Detailed Description
In order to facilitate the technical solution of the application, some concepts related to the present application will be described below first.
The existing household clothes washing needs to be clean, and for some small articles such as socks, underwear, infant clothes and the like, the clothes are not suitable to be cleaned by a common washing machine for preventing cross infection, saving water and the like, and the clothes also need to be subjected to corresponding disinfection and sterilization treatment. Therefore, some washing machines are equipped with sterilizing functions, and the sterilizing and disinfecting functions are generally performed by chemicals.
Most washing machines wash and sterilize clothes through chemical agents such as laundry detergent, disinfectant, softener and the like; although the clothes are cleaner after sterilization and disinfection, the washed clothes still have chemical residues, and the chemical residues can cause symptoms such as skin itch and allergy of partial people; even after a large number of washes, the presence of chemical residues on the laundry is unavoidable. When the chemicals on the residual clothes are cleaned for multiple times, more water resources are wasted, and meanwhile, the wastewater discharged by the washing machine contains chemical reagents, so that the difficulty of sewage treatment can be increased to a certain extent. How to sterilize clothes while washing them is a problem to be solved.
The application provides an ozone cleaning method for disinfecting clothes while cleaning the clothes; the ozone cleaning method is applied to a washing machine, and the washing machine comprises a sterilizing device, a display screen and a controller;
as shown in fig. 1, the washing machine can be used for the procedure steps of the ozone cleaning method, and the steps performed by the washing machine in the following embodiments are all completed by the controller in cooperation with other components in the washing machine.
In order to realize the ozone cleaning method, the washing machine is also provided with a sterilizing device which is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the washing machine through a buckle; and a plurality of small holes are formed in two sides of the sterilizing device so that the sterilizing device can release the ozone gas. The two sides of the sterilizing device are provided with electric valves, the electric valves are electrically connected with the controller, and the electric valves are configured to control the sterilizing device to release and stop releasing ozone gas. The inside of the washing machine is also fixedly provided with a sensor, the sensor is electrically connected with the controller, and the sensor is configured to detect the concentration of ozone in the washing machine in real time.
Wherein, the ozone cleaning method comprises the following steps:
controlling the sterilizing device to release ozone gas and performing a timing operation in response to a cleaning instruction of a user;
the washing machine can acquire a cleaning instruction issued by a user. The cleaning instruction can be directly sent to the washing machine by a user, or can be sent to the washing machine by the user through other equipment.
In some embodiments, the user may send a cleaning instruction to the washing machine through a control device, where the control device may be a remote control, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or the like.
In some embodiments, the user may also send a cleaning instruction directly to the washing machine. For example, directly sending a voice command, a touch command, etc. to the washing machine.
When the condition of stopping is detected to be met, controlling the sterilizing device to stop releasing ozone gas and cleaning clothes in the washing machine; the termination condition includes the time duration reaching a first preset duration and/or the concentration of the target substance being equal to a first preset concentration value, wherein the target substance is ozone.
Ozone has extremely strong oxidizing property and sterilizing property, and is one of the strongest oxidizing agents in nature. The oxygen atom at one side of the ozone molecular structure has negative charge and extremely strong protophilic property, the oxygen atom in the middle has positive charge and extremely strong electrophilic property, so that the ozone molecule is unstable and is easy to react with organic matters, and extremely strong sterilization effect is also provided for the ozone molecule, and the strong oxidization effect can kill various pathogenic microorganisms. The solubility of ozone in water is greatly different, and the higher the temperature is, the lower the solubility is; under the condition of fixed pH value, the higher the water temperature is, the faster the decomposition speed is; the higher the pH, the faster the decomposition rate at a fixed temperature.
Ozone is generated by the sterilizing device to wash clothes, ozone and ozone bubbles dissolved in water are similar to a powerful catalyst, and besides the powerful catalyst can quickly and effectively kill germs on the clothes in the washing process, the sterilizing device has an obvious washing assisting effect, so that the washing effect is improved, and dirt is removed.
Ozone is a harmful gas to the human body and is known for its smell similar to the fishy smell. Ozone enters the human body and is called free radical. It not only exacerbates the aging process in humans, but also causes a range of diseases. Because the oxidation function of free radicals attacks cells, abnormal metabolism of proteins, nucleotides and fat is promoted, and the cells generate mutation to cause diseases.
Thus, after the washing machine has performed the cleaning instructions, the ozone content in the washing machine needs to be monitored, and in some embodiments, the method further comprises:
after the washing machine executes the cleaning instruction, detecting whether the ozone content in the washing machine is higher than a threshold value;
and when the ozone content of the inner cylinder of the washing machine is higher than a threshold value, controlling the fan to run for a second preset time.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
when the door body state of the washing machine is an open state, timing is carried out on the opened door body, and in the timing process, whether a user is near the door body or not is continuously detected through a human body sensor;
and when the user does not appear near the door body within a continuous preset time after the door body is opened, controlling the door body to be closed.
