time domain resource and whether this transmission is an initial transmission or a retransmission.
TABLE 5
For example, in the first indication and transmission example, there may be different rules how the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource 2 is used adjacent to the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource 3, and in the third indication and transmission example, there may be different rules how the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource 2 is used adjacent to the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource 3, for example:
rule 1) if a time domain resource also wishes to transmit its own process, the HARQ information associated with time domain resource 3 cannot indicate that the previous resource is desired to be used;
Rule 2) if the HARQ information associated with time domain resource 3 indicates that the previous resource is desired to be used, and the HARQ information associated with time domain resource 2 does not indicate that the current process uses only the current resource, then resource 2 will be used for transmission or repeated transmission of the process associated with the HARQ information associated with time domain resource 3, and continue the iteration;
rule 3) if the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource indicates that the present resource is not used for the present process or a similar indication that the present resource is used for other processes, then the search for other resources is terminated.
Then for the first indication and transmission example, rule 1) needs to be preset or adopted, and the HARQ information associated with time domain resource 3 also wants to transmit its own procedure, then the HARQ information associated with time domain resource 2 cannot indicate that the previous resource (i.e. the resource of time domain resource 2) is desired to be used, and even if this resource is indicated, only the present resource is used, and by iteration, the HARQ information associated with time domain resource 2 will use the resource of time domain resource 1.
For the third indication and transmission example, rule 2) needs to be preset or adopted, that is, the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource 3 indicates that the previous resource is desired to be used, and the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource 2 does not indicate that the current process only uses the current resource, then the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource 3 is transmitted by the time domain resource 2 together with the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource 3 to form the harq#5tb2, and by continuing iteration, the HARQ information associated with the time domain resource 3 is transmitted by the time domain resource 1 to form the harq#5tb2.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, no effective resource allocation is allocated to the HARQ process associated with the HARQ information, or no effective resource allocation is allocated to the HARQ information, which means that: when the resource indication of each time slot of each time domain resource associated with the HARQ information is independent or has no dependency relationship, the time domain resource associated with the current HARQ information and the time domain resource associated with other HARQ information have time domain overlapping, or the time domain resource associated with the current HARQ information is indicated as 0 symbol or the sum of the starting position of the resource and the allocated symbol length is more than 14; or when the resource indication in each time slot has a dependency relationship, supporting to respectively indicate that the time domain resource associated with each HARQ information is invalid resource allocation.
Note that, when there is a dependency relationship between the time domain resource allocation associated with each HARQ information and the resource indication in each time slot, the present embodiment supports whether the time domain resource associated with each HARQ information is an invalid resource allocation, and in this case, if the time domain resource associated with a certain HARQ information is an invalid resource allocation, it may also be determined that there is no valid resource allocation for the HARQ process associated with the HARQ information, or that there is no valid resource allocation for the HARQ information.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, when the time domain resources associated with HARQ information share the same time domain resource indication information in different time slots, the DCI may support that the time domain resources associated with each HARQ information are all valid in one time slot, or that the first part of the time domain resources are valid in one time slot or the second part of the time domain resources are valid in one time slot when the associated time domain resources are divided into two parts.
