The lower pressing die 6 moves upwards under the drive of the first transmission component, and the groove on the fixing base 2 can limit the lower pressing die 6 to prevent the lower pressing die 6 from moving horizontally. When the bottom surface of the upper die 5 abuts against the die casting 100, the lower die 6 passes through the fixed lower frame 3 and abuts against the bottom surface of the die casting 100, and in the process, the lower die 6 abuts against and slidably engages with the first pressing piece 31, and pushes the first pressing piece 31 to press the side wall of the die casting 100 from the inside, and flattens the corresponding side wall of the die casting 100. The bottom surface of the upper die 5 and the top surface of the lower die 6 simultaneously abut against the die casting 100, and the die casting 100 is pressed by the first driver 7, so that the top and bottom surfaces of the die casting 100 are shaped.

After the shaping is finished, the output end of the first driving member 7 moves upwards, the sliding frame 921 moves upwards synchronously and drives the sliding block to move upwards along the first section 111, so that the punching head 94 moves upwards, the inclined surface structure of the punching head 94 abuts against the top surface of the avoidance groove 61 on the lower die 6 in the process, the punching head 94 can move leftwards relative to the die casting 100, after the inclined surface structure of the punching head 94 is separated from the top surface of the avoidance groove 61, the punching head 94 moves to the rightmost end again under the action of the driving spring 922, and reciprocating sliding between the punching head 94 and the die casting 100 is realized in the process, so that the punching head 94 is prevented from being clamped in the heat dissipation hole 102 of the die casting 100. Because of the static friction fit between the upper pressing plate, the fixed upper plate 4 and the die casting 100 and the clamping relation between the die cutting head 94 and the die casting 100, the die casting 100 can move upwards synchronously with the die cutting head 94, when the die casting 100 moves upwards to the bottom surface of the die casting 100 to be flush with the top surface of the first conveyor belt 12, the bottom end of the limiting rod 14 is abutted against the limiting block 53, the elastic force of the fourth elastic piece 54 is overcome to push the limiting block 53 to separate from the limiting groove 42, the first elastic piece 52 and the third elastic piece 72 stretch, and the upper pressing plate is pushed to move upwards relative to the fixed upper plate 4, so that the static friction fit between the upper pressing plate, the fixed upper plate 4 and the die casting 100 is relieved. The slider is now at the top of the first section 111. The first driving member 7 continues to move upwards, the sliding block moves along the second section 112, in the process, the gravity action of the die casting 100 enables the top end of the die cutting head 94 to be in static friction fit with the die casting 100, so that the die cutting head 94 can drive the die casting 100 to move leftwards, the die casting 100 can be placed on the first conveyor belt 12, at the moment, the friction force between the die casting 100 and the first conveyor belt 12 is greater than that between the die cutting head 94 and the die casting 100, the die cutting head 94 moves along the second section 112 and can be separated from the die casting 100, at the moment, the first conveyor belt 12 and the second conveyor belt 13 are started, the die casting 100 is driven to move leftwards by the first conveyor belt 12, and falls on the second conveyor belt 13 under the action of inertia, and is transported to the next process flow by the second conveyor belt 13.

the upper pressing die (5) is positioned above the fixed upper plate (4), the upper pressing die (5) is elastically connected with the fixed upper plate (4) through a first elastic piece (52), a driving plate (71) is arranged on the first driving piece (7), the driving plate (71) can be abutted against the top end of the upper pressing die (5), a plurality of pressing blocks (51) which are distributed at intervals are arranged at the bottom end of the upper pressing die (5), each pressing block (51) corresponds to one shaping groove, and the pressing blocks (51) can extend into the corresponding shaping groove;
and the lower pressing die (6) is in sliding fit in the groove, the lower pressing die (6) can move up and down, and the side wall of the lower pressing die (6) can be abutted against the inner wall of the first pressing sheet (31).
