The auditing personnel can be performed by a responsible person or related management personnel in the system, so that the validity of the stamping request is ensured. If the audit is not passed, the user may need to be notified and the subsequent flow is terminated, if the audit is passed, the system extracts the attachment information from the application command, the attachment usually contains a file that the user requests to seal, the extracted attachment may have a different format, and for text recognition, the system needs to convert the format of the attachment into a corresponding picture format, so as to obtain the first picture information. This picture will be input as text recognition and then the first picture information is text recognized using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology. The OCR can accurately identify the characters in the picture, and convert the texts in the picture into editable texts, so that a first identification result, namely text information extracted from the application instruction attachment, is obtained. And finally, the system stores the first identification result into a database, and reserves the detailed information of the application for stamping for subsequent audit and comparison analysis. The information stored to the database may include user account number, application time, seal file content, etc. Through auditing flow and text recognition, the system ensures that the stamping request of the user meets the regulations, improves the compliance of stamping operation, provides a reliable data source for subsequent auditing by the information stored in the database, enables management staff to trace the detailed stamping operation of the user, reduces manual intervention through an automatic processing flow, and improves the operation efficiency.
In an embodiment, the seal tool includes a seal body, the seal body includes a plurality of seal characters and seal ring bodies of the seal character outer rings, wherein the first seal area includes a first number of seal characters, and the second seal area includes a second number of seal characters.
In this embodiment, the seal tool includes a seal body inside, and the seal body is composed of a plurality of seal characters and a seal ring body. In an embodiment, after the step of opening the seal to use the camera, the method includes:
s30: dividing a characteristic point area in a shooting range corresponding to the seal using camera;
s31: verifying whether corresponding feature points exist in the feature point area by using a feature point matching algorithm in the feature point area;
s32: if so, judging that the file image exists;
s33: preprocessing based on the current file image;
s34: performing object detection on the file image by using a model trained based on a deep learning algorithm;
s35: if other objects except the file exist in the current file image, outputting the position information of the other objects;
s36: and if no other objects except the file exist in the current file image, judging that the file picture is stamped.
In this embodiment, the system processes the image captured from the stamp using the camera, and divides the feature point area. The feature point region is a region associated with the document, for example, a region that may contain text or patterns, and is verified using a feature point matching algorithm that can be used to compare whether feature points in the image match known (pre-stored) document feature points to determine whether a possible document region exists, and if the feature point matching algorithm verifies that corresponding feature points are present in the feature point region, the system determines that a document image exists. This means that the content related to the file is contained in the captured image. After judging that the current picture contains the related files, next judging whether other shielding objects exist in the picture or not, and judging whether the image containing the files meets shooting specifications or not. First, on the basis of confirming the existence of the document image, the system may perform some preprocessing steps, such as image enhancement, denoising and the like, so as to improve the accuracy of subsequent object detection, and perform object detection on the document image by using a model trained by a deep learning algorithm, wherein the model trained by the deep learning algorithm may be to collect an image dataset with a marking frame in advance, wherein the image dataset contains examples of the document and other objects, and then mark the document and other objects by using an image marking tool, and record the positions of the document and other objects. And then training the object detection model by using a training algorithm (such as a deep learning algorithm) through the marked image data set and the corresponding object class labels. Finally, if the object detection result shows that other objects except the file exist in the file image, the system outputs (marks) the position information of the other objects and prompts the position information to wait for receiving a new shooting instruction. If the object detection result shows that other objects except the file do not exist in the file image, the system directly judges the current file as a stamped file photo. The purpose of this step is to confirm that the captured image contains only relevant content for stamp use, and no other interfering items.
In an embodiment, the step of comparing the second recognition result with the first recognition result includes:
s40: acquiring text content in the second recognition result and first text content in the first recognition result;
s41: respectively carrying out segmentation processing on the text content and the first text content;
s42: comparing the text similarity of the first text content and the text content in each segment based on the segmented first text content and the text content;
s43: and judging whether a difference text exists between the first text content and the text content or not based on the text similarity.
In this embodiment, text content (text content) in the second recognition result and first text content in the first recognition result are acquired, and the text content and the first text content are respectively subjected to segmentation processing. The aim is to divide the text into smaller semantic units in order to compare the differences of the text more carefully. If the text similarity exceeds the threshold value, the text similarity of each segment is considered to be different text, or a text similarity algorithm (such as a Levenshtein distance) can be used for calculating the text similarity of each segment, a pre-defined threshold value can be selected to judge when two segments are considered to be different, and the text similarity is used for determining the difference in the segments to provide a quantization index for the local difference of the text, so that the change can be accurately identified, and the sensitivity of the difference can be flexibly controlled by adjusting the threshold value. Through segmentation processing and text similarity comparison, finer analysis of text differences is achieved, local differences of texts can be captured, paragraphs or positions where the differences exist are well connected and fast locked, quantized indexes are provided by means of algorithms such as text similarity and the like, and judgment of the text differences is objective and controllable.
In an embodiment, the step of performing contrast display in the accessory based on the comparison result includes:
s50: if the difference text exists between the second recognition result and the first recognition result, acquiring coordinate information of a recognition text box corresponding to the difference text in a text recognition process;
s51: calculating the positions of differential characters existing in the differential text by using a text comparison algorithm;

