the downcomer (3) at least comprises a tray (2) arranged at the lowest part in the rectifying tower (1).
2. The methanol rectification on-line paraffin removal device according to claim 1, wherein the liquid level detection system (16) of the liquid paraffin intermediate tank is distributed at the upper position and the lower position of the refined paraffin extraction outlet (11).
3. The methanol rectification on-line paraffin removal device according to claim 1, wherein the rectification column side liquid level detection system (4) is distributed at the upper position and the lower position of the crude liquid paraffin outlet (5).
4. A method for removing wax by using an on-line dewaxing device for methanol rectification as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the on-line dewaxing process recovers saturated alkane (liquid wax) produced in the upstream synthesis section C8-C15, comprising the steps of:
s1, the downcomer (3) goes deep under the liquid level of the tower kettle of the rectifying tower (1) until the end socket weld joint, and the waste water containing liquid wax flows into the tower kettle through the tower plate (2) and the downcomer (3);
s2, detecting the change of the liquid level of the tower kettle by a liquid level detection system (4) at the side of the rectifying tower, wherein the liquid level difference delta H is formed after liquid wax is enriched and layered with water, and the liquid reaches a threshold value and flows out through a crude liquid wax outlet (5);
s3, the crude liquid wax outlet (5) is connected with a liquid wax intermediate tank (8) through a heat tracing pipeline (6);
s4, controlling the flow of crude liquid wax extracted from the rectifying tower (1) through a crude liquid wax outlet regulating valve (7) by a liquid wax intermediate tank (8), and temporarily storing liquid wax materials;
s5, detecting the liquid level change of the liquid wax intermediate tank (8) by a liquid wax intermediate tank liquid level detection system (16), and extracting the liquid wax from the refined wax extraction outlet (11) when the liquid level change reaches a threshold value;
s6, discharging of the refined wax outlet (11) is controlled by a refined wax outlet regulating valve (13) through a heat tracing pipeline (12);
s7, the temperature of the heat tracing pipeline (6) and the heat tracing pipeline (12) is more than 100 ℃;
s8, a liquid outlet (9) at the bottom of the liquid wax intermediate tank is used for recycling the waste water which does not contain liquid wax at the lower layer in the liquid wax intermediate tank (8) and is pumped into the bottom of the rectifying tower (1), and the flow is controlled by a liquid outlet regulating valve (10) at the bottom of the liquid wax intermediate tank;
s9, a gas outlet (14) at the top of the liquid wax intermediate tank is used for recycling non-condensing steam in the liquid wax intermediate tank (8) and returning the non-condensing steam to a gas phase space of a tower kettle of the rectifying tower (1);
s10, the operating pressure range of the rectifying tower (1) is 30-600kPa, the temperature range is 80-165 ℃, and the reflux ratio is 1-10;
and S11, estimating the flow of the liquid wax intermediate tank (8) by the actual operating pressure and temperature of the wastewater at the tower bottom of the rectifying tower (1).
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the rectifying tower (1) is a tower for extracting waste water from the bottom of the methanol rectifying device, and at least comprises a pressurizing tower in a reverse methanol rectifying device or an atmospheric tower and a methanol recovery tower of a forward methanol rectifying device.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein liquid wax is enriched and layered with water in the tower kettle of the rectifying tower (1), detected by a liquid level detection system (4) at the side surface of the rectifying tower, and timely discharged from a crude liquid wax outlet (5) to prevent the liquid wax from being pumped into a reboiler.
7. The method according to claim 4, wherein the operating pressure of the rectifying column (1) is 580kPa, the column bottom temperature is 165 ℃, and the reflux ratio is 3.
