Abstract
The invention relates to the field of product processing, and provides a quartz welding gun for butt joint of a thick pipe wall and a flange, which comprises the following components: a welding gun body; the welding pipe comprises a folded line type air supply part and a combustion part arranged on the air supply part, wherein the air supply part is provided with an air inlet, the combustion part comprises at least two rows of first fire outlets, the two rows of first fire outlets are arranged in a relatively inclined mode, and the quartz welding gun is provided with at least two rows of first fire outlets which are arranged in a relatively inclined mode.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of product processing, in particular to a quartz welding gun for butt joint of a thick pipe wall and a flange.
Background
Quartz torches are a special tool for welding quartz products, and since quartz is a very special material, it has advantages of high heat conductivity, high hardness, high wear resistance, chemical stability, etc., a special welding tool is required to ensure welding quality and efficiency.
The quartz welding gun is in a hydrogen and oxygen mixed gun mode and is automatically processed by workshops, and has the characteristics of convenience in manufacturing, high purity and low metal content, and the quartz welding gun has the advantages of effectively reducing pollution of metal particles to products, and obviously improving the performance of quartz for the semiconductor industry.
In the prior art, a quartz welding gun is provided with a large-caliber gun head and a small-caliber gun head, but the quartz welding gun is provided with a fire outlet, flame is generally controlled by the caliber of the welding gun, the firing range of the large-caliber gun head welding gun is large, gas is wasted, the small-caliber gun head welding gun is not fully fired, and the quality problems of uneven firing of products and the like are all caused, and particularly when a flange is welded on a thick pipe wall, a round contact line is difficult to weld uniformly.

The invention mainly provides a quartz welding gun for butt joint of a thick pipe wall and a flange, which is used for solving the technical problems that a single fire outlet is uneven in product firing and the like in the background technology.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a quartz welding torch for butt-joint of a thick pipe wall and a flange, the quartz welding torch comprising: a welding gun body; and the welding pipe is arranged at the output end of the welding gun body, the welding pipe comprises a folded line type air supply part and a combustion part arranged on the air supply part, the air supply part is provided with an air inlet, the combustion part comprises at least two rows of first fire outlets, and the two rows of first fire outlets are arranged in a relatively inclined mode.
Preferably, the first fire outlets of the two rows are arranged vertically relatively.
Preferably, a first flame channel is arranged in the combustion part, and the first flame channel forms the first flame outlet on the side surface of the combustion part.
Preferably, the first flame path and the welding tube define a plane therebetween that is disposed at an angle relative to each other.
Preferably, the air supply part comprises a first linear air supply pipe, a second linear air supply pipe and a third linear air supply pipe which are sequentially connected and communicated, the air inlet is arranged at one end of the first linear air supply pipe, two rows of first fire outlets are respectively arranged on the second linear air supply pipe and the third linear air supply pipe, the first linear air supply pipe and the second linear air supply pipe are arranged in a relatively inclined mode, and the second linear air supply pipe and the third linear air supply pipe are arranged in a relatively inclined mode.

Preferably, the welded pipe further comprises two quartz small plates, the two quartz small plates are respectively arranged on the two combustion parts, a second flame channel penetrating through the quartz small plates is arranged in the quartz small plates, one end of the second flame channel is communicated with the combustion parts, and a plurality of second fire outlets are formed in the side faces of the quartz small plates at the other ends of the second flame channel.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the quartz welding gun provided by the invention is provided with at least two rows of first fire outlets, the two rows of first fire outlets are arranged in a relatively inclined manner, and when in welding, the two rows of first fire outlets are aligned between the flange and the thick pipe wall from two angles, so that the flange and the thick pipe wall are heated simultaneously, the operation efficiency is improved, the uniformity of heating of the flange and the thick pipe wall is ensured, the yield and the shipment efficiency of products are improved, in addition, the gas is saved, and the cost is saved.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention. Unless otherwise defined, technical or scientific terms used herein should be given the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. As used herein, the word "comprising" and the like means that elements or items preceding the word are included in the element or item listed after the word and equivalents thereof without precluding other elements or items.
