The 'fixed asset increase and decrease list' reflects and monitors the increase and decrease change and actual conditions of the fixed asset, comprehensively records the increase, decrease, depreciation and other conditions of the fixed asset, and protects the safety and integrity of production data.

the purchasing sub-module is used for setting purchasing conditions and purchasing states to purchase the fixed asset; wherein, the purchasing condition includes: the purchasing is required to be checked by a department manager of a fixed asset management department, a purchasing management department and a financial department, and can be executed after submitting a main company budget committee and a company related lead approval; the purchase status includes: during approval, approval passing, approval failing, asset acceptance passing, termination and purchase part acceptance passing;
the permission setting submodule is connected with the purchasing submodule.
4. The geographic location based fixed asset intelligent management system of claim 1, wherein the asset procurement activity management module further comprises:
the receiving sub-module is used for judging whether the received fixed asset is a warranty or scrapped asset, if the received fixed asset is a warranty or scrapped asset, the receiving sub-module is not allowed to receive the received fixed asset, if the received fixed asset is not a warranty or scrapped asset, a receiving application is provided, personnel information, resource information and activity information of an approver, a cashier and a corresponding upper-level receiving party are obtained through an Event table, the personnel information, the resource information and the activity information are stored in an establishment table, after receiving is completed, the fixed asset is actually changed, a user of the fixed asset is actually changed into a receiving applicant, and the state of the fixed asset is set to be reused;

the automatic warranty and scrapping unit is used for setting a screening period, automatically screening the warranty and expired assets based on the screening period according to the warranty period, the scrapping period and the set advance, automatically alarming and reminding the maintenance and scrapping of the assets, and automatically reporting the expired assets to an asset manager;
the warranty and scrapping detail acquisition unit is used for acquiring warranty and scrapped resource details, and when the fixed asset passing the warranty examination and approval is transferred to a repair state, the asset passing the scrapping examination and approval is transferred to a scrapping state;
