Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of specimen sampling, in particular to a device for positioning and sampling tissues in and around a cavity.
Background
Condyloma acuminatum is one kind of sexually transmitted disease caused by human papilloma virus (Human papillomavirus HPV) infection and is characterized by skin and mucous membrane wart hyperplasia, and is preferably applied to prepuce, glans, urethral orifice, perianal, vulva, cervical, vagina and other parts. Condyloma acuminatum in the cavity of urethra, anus, etc. is a great difficulty for the clinician. Due to the reasons of more folds, poor visual field, inaccurate positioning and the like of mucous membranes in the cavity, the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum after the traditional operation is up to 70 percent, and the mucous membrane has large damage and more bleeding, and is easy to cause complications such as urethral stricture and the like. With the development of medical technology, photodynamic therapy has been strongly recommended in condyloma acuminatum diagnosis and treatment guidelines, and is the first treatment method of condyloma acuminatum in the cavity, particularly in the urethra. Photodynamic therapy can effectively clear latent infection focus by targeting condyloma acuminatum lesion tissues and protect normal tissues from damage, thereby reducing recurrence. Thus, photodynamic therapy first requires clear lesion localization, but no relevant guidelines and expert consensus currently direct HPV normalized material.
The method for monitoring HPV typing capacity of a fixed-point sampling line under direct vision of a urethroscope or an anoscope is a commonly adopted material taking method at present, but photodynamic therapy is carried out for 4-6 times as a treatment course, and the HPV typing capacity is required to be sampled and monitored before and after each photodynamic therapy, so that the curative effect is evaluated, the subsequent treatment scheme is formulated, and the patient is additionally painful and huge economic burden is brought by multiple urethroscopes or anoscopes; in addition, because warts are removed after treatment, localization is blurred during local latent focus review, and deviation is increased due to the fact that different doctors draw materials. CN202408966U discloses a urethral sampler, but it has the disadvantages that its device can only sample once, it needs to use multiple devices and repeatedly insert into the urethra for multipoint sampling, and infection can spread during its operation of inserting into the urethra, and it only takes materials for the urethra; CN216702569U discloses a flexible rectal sampling brush, but its device is also only sampled once, it requires multiple devices and repeated insertion into the rectum for multipoint sampling, and during its insertion into the anus may spread infection, and it is only for intrarectal sampling; in addition, CN113425331a discloses a sampler for noninvasive colorectal or anal canal and a use method thereof, although the device can achieve sectional positioning sampling, the range of positioning sampling sections is large, the range of positioning sampling sections is a plurality of centimeters, the accuracy is poor, and the sampler is only used for intra-anal sampling, and does not relate to positioning sampling of the channels such as urethra, vagina, cervical canal and the like and surrounding tissues thereof.
Therefore, how to provide a more ideal in clinic in-cavity positioning sampling device, which can accurately and objectively determine the lesion part, avoid misjudgment and infection diffusion caused by instrument operation, and reduce the discomfort and economic burden of the patient in sampling materials, thereby improving the photodynamic therapy efficiency and the medical accessibility of the patient review is a problem which needs to be solved by the technicians in the field.
