Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of coating, relates to an oily colored paint composition and application thereof, and particularly relates to the composition which can be used for eliminating or improving chromatic aberration spots, and is particularly suitable for the problem of chromatic aberration spots when the oily aluminum paint is sprayed on a position with defects in the middle coating operation after the middle coating of a 3C2B process is implemented. The oil paint composition at least comprises aluminum powder and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wax (EVA wax), wherein the EVA wax accounts for 80-150% of the weight of the aluminum powder. The oily colored paint composition provided by the invention can solve the problem caused by polishing spots by sand paper after baking the oily pure aluminum powder paint; the process steps are reduced, the paint consumption is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of coating, relates to an oily colored paint composition and application thereof, and particularly relates to the composition which can be used for eliminating or improving chromatic aberration spots, and is particularly suitable for the problem that the chromatic aberration spots appear when the oily aluminum paint is sprayed on a position with defects in the middle coating operation after the middle coating of a 3C2B process is implemented.
The oil paint composition at least comprises aluminum powder and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wax (EVA wax), wherein the EVA wax accounts for 80-150% of the weight of the aluminum powder. The oily colored paint composition provided by the invention can solve the problem caused by polishing spots by sand paper after baking the oily pure aluminum powder paint; the process steps are reduced, the paint consumption is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
Background
In the prior art, the proposal for improving the sand paper polishing mark is to fill the sand paper polishing mark by adding filler in the paint; however, such a solution does not improve sanding spots. While the proposal for improving the sanding spot needs to improve the sanding spot by spraying the middle coating again on the polishing position, the sanding spot cannot be completely treated if the repairing is incomplete. These methods for eliminating or improving polishing marks or polishing spots in the prior art also have the problems of increased treatment steps, increased paint consumption, longer working hours and imperfect polishing spot treatment.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide an oil paint composition for eliminating or improving color shading, which is particularly suitable for the problem of color shading after spraying oil aluminum paint to a position where there is a defect in a middle coating operation after the middle coating of a 3C2B process is implemented. The oily color paint composition at least comprises aluminum powder and an orienting agent, wherein the orienting agent is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wax (EVA wax), and the content of the EVA wax is 80-150% based on the weight of the aluminum powder.
Further, the oil based paint composition, the aluminum powder may be one or more different grades of aluminum powder.
Further, the oil paint composition further comprises acrylic resin, amino resin, solvent, wax, microgel and dust-proof agent.
The oil-based paint composition further comprises one or more auxiliary agents, such as a dispersant, leveling agent or adhesion promoter.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a paint film obtained by spraying the oil-based paint composition, which has a thickness of only 10 to 14 μm, a uniform color and an excellent hiding power. The paint film has uniform color. The oily color paint composition is sprayed on a normal primer layer comprising polished spots or marks and other non-polished paint films by a conventional method, thereby obtaining a paint film with improved hiding power, uniform color, consistent color and no chromatic aberration.
The oily color paint composition is simple and convenient to construct, has no specific requirements on polishing time, depth, size and the like of a bottom layer, and has excellent water resistance. Moreover, the coating composition keeps good rheological property, is suitable for a recoating process, has high environmental latitude on construction temperature, humidity and the like, ensures appearance and improves the protection performance on a substrate. Wherein the orientation agent EVA wax promotes the orientation arrangement of aluminum powder and enhances the covering power of a paint film. The coating prepared by spraying the oil-based colored paint composition can be widely applied to the external coating of industrial and household products.

Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it should be understood that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below, and the inventive concept, technical solution of the present invention may be implemented in combination with other technical features or solutions limited in the art. The technical scheme of the present invention will be described below with reference to specific examples, but various raw materials of the present invention are commercially available or prepared according to conventional methods in the art unless specifically described. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. Any method or material similar to that described may be used in the method of the present invention.

In particular, any feature indicated as being preferred or advantageous may be combined with any other feature or features indicated as being preferred or advantageous.
The word "plurality" means two or more than two, unless explicitly defined otherwise. The term "oily paint composition" may be an existing oily paint of different colours. The term "oily aluminum paint" refers to an aluminum paint that does not contain color paste or pigment and that has the characteristic of poor hiding power at the thickness of a paint film for standard construction. Specifically, if the aluminum powder content is low, or the film thickness is small, or the aluminum powder finish paint with insufficient covering power or the problem of polishing marks occurs; in addition, too high an addition amount of aluminum powder affects the appearance of the paint film.
According to the oily paint film composition provided by the invention, the EVA wax is added to enable the aluminum powder to be arranged more smoothly, so that the covering power of paint is increased, and the sand paper polishing spots are improved. Also, the composition can improve the alignment of aluminum powder when the spots are sanded due to poor hiding power or poor construction hiding power, thereby improving the occurrence of zebra stripes.
Specifically, the embodiment of the invention provides an oily color paint composition which is used for eliminating or improving color difference spots, and is particularly suitable for solving the problem that the color difference spots appear after spraying oily aluminum paint to the position with defects in the middle coating operation after the middle coating of a 3C2B process is implemented. The oily color paint composition at least comprises aluminum powder and an orienting agent, wherein the orienting agent is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wax (EVA wax), and the content of the EVA wax is 80-150% based on the weight of the aluminum powder.
Further, the oil paint composition further comprises acrylic resin, amino resin, solvent, wax, microgel and dust-proof agent. The oil-based paint composition further comprises one or more auxiliary agents, such as a dispersant, leveling agent or adhesion promoter. The aluminum powder may be one or more different grades of aluminum powder.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a paint film which is obtained by spraying the oil color paint composition, has the thickness of only 10-14 mu m, uniform color and excellent covering power. Specifically, the oil-based paint composition is sprayed on a normal primer layer including a polished spot or mark and other non-polished spots by a conventional method, thereby obtaining a paint film with improved hiding power, uniform color, and no color difference.
In one or more of the following examples, the following materials were used to prepare the paint compositions of the examples of the present invention using conventional preparation procedures, the compositions and amounts of which are shown in Table 1 below.

