Referring to fig. 9, the air inlet box 21 of the energy-saving and environment-friendly dust removing device of the invention comprises a box body 211, a filter plate 212, a star-shaped ash discharging valve 213, an air inlet pipe 214, a third check valve 215 and a fourth flue gas pipe 216, wherein the filter plate 212 is transversely fixed at the top of the inner side of the box body 211, the air inlet pipe 214 is connected to the bottom of the right side of the box body 211, the third check valve 215 is connected to the bottom of the air inlet pipe 214, the third check valve 215 is connected to the air inlet pipe 3, the top end of the box body 211 is connected to one end of the fourth flue gas pipe 216, and the other end of the fourth flue gas pipe 216 is connected to the shunt pipe 2311.
The invention provides an energy-saving environment-friendly dust removing device through improvement, and the working principle is as follows;

Thirdly, the flue gas is cooled by water in the spraying box 231, objects in the flue gas are adhered to the water, a certain dust removing effect is achieved on the flue gas, the water pump 247 is controlled to pump the water in the water storage tank 241, then the water is conveyed to the spraying pipe 237 through the water inlet pipe 239, the flue gas is sprayed downwards through the spray head 238, the flue gas is sprayed again to spray and dust fall, the cooling and preliminary dust fall effects of the flue gas are increased, the sprayed water volume and the bottom end in the spraying box 231 are used for first cooling and dust removal of the flue gas, alkaline water can be adopted for circulating water, sulfide in the alkaline water and the flue gas are utilized to increase the treatment effect of the flue gas, the water in the spraying box 231 is prevented from passing through the straight pipe 2351 of the flue gas pressurizing device 235, the cooling effect of the straight pipe 2351 is achieved, the electromagnetic flow valve 246 is controlled according to the inner liquid level of the spraying box 231, the water in the spraying box 231 is enabled to enter the filter 245 through the water outlet pipe 236 and the electromagnetic flow valve 246, the water in the water storage tank 241 is filtered through the filter 245, and then the water level sensor 241 is controlled to fill the water storage tank 241 and the water outlet pipe 243 is controlled according to the inner liquid level of the water level sensor and the water level sensor;
Fourth, the moisture content in the flue gas after cooling and dedusting assembly 2 is increased, the flue gas enters into the water collecting tank 4 through the first flue gas guide pipe 2310, the moisture in the flue gas is collected through the water collecting plate 42 in the water collecting tank 4, the moisture content in the flue gas is reduced, the subsequent filtration of the flue gas is avoided, the moisture collected by the water collecting plate 42 is accumulated at the bottom end in the outer frame 41, the drain valve 42 at the bottom of the outer frame 41 is opened, so that the accumulated water can be guided into the filter 245 through the water guide pipe 44, and the filtered water is injected into the water storage tank 241 for recycling after being filtered by the filter 245;
Fifthly, the flue gas after water collection is guided into the bag type dust collector 5 through the flue gas guide pipe five 45 to be filtered and dedusted, and the flue gas after cooling and dehumidification is favorable for being filtered in the bag type dust collector 5, so that the effect of cooling and dedusting the flue gas can be achieved.
