The invention is provided with two printing heads, can print on one side of the scroll and can print on two sides of the scroll under the control of the controller, and the two sides of the scroll subjected to double-sided printing have no chromatic aberration, so that the scroll printing is more attractive.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of printers, relates to a thermal printer, and particularly relates to an advertisement banner double-sided printer.
Background
The existing advertising banner manufacturing method is to heat the color ribbon through the printing head of the banner printer so that the pigment on the color ribbon is transferred to the banner. But this advertising banner making method has the following disadvantages: 1. the color ribbon comprises a PET film for carrying pigment, and the PET film after use is not easy to degrade and needs to be subjected to harmless treatment. 2. During printing, the pigment on the consumed ribbon is transferred to the corresponding area of the web. But there is unconsumed pigment on the ribbon and thus great waste is caused. 3. After the pigment on the color belt is transferred to the banner, the image displayed on the banner is not firm, and the color belt is easy to fall off from the advertising banner after being washed by rain. 4. The original color ribbon is mainly made of wax base, and cracks can appear in a low-temperature environment. Therefore, the application document 2023118460615 discloses an advertisement banner and a manufacturing method thereof to solve the above problems. On the basis, when the single-sided printer prints the novel scroll, the condition that chromatic aberration exists on two sides of the scroll after printing can occur. In particular the banner print has a vivid color on the face and a dull color on the back. In order to make the printed advertising banner more attractive, a new printer capable of realizing the double-sided printing of the banner is needed.

Preferably, the printer body further comprises a printing head rotating mechanism for driving the printing head on the surface A or the printing head on the surface B to rotate so as to compress the banner, and further comprises a rubber roller rotating mechanism for driving the rubber roller to rotate so as to compress the banner.
Preferably, the printing head rotating mechanism comprises a first servo motor, the first servo motor is connected with a first rotating shaft, a groove is formed in the side face of the first rotating shaft, and an A-side printing head or a B-side printing head is fixedly connected in the groove.
Preferably, the rubber roll rotating mechanism comprises a second servo motor, the second servo motor is connected with a second rotating shaft, two supporting plates are fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft, and rubber rolls are rotatably connected between the two supporting plates.
Preferably, the a-side print head and the B-side print head are arranged adjacently in a horizontal direction.
Preferably, an unreeling roller is arranged between the A-side printing head and the B-side printing head, and the reeling roller is arranged on one side of the B-side printing head far away from the A-side printing head.
Preferably, the B-side printing head is arranged above the a-side printing head, and the winding roller is arranged above the unwinding roller.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
the invention is provided with two printing heads, can print on one side of the scroll and can print on two sides of the scroll under the control of the controller, and the two sides of the scroll subjected to double-sided printing have no chromatic aberration, so that the scroll printing is more attractive.
The printing head rotating mechanism and the rubber roller rotating mechanism are arranged in the invention, and can drive the printing head (A-side printing head or B-side printing head) and the rubber roller to move, so that the gap between the printing head and the rubber roller is increased, and the initial end of the scroll can conveniently pass through the gap between the printing head and the rubber roller.

In embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, an advertisement banner double-sided printer includes a printer body, in order to enhance the printing effect on a thermal banner, the invention provides a double-sided printing scheme, the printer body includes an a-side printing head 8 and a B-side printing head 9, the a-side printing head 8 and the B-side printing head 9 are respectively disposed at two sides of a banner moving path so as to print two sides of the banner, and under the control of a controller, the a-side printing head 8 and the B-side printing head 9 are respectively made to print mirror image text contents on two sides of the banner, thereby respectively printing two sides of the banner through the two printing heads so as to eliminate the effect of chromatic aberration.
Further, the a-side print heads 8 and the B-side print heads 9 are arranged at intervals along the web moving path.
Further, the printer body further comprises two rubber rollers 5 which are matched with the A-side printing head 8 and the B-side printing head 9 respectively to clamp the scroll, an unreeling roller 1 for unreeling the scroll and a wind-up roller 10 for collecting the finished scroll.
Specifically, the a-side print head 8 and the B-side print head 9 are arranged at intervals along the web moving path in order to leave the installation space of the glue roller 5.
Further, the printer body further comprises a printing head rotating mechanism for driving the A-side printing head 8 or the B-side printing head 9 to rotate to compress the banner, and further comprises a rubber roller 5 rotating mechanism for driving the rubber roller 5 to rotate to compress the banner. The print head rotating mechanism and the rubber roller 5 rotating mechanism are arranged to conveniently adjust the distance between the A-side print head 8 or the B-side print head 9 and the corresponding rubber roller 5 so as to conveniently pass the initial end of the scroll.
Further, the printing head rotating mechanism comprises a first servo motor, the first servo motor is connected with a first rotating shaft, a groove 11 is formed in the side face of the first rotating shaft, and an A-side printing head 8 or a B-side printing head 9 is fixedly connected in the groove 11.