Example 1: oily color paint composition 1
The oil paint composition comprises aluminum powder, acrylic resin, amino resin, solvent, wax, microgel and dust-proof agent, and also comprises one or more auxiliary agents, such as aluminum powder auxiliary agent, dispersing agent, leveling agent or tackifier. The components and the contents are shown in Table 1.
Example 2: oily paint composition 2
Example 2 has the same composition as example 1, except that aluminum powder content is different from that of different specifications, and EVA wax content is different.
Comparative example 1
The same composition as in example 1 was used, except that the EVA wax content was reduced to 4.8%.
Comparative examples 2 to 3
The same basic oil coating composition as in examples 1-2 was used, except that CAB 381-20 was used instead of EVA wax in this comparative example, and the aluminum powder content of both different specifications was different from examples 1-2.

Example 3
The oily color paint composition is sprayed on a normal primer layer comprising polished spots or marks and other non-polished paint films by a conventional method, thereby obtaining a paint film with improved hiding power, uniform color, consistent color and no chromatic aberration.
The specific construction steps and conditions are as follows:
1. and selecting an ED electrophoresis plate or a tinplate as a substrate.
2. Surface treatment, for example degreasing the surface with a solvent which is a mixture of ethanol and toluene, wherein the ethanol: toluene=1: 1.
3. the coating mode is operated by adopting a conventional 3C/2B process.

The overcoating was performed using ORGA 500 gray (libon, china). Drying, wherein the film thickness formed by the intermediate coating is 30-40 mu m;
the oily color paint compositions of the examples and the comparative examples are adopted for spraying to form paint films, and the thickness of each paint film is 11-13 mu m;
next, a varnish (libon, china) was coated with MAC O-1880 varnish; and (5) drying to form varnish with the thickness of 30-40 mu m.
5. Selecting a diluent
Adopting ORGA 500 gray paint, spraying, drying, selecting N-178/N-197 (Nippon, china), and carrying out intermediate coating; wherein the diluents used in the examples and comparative examples were N-283/N-285 (Vigorboom, china).

7. Spray conditions
Middle coating and leveling for 6min and 30s; baking at 140 ℃ for 20min;
1-2 of colored paint, flashing for 1min for 35s, and leveling for 8min for 45s;
leveling varnish for 6min and 30s; baking at 140 deg.C for 20min.
The control on the thickness of the film can also influence the polishing spots of the sand paper mark, the thicker sand paper mark or the polishing spots of the film can be good, and the thinner sand paper mark or the polishing spots of the film can be poor; however, too much thickness affects color, appearance, and performance. Too thin affects the appearance properties such as color and luster at the polished and non-polished positions. As shown in tables 2-4 below, the parameters of the surface and elevation of the film were varied.

Test example 1
The oily paint compositions of examples and comparative example 1 were tested for their performance after spraying. The spray operation parameters are listed in table 5 below. Through testing, the sand paper polishing spots in the embodiment are covered well and qualified; and the sand paper mark of the comparative example has obvious polishing spot mark, namely, the sand paper mark is unqualified. Table 5 below provides examples of the realization of the polishing marks

Test example 2
A paint film is obtained after spraying. Impact, cupping, adhesion and water resistance were tested. The test results are shown in Table 6.

After the test procedure, the paint film of the sample of example 1 has good flatness, good covering ability and uniform color, and no marks of obvious polishing spots or marks are seen by naked eyes as shown in the attached drawings. Moreover, the apparent difference of the paint film is not significant compared with the picture without the polishing spots.
The above examples and test examples show that, compared with the prior art, the oil paint composition provided by the above technical scheme of the invention is suitable for 3C2B technology. After the oily color paint composition is sprayed, in the process of controlling the film thickness, the sanding mark or spot of the sand paper is obviously eliminated or improved under moderate thickness, and the metal effect and the light reflecting effect are also greatly improved. Moreover, the construction temperature and humidity conditions are not harsh, and the latitude is high. The laboratory simulation shows that the film thickness of the paint film is high and good flatness can be obtained under the environment condition that the ambient temperature is 20-26 ℃ and the relative humidity is 55-75%.

Claims (5)
1. An oil-based paint composition for eliminating or improving color shading, characterized in that the oil-based paint composition comprises aluminum powder and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer EVA wax, wherein the content of the EVA wax is 80-150% based on the weight of the aluminum powder.
2. The oil paint composition according to claim 1, further comprising an acrylic resin, an amino resin, a solvent, a wax, a microgel, and a dust-proofing agent.
3. An oil paint composition according to claim 1, wherein the oil paint composition further comprises a dispersant, leveling agent or adhesion promoter.
4. An oil paint composition according to claim 1, wherein the EVA wax is present in the oil paint composition in an amount of 80% to 100% by weight based on the weight of the aluminium powder.
5. A paint film obtained by spraying the oil-based paint composition to eliminate or improve color unevenness, characterized in that the paint film has a thickness of 10 to 14 μm, a uniform color and an excellent hiding power.
