Under the condition that the front clamp 50 and the rear clamp 50' are made of elastic materials, when the joint main body 10 rotates around the transverse tube 102 until the limit projection 6011 leaves the limit notch 1a, the joint main body 10 is inserted into the connection port of the shell of the cleaning head 1, the joint main body 10 is connected with the shell through the first fixing seat 404 and the second fixing seat 405, at the moment, the rod body 20 and the cleaning head 1 are in a locking state, the rotary handle drives the rod body 20 to rotate, so that the positioning projection 2011 presses the annular channel 504, the front clamp 50 and the rear clamp 50' deform until the positioning projection 2011 breaks away from the positioning groove 503, meanwhile, the driving projection 2021 also presses the side wall of the rotary driving groove 505 to deform until the driving projection 2021 breaks away from the rotary driving groove 505, at the moment, the rod body 20 can rotate relative to the joint main body 10, namely, the direction of the handle of the rod body 20 can be adjusted, and because the front clamp 50' maintains a tight abutting state with the positioning projection 2011, the body of the rod 20 rotates to have necessary damping sense, the quality sense of the device is greatly improved, when the rod 20 rotates to an initial state, the positioning bulge 2011 enters the positioning groove 503, the driving bulge 2021 enters the rotation driving groove 505, the rod 20 is prevented from easily rotating after reset, when the driving rod 20 rotates along the axis of the lower end of the joint body 10, the abutting tongue 302 is stressed by the compression spring 303 and retracts into the limiting seat 301 until the abutting tongue 302 passes over the stabilizing bulge 4011, the rod 20 continues to rotate, the abutting tongue 302 is stressed and compressed gradually until the abutting tongue 302 is completely abutted against the abutting wall 401, the rod 20 cannot be continuously driven to rotate, the effect of limiting the rotation angle of the rod 20 is achieved, when the direction rotating rod 20 resets, the abutting tongue 302 passes over the stabilizing bulge 4011, at this time, the limit protrusion 6011 on the front protecting case 60 is just clamped into the limit notch 1a of the cleaning head 1, so as to further ensure the locking effect of the rod 20 and the cleaning head 1.
According to the hinge device provided by the invention, the positioning protrusion is arranged on the annular protrusion, and the positioning groove is arranged in the annular groove, so that when the rod body and the joint main body rotate circumferentially, the positioning protrusion deforms the annular groove to increase the rotating damping sense, and when the rod body rotates to a corresponding position, the positioning protrusion enters the positioning groove to limit the random rotation of the rod body, and secondly, when the rod body rotates around the lower end of the joint main body, the rod body can easily rotate within a range through the abutting wall with the changeable radian, and the rotation of the rod body is limited when exceeding a preset range. 1. A hinge assembly for connecting a cleaning head with a housing of a floor cleaning machine to a handle, comprising:
the connector body is T-shaped and comprises a transverse pipe with two ends extending out and a vertical pipe perpendicular to the transverse pipe and extending out from only one end of the transverse pipe;
one end of the rod body is connected with the handle, and the other end of the rod body is connected with the vertical pipe of the joint main body;
the transverse rotating assembly comprises a left fixing part and a right fixing part, is detachably connected with two ends of the transverse tube and is detachably connected inside the shell, and the joint main body and the shell realize at least two-point butt-lockable coupling through the transverse rotating assembly;
the longitudinal rotating assembly enables the rod body to rotate relative to the vertical pipe of the joint main body through the longitudinal rotating assembly;
the handle can rotate relative to the cleaning head in two mutually perpendicular axial directions through the transverse rotating assembly and the longitudinal rotating assembly.

The hinge assembly of claim 1, wherein the longitudinal rotating member comprises an inner limiting portion and an outer protecting portion, the inner limiting portion is fastened to a connection portion between the rod body and the vertical tube when the rod body is sleeved on the upper end of the vertical tube, and the outer protecting portion is fastened to an outer periphery of the inner limiting portion.

