Description

Sand bath standard test piece and method for detecting heat transfer performance of central heating smoking set
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of heating smoking sets, and particularly relates to a sand bath standard test piece and a method for detecting heat transfer performance of a central heating smoking set.
Background
The traditional cigarettes release nicotine and fragrance by directly burning tobacco, so that the demands of consumers are met, and in recent years, along with the improvement of health consciousness of people, heating of non-burning cigarettes is realized. The heating non-burning cigarette is a novel tobacco product which is obtained by heating the tobacco product by using a matched heating smoking set and not burning the tobacco product, and has the characteristics of reducing tar and reducing harm compared with the traditional cigarette while meeting the smoking requirement of consumers. It can be seen that the heated non-combustible cigarette comprises two parts, namely a smoking set and a tobacco product, and the smoking set quality directly determines the smoking experience of consumers on the heated non-combustible cigarette. There are many factors that affect the quality of the smoking article, but the most important factor is the heat transfer performance of the heating process, which directly affects the release of tobacco products.
At present, the method for measuring the heat transfer performance of the heating smoking set mainly comprises an infrared thermal imaging method and a thermocouple direct measurement method. The infrared thermal imaging method can only measure the temperature field distribution in balance, can not timely measure the temperature fluctuation (heat transfer performance) of the smoking set in the heating process of the tobacco products, is larger in environmental factors, and needs to pass through the smoking set shell when measuring the smoking set, and needs to replace a new tobacco product (a standard test piece is needed) when measuring the smoking set, so that the effect is larger. The thermocouple directly measures the temperature of the heating element conveniently and quickly, but the thermocouple only clings to the surface of the heating element to measure the surface temperature, the temperature outside the surface cannot be measured, and the temperature field cannot be measured; in a narrow space of the heating cavity, the thermocouple is difficult to install, and large-scale batch detection is inconvenient; thermocouples measure the temperature directly rather than the total heat generation, and require conversion, which is not easy.
Therefore, both of these conventional measurement methods cannot meet the judgment of the heat transfer performance of the smoking set.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.

A second aspect of the present invention provides a method of detecting heat transfer performance of a central heating smoking set using the sand bath standard test piece of any one of the first aspect, the method comprising the steps of:
step 1, inserting a central heating element of a central heating smoking set in the same batch into a sand grain fixed position in a tubular piece 1 in a sand bath standard test piece in any one of claims 1 to 5 in an inverted downward mode, wherein the tubular piece 1 is accommodated in a heating pipe of the central heating smoking set, and a heating pipe wall of the central heating smoking set is positioned on the periphery of the tubular piece 1;

The collection in the step 4 is carried out for 3 to 10 times.
Each time the temperature change curve is acquired according to steps 1 to 3, it is necessary to wait for the sand in the tubular member 1 to be completely cooled.
Preferably, in step 3, when the thermocouple 2 is withdrawn from the thermocouple insertion hole 1-1, the tip of the thermocouple 2 abuts against the outside of the thermocouple insertion hole 1-1 to prevent sand particles in the tubular member 1 from leaking out.

if the fluctuation range of the temperature change curve of the central heating smoking set to be detected in the same batch is within the standard range, the heat transfer performance of the central heating smoking set meets the requirement of the fluctuation range;
if the fluctuation range of the sand bath temperature change curve of the central heating smoking set to be detected in the same batch is not within the standard range, the heat transfer performance of the central heating smoking set does not meet the requirement of the fluctuation range.
Preferably, in step 6, the fluctuation range of the standard temperature curve is the maximum value or the average value of the fluctuation range of the standard temperature curve of the heating smoking set with different centers in the same batch.
Preferably, the heat transfer performance of the central heating smoking set is considered to be acceptable when the heat transfer performance of the central heating smoking set meets both the requirements of step 5 and further meets the requirements of step 6.
The technical proposal can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention provides a method for using a test standard component for the first time, and detects the heat transfer performance of a central heating smoking set. In addition, the test standard component does not select cigarettes, but selects sand grains, and the sand grains with uniform granularity and the diameter of 0.2-0.6 mm are preferred. The sand grains have the advantages of known specific heat, uniform filling, controllable gaps, difficult abrasion, difficult adhesion, stable physicochemical properties and low cost.
In addition, the bulk density and specific heat of the sand grains are stable, the sand grains are not decomposed, no pollutant is generated, the sand grains are very suitable for being used as a test standard part for batch detection of smoking sets, and gaps among the sand grains also simulate gaps among tobacco shreds well. The sand grains are used for manufacturing sand bath standard test pieces, so that the sand bath standard test pieces are simpler and more convenient for batch detection.
If a real cigarette is used as a standard test piece for heating measurement, the following problems exist: 1. the specific heat and filling density of the tobacco shreds are different and are not easy to control, and when the tobacco shreds are used as standard test pieces for batch detection of cigarettes, the results are poor in comparability; the cigarette is easy to damage after repeated use, and is not suitable for being used as a standard test piece for long-term repeated use; 2. smoke condensate, local burnt matters, residues and the like can pollute a smoke tool to be measured in the measuring process; 3. the property of the cigarette is changed after thermal decomposition, and the cigarette cannot be repeatedly used.
2. The sand bath standard test piece is suitable for detecting the central heating smoking set. After the heating element is assembled to the smoking set, the heating element is inserted into the sand bath standard test upside down, and the hot air flows from bottom to top, so that the heat dissipation can be avoided by utilizing the heat insulation measure of the central heating smoking set. In addition, the heat insulation device 5 of the sand bath standard test piece can also avoid the influence of heat loss.
3. The method is convenient for realizing batch detection.
4. The method for inserting the heating element upside down into the standard test of the sand bath can also avoid the sand leakage phenomenon when the test standard component is inserted into the smoking set.