In this embodiment, if there are different texts between the second recognition result and the first recognition result, coordinate information of the recognition text boxes corresponding to the different texts in the text recognition process needs to be obtained. This may be accomplished by OCR or information provided by a text recognition tool, and the coordinate information identifying the text box may be represented as a position of a rectangular box surrounding the difference text. Next, the location of the differential character present within the differential text may be calculated using a text comparison algorithm, which may compare the difference between two text sequences, such as a Levenshtein distance, etc., and by comparing the first and second recognition results, the algorithm may determine the specific location of the differential character. The position of these discrepancy characters may be represented as an offset or index of the character or text segment in the discrepancy text. Finally, based on the coordinate information of the recognition text box and the position of the difference character, specific positions of the difference text and the difference character can be marked in the first picture information. This may be achieved by drawing a rectangular box on the image or displaying text at a specific location. The labeling results will show which parts are the difference text and the position of the difference character. The embodiment provides a visual mode to display the difference between two text recognition results, so that a user can more intuitively understand and compare the accuracy of text recognition, the position of the difference text can be locked by marking the specific positions of the difference text and the difference characters, the context where the difference text is located and the specific position of the difference text can be quickly locked and captured, the user can be helped to find the difference point more easily, and accordingly audit trail and verification can be performed more quickly. In summary, according to the difference between the two text recognition results, the embodiment obtains the coordinate information of the recognition text box, calculates the position of the difference character, and marks the original picture, so that the difference is more visual. The method has certain automation and accuracy, improves auditing efficiency, strictly controls the using process of the seal, and clearly traces the source file.
In an embodiment, the step of displaying the comparison in the accessory based on the comparison result includes:
s60: if the comparison accuracy of the second recognition result and the first recognition result is lower than a specified threshold;
s61: acquiring user information initiating a corresponding application instruction and generating places and time of the stamped file photos;
s62: and generating a first report based on the user information and the place and time.
In this embodiment, the first recognition result and the second recognition result are compared, the accuracy is calculated, that is, how much the probability of the occurrence of the mismatch is determined by the accuracy, if the accuracy is lower than a specified threshold, the system will acquire the user information initiating the corresponding application instruction, and the location and time information related to the stamped file photograph, and then generate a comprehensive view (first report) based on these information, so that the manager can intuitively understand the information of the related user and the conditions of the stamp and use. receiving a pressure sensing signal from a file placing platform within a first preset time, closing the seal tool based on the pressure sensing signal, starting a seal to use a camera, and capturing a stamped file photo on the file placing platform;

comparing the second recognition result with the first recognition result;

receiving an application instruction of a user;
judging whether the application instruction passes the examination;
if the examination is passed, acquiring an accessory contained in the application instruction;
converting the format of the accessory to obtain first picture information;
text recognition is carried out based on the first picture information, and the first recognition result is obtained;
and storing the first identification result into a database.

The audit trail method for a seal of claim 1, wherein the seal tool includes a seal body, the seal body includes a plurality of seal words and a seal ring body of an outer ring of the plurality of seal words, wherein the first seal region includes a first number of seal words, and the second seal region includes a second number of seal words.

dividing a characteristic point area in a shooting range corresponding to the seal using camera;

if so, judging that the file image exists;
preprocessing based on the current file image;
performing object detection on the file image by using a model trained based on a deep learning algorithm;
if other objects except the file exist in the current file image, outputting the position information of the other objects;
and if no other objects except the file exist in the current file image, judging that the file picture is stamped.
5. An audit trail method for a seal as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of comparing the second identification result with the first identification result includes:
acquiring text content in the second recognition result and first text content in the first recognition result;
respectively carrying out segmentation processing on the text content and the first text content;
Comparing the text similarity of the first text content and the text content in each segment based on the segmented first text content and the text content;
and judging whether a difference text exists between the first text content and the text content or not based on the text similarity.

7. An audit trail method for a seal according to claim 1 including, after the step of contrast displaying in the accessory based on the result of the comparison:
If the comparison accuracy of the second recognition result and the first recognition result is lower than a specified threshold;
acquiring user information initiating a corresponding application instruction and generating places and time of the stamped file photos;
and generating a first report based on the user information and the place and time.
8. An audit trail method apparatus for use with a seal, comprising:
the first result acquisition module is used for carrying out text recognition based on the first picture information converted by the corresponding accessory in the application instruction to obtain a first recognition result;