The hinge assembly of claim 2, wherein the lower end of the rod body is provided with an annular upper boss, the upper end of the standpipe is provided with an annular lower boss, and the annular upper boss and the annular lower boss are engaged with each other to form an annular protrusion when the lower end of the rod body is sleeved on the upper end of the standpipe.

A hinge assembly according to claim 3, wherein the inner limiting portion comprises a front clip and a rear clip, the front clip and the rear clip are fastened to each other to form an annular channel capable of accommodating the annular protrusions, a plurality of positioning grooves are formed in the side wall of the annular channel, positioning protrusions corresponding to the positioning grooves one to one are formed on the annular protrusions, and when the rod body and the joint body rotate to an initial state, the positioning protrusions are correspondingly inserted into the positioning grooves.

The hinge apparatus according to claim 5, wherein when the front clip and the rear clip are engaged with each other, the driving protrusion drives the rotation driving groove to rotate together to drive the entire inner layer stopper to rotate when the rod body and the joint main body are rotated with each other.

A hinge assembly according to claim 3, wherein the outer shield portion comprises a front shield and a rear shield, each of which comprises a first shield wall, a first step ring, a second step ring and a second shield wall, and wherein when the front shield and the rear shield are engaged with each other, an annular cavity is formed between the front shield and the rear shield which accommodates the inner limit portion.

The hinge apparatus according to claim 7, wherein a clamping hole is formed in the second step ring of the front cover, and a clamping protrusion is formed in the second step ring of the rear cover, and the clamping protrusion is inserted into the clamping groove when the front cover is correspondingly fastened to the rear cover.

The hinge assembly of claim 7, wherein the first protective wall of the front protective housing is provided with a limit protrusion, the cleaning head top surface is provided with a limit notch, and the limit protrusion just enters the limit notch when the lever body rotates to a limit state about the traverse assembly.
10. A hinge device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the left and right fixing portions are symmetrically disposed on left and right sides of the lateral pipe of the joint body, and the left and right fixing portions are connected to the housing by bolts.

The hinge device according to claim 10, wherein the left fixing portion and the right fixing portion each include an abutment tongue assembly and a hinge seat, the two abutment tongue assemblies are respectively disposed at lower sides of two ends of the transverse tube of the joint body, the two hinge seats are sleeved at two ends of the transverse tube of the joint body, and the abutment tongue assemblies are abutted with corresponding inner cavity side walls of the hinge seats.

The hinge assembly of claim 11, wherein the abutment tongue assembly comprises a limiting seat, an abutment tongue and a spring, wherein the top surface of the limiting seat is provided with a receiving cavity, the bottom wall of the receiving cavity is provided with an opening, two sides of the limiting seat are connected with a mounting seat on a transverse tube of the joint body through bolts, the spring and the abutment tongue are both arranged in the receiving cavity, the upper end of the spring is connected with the transverse tube of the joint body, the lower end of the spring is connected with the upper end of the abutment tongue, and the lower end of the abutment tongue extends out of the receiving cavity through the opening and then is abutted with the inner cavity side wall of the hinge seat.
13. The hinge device of claim 11, wherein the hinge seat comprises an abutment wall, a stabilizing protrusion for limiting the stabilizing rod body, a limiting wall, a socket wall, a first fixing seat, and a second fixing seat;
the sleeve joint wall is sleeved on the periphery of the transverse pipe hinge part at one end of the joint main body;
a sliding cavity is formed between the limiting wall and one end side wall of the joint main body;
the abutting tongue component is completely positioned in the sliding cavity, and the abutting tongue abuts against the abutting wall;
the stabilizing protrusion is arranged on the inner side of the abutting wall;
when the rod body clockwise rotates to a limit state around the axis of the lower end of the joint main body, the abutting tongue just passes through the stabilizing protrusion, the first fixing seat and the second fixing seat are respectively arranged on the outer side of the sleeve joint wall and the outer side of the abutting wall, and bolt holes are formed in the first fixing seat and the second fixing seat.
