Abstract
The invention discloses weather-resistant colored elastic paint, a preparation method thereof and mobile communication equipment. The weather-resistant colored elastic paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of polycarbonate resin; 1-3 parts of organic pigment and modified nano silicon dioxide compound; 6-7 parts of fumed silica; 1-3 parts of light stabilizer; 7-10 parts of curing agent; 1-4 parts of an auxiliary agent; 20-40 parts of organic solvent; the composite of the organic pigment and the modified nano silicon dioxide comprises an inner core of the organic pigment and a coating layer of silane modified nano silicon dioxide at least partially coated on the surface of the organic pigment. The invention can effectively avoid the short-time back adhesion of the elastic paint and can also effectively improve the wear resistance and weather resistance of the elastic paint.
Description
Technical Field

Background
Currently, various electronic or electric products, such as digital cameras, notebook computers, mobile phones, etc., are widely used in people's life. 40-50 parts of polycarbonate resin;

6-7 parts of fumed silica;
1-3 parts of light stabilizer;
7-10 parts of curing agent;
1-4 parts of an auxiliary agent;
20-40 parts of organic solvent;
the composite of the organic pigment and the modified nano silicon dioxide comprises an inner core of the organic pigment and a coating layer of silane modified nano silicon dioxide at least partially coated on the surface of the organic pigment.
Optionally, the mass ratio of the organic pigment to the organic pigment in the modified nano silicon dioxide compound is 70-95%.

and uniformly mixing the mixture, the polycarbonate resin, the fumed silica, the light stabilizer, the curing agent, the auxiliary agent and the organic solvent to obtain the weather-resistant colored elastic paint.
Optionally, the step of ball-milling and mixing the organic pigment and the silane modified nano silica to obtain a mixture comprises the following steps:
adding nano silicon dioxide into an organic solvent, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain a suspension, then adding a silane coupling agent, heating to 70-80 ℃ for reaction, separating the reacted slurry by a centrifuge to obtain silane modified nano silicon dioxide,

The invention further provides a preparation method of the weather-resistant colored elastic paint, which comprises the following steps:
ball milling and mixing the organic pigment and the silane modified nano silicon dioxide to obtain a mixture;
and uniformly mixing the mixture, the polycarbonate resin, the fumed silica, the light stabilizer, the curing agent, the auxiliary agent and the organic solvent to obtain the weather-resistant colored elastic paint.

Referring to examples of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 2, it can be seen that the elastic paint directly obtained with the organic pigment has short back bonding time, uneven pigment distribution, and poor abrasion resistance, while the elastic paint obtained with the unmodified nano silica and organic pigment composite has good abrasion resistance, even distribution, but short back bonding time.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, but various modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The weather-resistant colored elastic paint is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
40-50 parts of polycarbonate resin;
1-3 parts of organic pigment and modified nano silicon dioxide compound;
6-7 parts of fumed silica;
1-3 parts of light stabilizer;
7-10 parts of curing agent;
1-4 parts of an auxiliary agent;
20-40 parts of organic solvent;
the composite of the organic pigment and the modified nano silicon dioxide comprises an inner core of the organic pigment and a coating layer of silane modified nano silicon dioxide at least partially coated on the surface of the organic pigment.
2. The weather-resistant colored elastomeric paint of claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the organic pigment to the organic pigment in the modified nano-silica composite is 70-95%.
3. The weather-resistant colored elastomeric paint of claim 1, wherein said organic pigment comprises a benzidine yellow pigment, a toluidine red pigment, a permanent yellow pigment, or a phthalocyanine blue pigment.
4. The weatherable colored elastomeric paint of claim 1, wherein the silane modified nanosilica comprises nanosilica surface modified with a silane coupling agent.
5. The weatherable colored elastomeric paint according to claim 1, wherein said silane modified nanosilica has a median particle diameter Dv50 of 10-30nm.
6. The weather-resistant colored elastomeric paint of claim 1, wherein said curing agent comprises at least one of polyisocyanate, butyl acetate.
7. The weather-resistant colored elastic paint according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises at least one of a handfeel auxiliary agent, a leveling agent and a drier; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the light stabilizer includes an ultraviolet absorber or a hindered amine light stabilizer.
8. A method for preparing a weather-resistant colored elastic paint, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
ball milling and mixing the organic pigment and the silane modified nano silicon dioxide to obtain a mixture;
and uniformly mixing the mixture, the polycarbonate resin, the fumed silica, the light stabilizer, the curing agent, the auxiliary agent and the organic solvent to obtain the weather-resistant colored elastic paint.
9. The method of preparing according to claim 8, wherein the step of ball-milling and mixing the organic pigment and the silane-modified nano silica to obtain the mixture comprises:
adding nano silicon dioxide into an organic solvent, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain a suspension, then adding a silane coupling agent, heating to 70-80 ℃ for reaction, separating the reacted slurry by a centrifuge to obtain silane modified nano silicon dioxide,
ball milling is carried out on the silane modified nano silicon dioxide and the organic pigment, the ball milling speed is 100-400r/min, and the ball milling time is 1-2 h, so that a mixture is obtained.
10. A mobile communication device, comprising a housing, wherein a paint layer is arranged on the housing, and the paint layer is made of the weather-resistant colored elastic paint as claimed in claims 1-7.
