5. The detergent dispensing device of claim 4, wherein the number of the first overflow ports and the second overflow ports are the same, and the first overflow ports and the second overflow ports are disposed correspondingly in a vertical direction.
6. The detergent dispensing device of claim 5, wherein a blocking member is further provided on the housing, the blocking member being located between the first overflow port and the second overflow port.

The detergent dispensing device of claim 6, wherein the blocking member is a plate-like structure, a portion of the housing is disposed around the first overflow port and the second overflow port, and both ends of the blocking member are connected to the housing such that the first overflow port and the second overflow port are partitioned in two chambers.

The detergent dispensing device of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the housing comprises an upper housing and a lower housing connected, a first clamping structure is provided at a position of the upper housing engaged with the lower housing, a second clamping structure is provided at a position of the lower housing engaged with the upper housing, and the upper housing is engaged with the lower housing through the first and second clamping structures.
9. The detergent dispensing device of claim 8, wherein a second sealing member is disposed between the first and second snap features.
10. A washing apparatus, characterized in that it comprises a detergent dispensing device according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
