Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting thereof. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a control method of a washing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be performed by a control apparatus of a washing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the apparatus may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner. In a specific embodiment, the device may be integrated in a washing apparatus, such as a washing machine, shoe washer, or the like. The following examples will illustrate the integration of the device in a washing apparatus, and referring to fig. 1, the method may specifically comprise the steps of:
step 101, the current water level of the washing device is obtained.
Wherein the current water level may be understood as a washing water level of the washing apparatus at the current time.
Step 102, determining the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level.
Wherein, the water flow activity strength can be understood as the impact strength of water flow on the articles to be washed; the preset water flow activity intensity may be understood as a preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level of the washing apparatus.
Specifically, preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level can be obtained by inquiring preset relation information according to the current water level. The preset relation information may include preset water flow activity intensities corresponding to the water levels respectively.
For example, if the obtained current water level is a, the preset relationship information may be queried according to the current water level a to obtain the preset water flow activity intensity B corresponding to the current water level a.
And step 103, controlling the washing target articles according to the preset water flow activity intensity.
The target items are understood to be items to be washed in the washing apparatus.
For example, if the washing device is a shoe washer, the article to be washed is a shoe, and after determining the preset water flow activity intensity B corresponding to the current water level a, the shoe in the shoe washer may be controlled according to the preset water flow activity intensity B.
In the embodiment of the invention, the current water level of the washing equipment can be obtained; determining preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level; and controlling the washing target object according to the preset water flow activity intensity. According to the embodiment of the invention, the washing target object can be controlled according to the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level, which is equivalent to the fact that the water flow activity intensity in the washing equipment can be adjusted to the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level in real time according to the current water level, so that the problem that the washing effect of the target object is poor due to the fact that the current water level is not matched with the water flow activity intensity in the washing equipment in the washing process is solved, the washing effect of the washing equipment for washing the target object is better, and better use experience is brought to users.
The following further describes a control method of a washing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is another schematic flow chart of the control method of the washing device according to the embodiment of the present invention, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 201, the current water level of the washing apparatus is obtained.
Step 202, determining preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level.
Step 203, obtaining the current water flow activity intensity of the washing equipment.
The current water flow activity intensity can be understood as the impact intensity of water flow in the washing equipment at the current time to the articles to be washed.
Specifically, the current water flow activity intensity can be obtained by detecting the water flow in the washing equipment through the water flow activity intensity sensor, so that the current water flow activity intensity of the washing equipment can be obtained more accurately.
Optionally, since each washing mode of the washing device is provided with a corresponding water level and a fixed water flow activity intensity, the water flow activity intensity is fixed although the water level may be changed during the washing process due to the execution of the supplementary water inlet program, so that the current water flow activity intensity of the washing device is obtained, and the current water flow activity intensity of the washing device can also be obtained by querying the relation information of the washing mode, the water level and the water flow activity intensity. The relationship information of the washing mode, the water level and the water flow activity intensity may include the water level and the water flow activity intensity preset for each washing mode.
Further, the degree of floatability of the water flow activity intensity sensor in the water flow in the washing equipment obtained at the current moment can be converted into the water flow activity intensity, so that the current water flow activity intensity of the washing equipment is obtained.
For example, the degree of float F of the water flow activity intensity sensor in the water flow in the washing device obtained at the current moment can be converted into the water flow activity intensity, so that the current water flow activity intensity of the washing device is G.
Step 204, determining whether the current water flow activity intensity is the same as the preset water flow activity intensity; if the current water flow activity intensity is the same as the preset water flow activity intensity, executing step 205; if the current water flow activity level is different from the preset water flow activity level, step 206 is performed.
In general, the current water flow activity intensity is different from the preset water flow activity intensity, which can be understood that the current water flow activity intensity is smaller than the preset water flow activity intensity; the current water flow activity intensity is the same as the preset water flow activity intensity, and the current water flow activity intensity can be understood to be equal to the preset water flow activity intensity. Therefore, whether the current water flow activity intensity is the same as the preset water flow activity intensity can be determined by determining whether the current water flow activity intensity is equal to the preset water flow activity intensity.
Step 205, controlling the washing target object according to the current water flow activity intensity.
For example, if the current water flow activity intensity is G and the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level is also G, it is indicated that the current water flow activity intensity is the same as the preset water flow activity intensity of the current water level, and the washing target object may be continuously controlled according to the current water flow activity intensity without changing the current water flow activity intensity.
Step 206, adjusting the current water flow activity intensity to a preset water flow activity intensity to wash the target object.
Specifically, the rotating speed and/or the rotating/stopping ratio of the pulsator of the washing equipment can be adjusted so as to adjust the current water flow activity intensity to the preset water flow activity intensity, so that the current water flow activity intensity can be adjusted to the preset water flow activity intensity more timely and accurately, and the problem of poor washing effect of a target object caused by the fact that the current water flow activity intensity is fixed is avoided.