When detecting that the door of the washing machine is opened, performing a timing operation; when the time duration reaches the preset duration, displaying an interface prompt in a user interface of the washing machine, and playing a voice prompt, wherein the interface prompt and the voice prompt are used for prompting a user to close all the opened doors. If the user is not present near the washing machine (door body) for a continuous second preset time period after the door is opened, the door body is automatically controlled to be closed. Therefore, when a user forgets to close the door body or the door body is virtually hidden, or the door body cannot be closed, the door body can be automatically closed in time, and the normal operation of the washing machine is ensured.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
acquiring the state of the door body of the washing machine;
when the door body state of the washing machine is in a closed state, controlling the sterilizing device to execute a cleaning instruction according to a first rule; the first rule is to control the sterilizing device to operate for a cleaning period of preset times within a preset duration;
when the state of the door body of the washing machine changes, controlling the sterilizing device to execute a cleaning instruction according to a second rule; the second rule is to control the sterilizing device to stop executing the cleaning instruction when the termination condition is detected to be met.
When the electric valves on two sides of the sterilizing device are started, a controller in the washing machine starts timing operation, the timing time length is compared with the preset time length, and when the timing time length reaches the preset time length, the fact that the termination condition is met is determined.
After the sterilizing device releases ozone gas, the controller determines the concentration of ozone substances according to the concentration of the ozone gas sensed by the sensor, and determines that the termination condition is satisfied when ozone is equal to or greater than a preset concentration.
The on-off control of the sterilizing device is divided into a first rule (automatic control) and a second rule (door opening and closing control). Under the condition that the door body is not opened, the sterilizing device operates for a preset number of sterilizing cycles within a preset time period, and in some embodiments, the sterilizing device is automatically closed after continuously operating for at most 3 cycle periods.
Ozone is released by a sterilizing device in the washing machine to kill bacteria and viruses such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, salmonella typhimurium and the like. The washing process does not need chemical disinfection liquid, reduces the use of washing chemical reagents and reduces the pollution of drainage. The washed clothes are very clean, have no corrosion or stimulation, are friendly to people and can not cause human body injury.
In some embodiments, the application further provides a washing machine having an ozone cleaning function, comprising:
a case;
the base is arranged at the lower part of the box body;
an outer cylinder arranged in the box body; wherein, the inner cylinder is also sleeved and embedded in the outer cylinder;
the sterilizing device is arranged in the washing machine;
the display screen is used for displaying a user interface;
a controller configured to:
controlling the sterilizing device to release ozone gas and performing a timing operation in response to a cleaning instruction of a user;
when the condition of stopping is detected to be met, controlling the sterilizing device to stop releasing ozone gas and cleaning clothes in the washing machine; the termination condition includes the time duration reaching a first preset duration and/or the concentration of the target substance being equal to a first preset concentration value, wherein the target substance is ozone.
In some embodiments, a sensor is also fixedly mounted within the washing machine, the sensor being electrically connected to the controller, the sensor being configured to detect the concentration of ozone in the washing machine drum in real time.
In some embodiments, the sterilization device is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the washing machine through a buckle; and a plurality of small holes are formed in two sides of the sterilizing device so that the sterilizing device can release ozone gas.
The sterilizing device causes the compressed air to pass through a high-voltage arc to change oxygen molecules into ozone gas. The disinfection principle of the washing machine is that ozone enters the washing cylinder and is dissolved in washing water, so that powerful oxidation cleaning function and sterilization function are exerted. Ozone is used for dissolving bacteria, so that bacteria on the fabric can be thoroughly eliminated; the pH value of the ozone washing wastewater is between 7.0 and 8.0, so that secondary pollution is avoided, the discharge of the washing machine can be reduced, and the environment protection is facilitated; the towel can be washed at normal temperature, the water temperature containing ozone is generally 20-35 ℃, and the towel has softer hand feeling by washing at low temperature; the decontamination, i.e. disinfection function of ozone can reduce the water feeding times and drying time in the washing procedure.
In some embodiments, two sides of the sterilizing device are provided with electric valves, the electric valves are electrically connected with the controller, and the electric valves are configured to control the sterilizing device to release and stop releasing ozone gas.
In some embodiments, the controller is further configured to:
after the washing machine executes the cleaning instruction, detecting whether the ozone content in the washing machine is higher than a threshold value;
and when the ozone content of the inner barrel of the washing machine is higher than a threshold value, controlling the fan to operate for a second preset time.
Experiments prove that if the door of the washing machine is suddenly opened, the ozone concentration in the air is within 0.01ppm, and the ozone concentration exceeds 0.15mg/m < 3 > (equivalent to 0.075ppm in the air) when the domestic environment is regulated in China. When the ozone concentration in the air reaches 0.01-0.02mg/m3 (corresponding to 0.005-0.01ppm in the air), people can know the ozone. In order to ensure that the door of the washing machine is suddenly opened in the using process, the concentration of ozone dissipated in the air is within a safe range, and the concentration of ozone in a clothes space is not more than 0.15ppm/8 hours on the design of the rotating speed of a fan of the washing machine. Meanwhile, the control is performed through the display screen of the washing machine, after deodorization is finished, the door of the washing machine cannot be opened, and after natural wind is blown for 30 to 40 minutes, the door lock is unlocked, so that the door can be opened.
In some embodiments, the washing machine is further provided with a human body sensor, and the controller is further configured to:
when the door body state of the washing machine is an open state, timing is carried out on the opened door body, and in the timing process, whether a user is near the door body or not is continuously detected through a human body sensor;
and when the user does not appear near the door body within a continuous preset time after the door body is opened, controlling the door body to be closed.
