Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ultrasonic focusing, in particular to a system for focusing ultrasonic waves with high intensity.
Background
Along with the development of ultrasonic technology, the ultrasonic technology is widely applied in the medical field, particularly, high-intensity focusedultrasound (HIFU) is used for treating tumors, compared with the traditional surgery or chemotherapy mode, the damage to patients is small, noninvasive treatment can be realized, and the ultrasonic technology is extremely important in clinical application. The ultrasonic treatment device for treating tumor usually adopts a spherical focusing mode, the ultrasonic waves emitted by each point are all directed to the sphere center, and a high-intensity ultrasonic focusing point is formed at the position of the sphere center. Focusing the high-intensity ultrasonic focusing point on the focus part of the patient to generate transient high-temperature effect, wherein the temperature can reach 65-100 ℃, and the high temperature can cause coagulation necrosis to the tumor tissue in the focus area, lose proliferation, infiltration and transfer capacity, thereby realizing the purpose of tumor treatment.
In the existing ultrasonic focusing device, a high-energy ultrasonic focusing point is obtained by adopting a mode that a plurality of ultrasonic transducers transmit ultrasonic waves simultaneously and focus the ultrasonic waves; in the embodiment of the patent, the ultrasonic waves emitted by eight ultrasonic piezoelectric transducers are focused, and the obtained ultrasonic focusing point has smaller focal spot and higher energy; patent publication CN103052426a discloses a focused ultrasonic wave generating device which uses three or more ultrasonic transducers to perform ultrasonic wave focusing to obtain a high-energy ultrasonic wave focusing point. Although the higher the energy of the ultrasonic focus point, the better the therapeutic effect, the higher the energy of the ultrasonic focus point, the side effects on the patient during the treatment are also increased simultaneously. In particular, when high-energy ultrasonic waves are focused on a focus part during treatment, a patient feels pain; although this pain can be alleviated by the administration of local anesthetics or analgesics to the patient prior to treatment, the patient's perception is reduced after administration of the drug, and local burns can be caused to the patient either by treatment with ultrasound wavelength time or by inaccurate focusing of the ultrasound. In the treatment process, medical staff need to strictly control the output energy and the focusing position of ultrasonic waves, monitor the skin temperature of a patient in real time, immediately stop treatment and take corresponding treatment measures once the abnormal rise of the skin temperature is found, so that the operation speed is reduced, and the operation progress is influenced.