Further, the current water flow activity intensity may be adjusted to a preset water flow activity intensity by increasing the pulsator rotation speed and/or the rotation stop ratio of the washing device.
For example, if the current water flow activity intensity is G, the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level a is B, and if the current water flow activity intensity is G less than the preset water flow activity intensity B, it is indicated that the current water flow activity intensity is different from the preset water flow activity intensity; the rotation stop ratio of the washing device when the current water flow activity intensity is G is 2/0.8, and the rotation stop ratio corresponding to the preset water flow activity intensity B is 4/0.8, so that the current water flow activity intensity G can be adjusted to the preset water flow activity intensity B by increasing the rotation stop ratio from 2/0.8 to 4/0.8, and the washing target articles are controlled according to the preset water flow activity intensity B.
In actual use of the washing apparatus, the washing apparatus may sequentially perform the water inlet, washing and dehydrating procedures after a user puts a target object to be washed into the washing apparatus. In general, after the water intake process is performed by the washing device, if the water absorption capacity of the target article is large, the washing water level of the washing device may be smaller than the target washing water level of the target article, and the washing process of the washing device may cause a problem that the washing effect of the target article is poor because the washing water level does not reach the target washing water level. Therefore, before the water inlet program is executed by the washing machine, the water inlet amount of the washing target article can be accurately determined according to the water inlet amount of the target article, the target article is fed to the target washing water level of the washing target article according to the water inlet amount of the washing target article, the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the target washing water level of the washing target article is directly determined according to the target washing water level of the washing target article, and the washing target article is controlled according to the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the target washing water level of the target article. The target wash water level may be understood as a wash water level corresponding to the water absorption amount of the target article.
Therefore, when the target object placed in the washing equipment is detected, the water absorption amount of the target object is determined according to the material of the target object, and the water inflow amount of the washing equipment is determined according to the water absorption amount of the target object. Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a control method of a washing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the method may specifically include the following steps:
step 301, determining the water inflow of the washing device according to the water absorption.
Specifically, shooting a target object through shooting equipment in the washing equipment to obtain an image of the target object or a video of the target object, and then determining the material of the target object according to the image of the target object or the video of the target object; inquiring relation information of the material and the water absorption of the object according to the material of the object to obtain the water absorption of the object; the water inflow of the washing device can be obtained according to the relation information of the water absorption quantity and the water inflow of the target object. The relationship information of the water absorption amount and the water inflow amount may include water inflow amounts corresponding to the respective water absorption amounts.
Step 302, water is fed to the target object according to the water inlet amount.
Step 303, determining whether the target object is in a floating state in the washing device; if the target object is not in a floating state in the washing device, executing step 304; if the target item is in a floating state within the washing apparatus, step 305 is performed.
Specifically, a shooting image or a shooting video of the target object in the washing device can be obtained by shooting the target object in the washing device through a shooting device installed in the washing device, whether the target object is in a floating state in the washing device or not is determined according to the shooting image or the shooting video of the target object in the washing device, so that the state of the target object in the washing device can be determined in real time, and the efficiency of a control method of the washing device is improved.
Step 304, controlling the washing target object according to the current water flow activity intensity.
For example, if it is determined that the target object is not in a floating state in the washing apparatus according to the photographed image of the target object in the washing apparatus, it is indicated that the current water flow activity intensity in the washing apparatus is the same as the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level of the washing apparatus, the current water flow activity intensity may not be changed, and the control of the washing target object according to the current water flow activity intensity may be continued.
Step 305, the current water level of the washing apparatus is obtained.
For example, if it is determined that the target object is in a floating state in the washing apparatus according to a captured image of the target object in the washing apparatus, it is indicated that the current water flow activity intensity in the washing apparatus is different from the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level of the washing apparatus, the current water level of the washing apparatus needs to be obtained, and the current water flow activity intensity is adjusted according to the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level of the washing apparatus.
Step 306, determining the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level.
Step 307, the current water flow activity intensity is adjusted to a preset water flow activity intensity to wash the target article.
In the actual use of the washing device, if a user firstly puts a target object to be washed into the washing device, the washing device sequentially executes the procedures of water inflow, washing and dehydration, and if the washing water level of the washing device does not exceed the lowest washing water level in the process of putting the target object into the washing device for washing, the washing effect of the target object may be poor. Therefore, if the water level of the washing device does not exceed the lowest washing water level in the process of executing the washing program by the washing device, the water is determined to be required to be supplemented to the target object by the washing device, so that the water level of the washing device exceeds the lowest washing water level, and the washing effect of the washing device for washing the target object is better. Fig. 4 is a further flow chart of a control method of a laundry device according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, may specifically include the following steps:
step 401, water is fed to the target object.
Step 402, determining whether water needs to be added to the target object; if no additional water is needed for the target item, step 404 is performed; if additional water is needed for the target item, step 403 is performed.
Specifically, it may be determined whether the detected wash water level of the washing apparatus exceeds a minimum wash water level during the washing program performed by the washing apparatus; if the wash water level of the wash apparatus does not exceed the minimum wash water level, then water needs to be replenished to the target item.
