An integrated quick repair concrete forced mixer truck special for an airport comprises a hopper (1), a double-plow forced mixer (2), a discharge hopper (3) and a limiting plate (5); the right side of the headstock is provided with a hopper (1); a double-plow forced mixer (2) is arranged on the hopper (1); a discharge hopper (3) is arranged on the right side of the hopper (1); the front side and the rear side of the discharge hopper (3) are provided with a limiting plate (5) through an electric rotating rod; the opposite sides of the limiting plates (5) are provided with openings; the device is characterized by further comprising a power assembly, a speed controller (4), a crushing assembly and a storage system; the discharging hopper (3) is connected with a power assembly; the power component is provided with a rate controller (4) for controlling the discharging rate of the cement, and the rate controller (4) is driven to move left and right by the power component; the inner side of the discharge hopper (3) is provided with a crushing assembly for crushing cement caking in the discharge hopper (3); a storage system for storing cement slurry is arranged on the speed controller (4);
the cleaning device also comprises a cleaning block (103); a plurality of sliding grooves (3001) are formed in the upper side of the discharging hopper (3); the power assembly is fixedly connected with a plurality of cleaning blocks (103) for cleaning cement caking in the chute (3001), and the cleaning blocks (103) are driven to move left and right by the power assembly;
the power assembly comprises an electric sliding block (101); each chute (3001) is connected with an electric sliding block (101) in a sliding way; each electric sliding block (101) is fixedly connected with the speed controller (4); each cleaning block (103) is fixedly connected with the adjacent electric sliding block (101), and the speed controller (4) and the cleaning block (103) are driven by the electric sliding block (101) to move left and right along a chute (3001) on the discharge hopper (3);
the crushing assembly comprises a crushing rod (102); a plurality of crushing rods (102) for crushing cement blocks are connected to the speed controller (4) through rotating shafts; each crushing rod (102) positioned on the front side is provided with a guide part (10201) facing the front side; each crushing rod (102) positioned at the rear side is provided with a guide part (10201) facing the rear side; a plurality of left-right symmetrical guide parts (10201) are arranged on the crushing rod (102) positioned in the middle; each guide part (10201) is in an arc shape, and the distance between the lowest point of each crushing rod (102) and the ground is smaller than the distance between the lowest point of the discharge hopper (3) and the ground.

The integrated airport special quick-repair concrete forced mixer truck according to claim 1, further comprising a guide plate (201); the inside of the discharge hopper (3) is fixedly connected with a plurality of guide plates (201) for avoiding contact between cement and the rotating shaft, and the guide plates (201) are uniformly positioned to be in contact with the adjacent limiting plates (5).

The integrated airport special quick-repair concrete forced mixer truck of claim 1, wherein the storage system comprises a storage tank (301) and a compression plate (302); the right side of the double plow forced mixer (2) is fixedly connected with a storage box (301) for storing cement slurry, and the storage box (301) is positioned above the speed controller (4); the right part of the inner side of the storage box (301) is connected with a compression plate (302) through a spring telescopic rod.

The integrated airport special quick-repair concrete forced mixer truck according to claim 3, wherein the speed controller (4) is movably connected with the crushing rods (102) through universal joints under the condition that the speed controller (4) is not in rotational connection with the crushing rods (102) through rotating shafts; a plurality of movable grooves (4001) are formed in the speed controller (4), and each crushing rod (102) penetrates through the adjacent movable groove (4001).
6. The integrated airport special quick-repair concrete forced mixer truck of claim 5, further comprising a protective port (304); the upper side of the speed controller (4) is provided with a plurality of ports (304) for preventing the cement slurry from blocking the movable groove (4001).

A special quick repair concrete forced mixer truck for an integrated airport according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising a lifter (401) and a dry mixer (402); a lifter (401) for feeding cement raw materials and stones is arranged on the upper side of the double-plow forced mixer (2); a dry mixer (402) for improving the mixing uniformity of cement raw materials and stones is arranged on the upper side of the double plow forced mixer (2).

The integrated airport special quick-repair concrete forced mixer truck of claim 7, further comprising a water tank (403), a mixing tank (404) and an electric valve (405); the upper side of the double-plow forced mixer (2) is provided with a mixing box (404); a plurality of water tanks (403) for slowing down the solidification speed of the cement slurry are arranged on the upper side of the mixing tank (404); the lower side of each water tank (403) is communicated with an electric valve (405); an electric valve (405) is communicated between the mixing box (404) and the double-plow forced mixer (2); and each electrically operated valve (405) is located inside the mixing box (404).
