if the entrance and exit toll station information is missing and the mileage data cannot be obtained, portal data of the target vehicle are obtained, the entrance and exit toll station information of the target vehicle is supplemented based on the portal data, and a cross-region travel vehicle in the target vehicle is determined based on the supplemented entrance and exit toll station information;
Calculating the trans-regional traffic based on the number of trans-regional travel vehicles and the passenger carrying coefficient;
if the entrance/exit toll station information is missing and the mileage data cannot be obtained, obtaining portal data of the target vehicle includes:

if the entrance/exit toll station information is completely missing, the inquiring of portal data in a third preset section of the target vehicle based on the vehicle basic information of the target vehicle includes:
sorting the portal data according to the portal passing time, searching a third target portal with the latest passing time and a fourth target portal with the earliest passing time, and judging that the target vehicle is a cross-region travel vehicle if the third target portal and the fourth target portal are not in the same first preset region;