Step 403, supplementing water for the target object.
Specifically, the water inflow amount of the supplementary water to the target article is determined according to the water level difference between the lowest washing water level and the washing water level of the washing apparatus, and then the supplementary water to the target article may be supplemented according to the water inflow amount of the supplementary water.
For example, if the washing water level of the washing apparatus is a, the lowest washing water level of the washing apparatus is E, and assuming that the water level difference between a and E is 20, it may be determined that the water inflow amount of the supplementary water to the target article is 20 liters according to the water level difference 20, and then the supplementary water to the target article may be supplemented according to the water inflow amount of the supplementary water.
Step 404, determining whether the target article is in a floating state in the washing apparatus; if the target item is not in a floating state in the washing apparatus, step 405 is performed; if the target item is in a floating state within the washing apparatus, step 406 is performed.
Step 405, controlling the washing target object according to the current water flow activity intensity.
Step 406, the current water level of the washing apparatus is obtained.
Step 407, determining the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level.
Step 408, adjusting the current water flow activity intensity to a preset water flow activity intensity to wash the target object.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the washing target object can be controlled according to the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level, which is equivalent to the fact that the water flow activity intensity in the washing equipment can be adjusted to the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level in real time according to the current water level, so that the water flow activity intensity in the washing equipment can be adjusted to the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level in real time when the current water level is changed, the problem that the washing effect of the target object is poor due to the fact that the current water level is not matched with the water flow activity intensity in the washing process of the washing equipment is solved, the washing effect of the washing equipment for washing the target object is better, and better use experience is brought to users.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of determining the water inflow of the washing device according to the displacement of the washing tub before and after the target object is placed in the washing device according to the control method of the washing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the method specifically may include the following steps:
step 501, the displacement of a washing tub of a washing apparatus before and after placing a target article is obtained.
The displacement of the washing barrel before and after the target article is placed can be understood as the sinking distance variation of the washing barrel before and after the target article is placed.
Step 502, determining the weight of the target object according to the displacement, and determining the quantity of the target object according to the weight.
Wherein the weight of the target item may be understood as the total weight of items to be washed within the washing apparatus.
Specifically, the weight of the target article can be obtained according to the relation information of the displacement and the weight of the article; the information on the relationship between the displacement and the weight of the article may include the weight of the article corresponding to each displacement. The weight of the target articles and the standard weight of each article can be substituted into a calculation formula of the number of the target articles to calculate, and the number of the target articles can be obtained. The standard weight of each article can be understood as the average weight of each article to be washed obtained through experimental verification; the calculation formula of the number of target articles is as follows:
number of target items = weight of target items/standard weight of each item.
It should be noted that, the specific form of the calculation formula of the number of the target objects is merely an example, and in practical application, other forms may also be adopted, which is not limited herein.
In step 503, the water intake is determined based on the number of target items.
Specifically, the corresponding relation information of the number of the target objects and the water inflow can be queried according to the number of the target objects to obtain the water inflow corresponding to the number of the target objects.
For example, if the number of the target articles is 10, the relationship information of the number of the target articles and the water inflow amount can be queried according to the number of the target articles 10 to obtain the water inflow amount W corresponding to the number of the target articles 10. The information on the relationship between the number of target articles and the water inflow may include the water inflow corresponding to the number of each target article.
And 504, water is fed to the target object according to the water feeding amount.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the displacement of the washing barrel of the washing equipment before and after the target articles are placed can be obtained, the weight of the target articles is determined according to the displacement, the quantity of the target articles is determined according to the weight, the water inflow is determined according to the quantity of the target articles, the target articles are fed according to the water inflow, the quantity of the target articles can be obtained according to the displacement of the washing barrel before and after the target articles are placed, the water inflow is determined according to the quantity of the target articles, the water inflow can be accurately determined according to the quantity of the target articles, the water inflow to the target articles according to the fixed water inflow can be avoided, the condition that water resource waste occurs when the quantity of the target articles is small is caused, and the water resource is saved; and the number of the target objects is determined according to the weight, so that the number of the target objects can be determined more quickly and accurately, and better use experience is brought to users.
Optionally, after step 504, it may also be determined whether the target item is in a floating state within the washing apparatus; if the target object is not in a floating state in the washing equipment, controlling the washing of the target object according to the current water flow activity intensity; if the target object is in a floating state in the washing equipment, acquiring the current water level of the washing equipment, determining the preset water flow activity intensity corresponding to the current water level, and acquiring the current water flow activity intensity of the washing equipment. Determining whether the current water flow activity intensity is the same as the preset water flow activity intensity; if the current water flow activity intensity is the same as the preset water flow activity intensity, controlling the washing target articles according to the current water flow activity intensity; if the current water flow activity intensity is different from the preset water flow activity intensity, the current water flow activity intensity is adjusted to the preset water flow activity intensity so as to wash the target object.