In the prior art, a quartz welding gun for welding the flange 400 on the thick pipe wall 300 generally has only one fire outlet, the flame is controlled by the caliber of the welding gun, the firing range of the large-caliber gun head welding gun is large, gas is wasted, the small-caliber gun head welding gun has the problem of incomplete firing, and the quality problems such as uneven firing and the like are all caused.
In view of the above problems, referring to fig. 1 and 2, a quartz welding gun for butt-jointing a thick pipe wall and a flange is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, the quartz welding gun includes a welding gun body (not shown) and a welding pipe, the welding pipe is disposed at an output end of the welding gun body, the welding pipe includes a folded-line type air supply part 100 and a combustion part 200 disposed on the air supply part 100, an air inlet 101 is disposed on the air supply part 100, the combustion part 200 includes at least two rows of first fire outlets 201, and the two rows of first fire outlets 201 are disposed obliquely with respect to each other.
In specific welding, referring to fig. 5, the workbench 500 clamps the flange 400 and the thick pipe wall 300 on two sides of the same height respectively, and slowly approaches each other, an operator holds the quartz welding gun, aligns the flame spraying direction of the first flame outlet 201 between the flange 400 and the thick pipe wall 300, and heats both simultaneously, thereby ensuring that both are heated uniformly.
It should be noted that, the number, aperture, angle, width, etc. of the first fire outlets 201 in the present invention have a limiting effect on firing, and the present invention does not require the number, aperture, angle, width, etc. of the first fire outlets 201, and those skilled in the art can select them according to the actual situation.
In the present invention, the air supply unit 100 mainly serves to supply air to the combustion unit 200, and the configuration, shape, material, and the like of the air supply unit 100 are not limited to those described above.
In addition, the combustion part 200 mainly plays a role of firing the jet flame, and specifically, the combustion part 200 includes at least two rows of first flame outlets 201 to jet the flame, and the present invention is not limited as to the specific shape, structure, etc. of the combustion part 200.
The quartz welding gun provided by the invention is provided with at least two rows of the first fire outlets 201, and the two rows of the first fire outlets 201 are arranged in a relatively inclined manner, so that when welding, the two rows of the first fire outlets 201 are aligned between the flange 400 and the thick pipe wall 300 from two angles, and the two are heated simultaneously, thereby improving the operation efficiency, ensuring uniform heating of the two, improving the yield and the shipment efficiency of products, saving gas and saving cost.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, a first flame channel is disposed in the combustion portion 200, and the first flame channel forms a first flame outlet 201 on a side surface of the combustion portion 200.
Considering that the product is heated uniformly, in some embodiments of the present invention, the planes defined by the first flame path and the welded pipe are arranged in a relatively inclined manner, as described above, when the flange 400 and the thick pipe wall 300 have equal diameters, the first flame outlet 201 is aligned with the flame sprayed between the flange 400 and the thick pipe wall 300, and heats both simultaneously, so as to ensure uniform heating of both, and when the flange 400 and the thick pipe wall 300 have unequal diameters, the flame is biased to a larger diameter side better, and when the flange 400 has an inner diameter larger than the thick pipe wall 300, the first flame path is biased to one side of the flange 400, that is, the flame spraying direction is biased to one side of the flange 400, so that the overall welding effect is better, and when the inner diameter of the thick pipe wall 300 is larger than that of the flange 400, the first flame path is biased to one side of the thick pipe wall 300, which is not repeated.
In view of the specific implementation of the air supply portion 100, referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the air supply portion 100 includes a first linear air supply pipe 102, a second linear air supply pipe 103 and a third linear air supply pipe 104 that are sequentially connected and communicated, an air inlet 101 is disposed at one end of the first linear air supply pipe 102, two rows of first fire outlets 201 are respectively disposed on the second linear air supply pipe 103 and the third linear air supply pipe 104, the first linear air supply pipe 102 and the second linear air supply pipe 103 are disposed in a relatively inclined manner, and the second linear air supply pipe 103 and the third linear air supply pipe 104 are disposed in a relatively inclined manner.
