Embodiment 3, referring to fig. 8, is a third embodiment of the present invention, and in order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: there is provided a reaction vessel including the low error weighing apparatus of example 1 or the low error weighing apparatus of example 2, the reaction vessel including a reaction vessel unit 400.
Wherein, the reaction kettle unit 400 includes a reaction kettle mounting frame 401 provided with a low error weighing device, a reaction kettle body 402 provided on the reaction kettle mounting frame 401, and a feeding pipe fitting 403 provided on the reaction kettle body 402.
Further, the feeding pipe fitting 403 includes a first feeding pipe 403a detachably connected to the first sorting discharge pipe 301b, and a second feeding pipe 403b detachably connected to the second sorting discharge pipe 302 b.
In the use process, reactants are respectively added to the feeding part 301 and the split charging part 302 of the low-error weighing device, when the fixed mounting seat 102a and the sliding mounting seat 102b are close to each other, the feeding part 301 and the split charging part 302 are connected with each other, so that the weight of the total reactants is conveniently weighed, otherwise, when the fixed mounting seat 102a and the sliding mounting seat 102b are close to each other and separated, the feeding part 301 and the split charging part 302 are mutually separated, so that different groups of reactants positioned in the feeding part 301 and the split charging part 302 are conveniently classified and weighed respectively. When the reactant is needed to be screened, the mixed reactant is added into the feeding part 301, and the materials in the feeding part 301 are separated through the screening part 303, so that the screened materials are guided into the split charging part 302, and different kinds of materials are conveniently and respectively weighed. After weighing is finished and data are recorded, the feeding pipe fitting 403 is respectively connected and arranged on the first classified discharging pipe 301b and the second classified discharging pipe 302b, and then synchronous feeding is carried out, so that the feeding pipe fitting 403 is prevented from influencing the weighing progress of the low-error weighing device.

1. A low error weighing device, characterized by: comprising the steps of (a) a step of,
a base unit (100) comprising a weighing rail (101), a mounting seat (102) arranged on the weighing rail (101) in a sliding manner, and a driving cylinder (103) arranged on the mounting seat (102); the mounting seat (102) comprises a fixed mounting seat (102 a) arranged on the weighing track (101) and a sliding mounting seat (102 b) arranged on the weighing track (101) in a sliding manner;
a weighing unit (200) comprising a weighing base (201) arranged on the mounting seat (102), a total weighing part (202) arranged on the weighing base (201), and a classification weighing part (203) arranged on the total weighing part (202) and positioned on the mounting seat (102); the total weighing part (202) comprises a telescopic cylinder (202 a) rotatably arranged on one group of weighing bases (201), a weighing linkage rod (202 b) arranged on the telescopic cylinder (202 a), a total weighing induction rod (202 c) rotatably arranged on the weighing linkage rod (202 b), and a total weighing cylinder (202 d) rotatably arranged on the weighing linkage rod (202 b) of the other group of weighing bases (201); the total weighing cylinder (202 d) comprises a total weighing cylinder (202 d) arranged between two groups of total weighing induction rods (202 c), and a connecting piece (202 d-2) arranged between the total weighing cylinder (202 d) and the total weighing induction rods (202 c); the classifying and weighing part (203) comprises a classifying and weighing connecting seat (203 b) arranged on the total weighing induction rod (202 c), a classifying and weighing scale (203 a) arranged on the classifying and weighing connecting seat (203 b), and a control module (203 c) arranged between the total weighing induction rod (202 c) and the classifying and weighing connecting seat (203 b);
a material containing unit (300) comprising a feeding part (301) arranged on a classifying and weighing part (203) arranged on the fixed mounting seat (102 a), a sub-packaging part (302) arranged on a classifying and weighing part (203) arranged on the sliding mounting seat (102 b), and a material screening part (303) connected between the feeding part (301) and the sub-packaging part (302); the feeding part (301) comprises a feeding hopper (301 a) arranged on a group of classifying and weighing parts (203), a classifying and discharging pipe I (301 b) arranged on the feeding hopper (301 a), and a baffle plate (301 c) arranged on the feeding hopper (301 a); the split charging part (302) comprises a split charging hopper (302 a) arranged on the other group of the classified weighing parts (203), a classified discharging pipe II (302 b) arranged on the split charging hopper (302 a), and a split charging pipe (302 c) arranged on the charging end of the split charging hopper (302 a); the screening part (303) comprises a screening piece (303 a) arranged on the discharge end of the feed hopper (301 a), a telescopic pipe (303 b) arranged on the discharge end of the screening piece (303 a), and a separation control piece (303 c) arranged between the telescopic pipe (303 b) and the split charging pipe (302 c).

The low error weighing apparatus of claim 1 wherein: the first classification discharging pipe (301 b) is provided with a first classification discharging valve (301 b-1); a classification discharging valve II (302 b-1) is arranged on the classification discharging pipe II (302 b); a split charging valve (302 c-1) is arranged on the split charging pipe (302 c).

The low error weighing apparatus of claim 2 wherein: the baffle (301 c) comprises a baffle mounting seat (301 c-3) rotatably arranged on the feed hopper (301 a), a folding baffle (301 c-1) detachably arranged on the baffle mounting seat (301 c-3), and a baffle handle (301 c-2) arranged on the folding baffle (301 c-1).
4. A low error weighing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the separation control member (303 c) comprises a first adsorption control seat (303 c-1) arranged on the telescopic pipe (303 b) and a second adsorption control seat (303 c-2) arranged on the split charging hopper (302 a).
5. The low error weighing apparatus of claim 4 wherein: the screening piece (303 a) comprises a screening plate mounting seat (303 a-1) arranged on the discharging end of the feeding hopper (301 a), and a screening plate (303 a-2) arranged on the screening plate mounting seat (303 a-1) in a disassembling mode.
6. A reaction kettle equipped with the low error weighing apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the reactor comprises a reactor unit (400), wherein the reactor unit (400) comprises a reactor mounting frame (401) provided with the low-error weighing device, a reactor body (402) arranged on the reactor mounting frame (401), and a feeding pipe fitting (403) arranged on the reactor body (402);
the feeding pipe fitting (403) comprises a first feeding pipe (403 a) which is detachably connected with the first sorting discharging pipe (301 b), and a second feeding pipe (403 b) which is detachably connected with the second sorting discharging pipe (302 b).