It should be noted that, the included angle between the first linear air supply pipe 102 and the second linear air supply pipe 103 is similar to the included angle between the second linear air supply pipe 103 and the third linear air supply pipe 104, which may be 80 degrees and may be 100 degrees, and in particular, in some embodiments of the present invention, the included angle between the first linear air supply pipe 102 and the second linear air supply pipe 103 is 90 degrees, and when both included angles are 90 degrees, the first linear air supply pipe 102, the second linear air supply pipe 103 and the third linear air supply pipe 104 are perpendicular to each other, so that the design and processing of the quartz welding gun are convenient, and the operator can also conveniently hold the quartz welding gun for welding operation.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the welding tube further includes two small quartz plates 202, the two small quartz plates 202 are respectively disposed on the two combustion portions 200, a second flame path is disposed in the small quartz plates 202 and is connected to the combustion portion 200 at one end, and a plurality of second flame outlets 203 are formed on the side surface of the small quartz plates 202 at the other end, as described above, the first flame outlets 201 are directly disposed on the combustion portion 200, and multiple rows of the first flame outlets 201 may be disposed, and considering that the combustion portion 200 is more tubular, the first flame outlets 201 of one row or multiple rows are not easy to process on the arc surface, so in this embodiment, two small quartz plates 202 are provided, by processing the second flame path in the small quartz plates 202 and forming the second flame outlets 203 on the side surface, and then welding the small quartz plates 202 to the combustion portion 200, the operation is simple and easy to implement.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the second fire outlets 203 on the small quartz plate 202 are arranged in at least two rows, and as an example, three rows may be further provided, and as described above, the design of the fire outlets in the multiple rows is more suitable for processing on the small quartz plate 202 before the small quartz plate 202 is welded to the combustion portion 200.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the second flame path and the plane defined by the welding tube are disposed at an angle, as described above, and the second flame path and the plane defined by the welding tube are disposed at an angle, so that the flame ejected from the second flame path has a certain angle, and in particular, the flame is generally biased toward the larger diameter.
In some specific embodiments of the invention, the welded pipe is made of quartz, and the high temperature resistance of the quartz can ensure that deformation or damage can not occur in the welding process, so that the welding quality and efficiency are ensured.

Claims (10)
1. A quartz welding torch for butt joint of a thick pipe wall and a flange, the quartz welding torch comprising:
a welding gun body; and
the welding pipe is arranged at the output end of the welding gun body, the welding pipe comprises a folded line type air supply part and a combustion part arranged on the air supply part, an air inlet is arranged on the air supply part, the combustion part comprises at least two rows of first fire outlets, and the two rows of first fire outlets are obliquely arranged relative to each other.
2. The quartz welding torch of claim 1 wherein the first ports of the two rows are disposed relatively vertically.
3. The quartz torch of claim 1 wherein a first flame path is provided in the combustion section, the first flame path forming the first flame exit port on a side of the combustion section.
4. The quartz welding torch of claim 3 wherein the first flame path is disposed at an angle relative to a plane defined by the weld tube.
5. The quartz welding gun of claim 1, wherein the gas supply portion comprises a first linear gas supply pipe, a second linear gas supply pipe and a third linear gas supply pipe which are sequentially connected and communicated, the gas inlet is arranged at one end of the first linear gas supply pipe, the first gas outlets of two rows are respectively arranged on the second linear gas supply pipe and the third linear gas supply pipe, the first linear gas supply pipe and the second linear gas supply pipe are arranged in a relatively inclined mode, and the second linear gas supply pipe and the third linear gas supply pipe are arranged in a relatively inclined mode.
6. The quartz torch of claim 5 wherein the first linear plenum and the second linear plenum are disposed relatively vertically and the second linear plenum and the third linear plenum are disposed relatively vertically.
7. The quartz welding gun of claim 1, wherein the welding tube further comprises two quartz small plates, the two quartz small plates are respectively arranged on the two combustion parts, a second flame passage penetrating through the quartz small plates is arranged in the quartz small plates, one end of the second flame passage is communicated with the combustion parts, and a plurality of second flame outlets are formed in the side surfaces of the quartz small plates at the other ends of the second flame passage.
8. The quartz welding gun of claim 7, wherein the second plurality of flame ports on the quartz platelet are arranged in at least two rows.
9. The quartz welding torch of claim 7 wherein the second flame path is disposed at an angle relative to a plane defined by the weld tube.
10. The quartz welding torch of claim 1 wherein the material of the weld tube is quartz.
