In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the second profile 152 includes a fifth profile edge 1523, a sixth profile edge 1524, a seventh profile edge 1525, and an eighth profile edge 1526; the sixth profile 1524 is vertically connected to one side of the fifth profile 1523 to form a second abutment 1521; the seventh molding edge 1525 is perpendicular to the other side of the fifth molding edge 1523, and the eighth molding edge 1526 connects the sixth molding edge 1524 and the seventh molding edge 1525 to form the second cavity 1520; the abutment edge 1522 is perpendicular to the seventh profile edge.

The assembling method of the window sash frame with the arc edge is suitable for the window sash frame with the arc edge, and comprises the following steps:
respectively manufacturing an inner frame edge 11, an inner baffle 12, an outer frame edge 13, an outer baffle 14 and a window sash section bar 15;
mounting the inner baffle 12 and the outer baffle 14 at four top corners of the sash profile 15;
the inner frame edge 11 is connected with two adjacent inner baffles 12 to form an inner frame, and the outer frame edge 13 is connected with two adjacent outer baffles 14 to form an outer frame;
the inner frame edge 11 and the inner baffle 12 are welded in a seamless way, and the outer frame edge 13 and the outer baffle 14 are welded in a seamless way.
In the invention, the inner frame edge 11, the inner baffle 12, the outer frame edge 13 and the outer baffle 14 are all formed by extrusion and integral molding, and a seamless welding mode is adopted between the inner baffle 12 and the inner frame edge 11 and between the outer baffle 14 and the outer frame edge 13, so that the spliced gaps are not seen by the inner frame edge 11 and the outer frame edge 13 formed after splicing, and the attractiveness of the window sash is ensured.
It should be noted that, since the cross-sectional structure of the inner baffle 12 is matched with the cross-sectional structure of the inner frame 11, the cross-sectional structure of the outer baffle 14 is matched with the cross-sectional structure of the outer frame 13, the spliced inner frame forms a first mounting groove corresponding to the inner mounting groove 120, the outer frame forms a second mounting groove corresponding to the outer mounting groove 140, the first profile 151 of the window sash profile 15 is mounted in the first mounting groove, and the second profile 152 is mounted in the second mounting groove, so that the window sash profile 15 is mounted between the inner frame and the outer frame.
In the invention, the assembling method of the window sash frame is as follows: the inner baffle 12 and the outer baffle 14 are installed at four vertex angles of the window sash section bar 15, then the inner baffle 12 at two adjacent vertex angles is connected with the inner frame edge 11, so that the inner frame is formed by assembling, the outer baffle 14 at two adjacent vertex angles is connected with the outer frame edge 13, so that the outer frame is formed by assembling, and the window sash section bar 15 is installed between the inner frame and the outer frame.
In other embodiments, the method of assembling the window sash frame is: the inner frame is formed by connecting the inner frame edge 11 with the inner baffle 12, the outer frame edge 13 with the outer baffle 14, and the first section bar 151 is installed in the first installation groove of the inner frame, the second section bar 152 is installed in the second installation groove of the outer frame, and the window sash section bar 15 is installed between the inner frame and the outer frame.
In one of the embodiments, the manufacture of the sash profile 15 comprises the following steps:
respectively extruding and integrally forming to form a first section 151 and a second section 152;
the connecting piece 153 connects the first profile 151 and the second profile 152 to form a profile body;
two inclined surfaces are formed at two ends of the cutting profile body, and the inclined surfaces of two adjacent profile bodies are welded in a seamless mode to form the window sash profile 15.
The surface of the window sash frame formed by assembly can be ensured to be flat and have no weld seam by adopting a seamless welding method between two adjacent profile bodies.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

1. The window sash frame with the arc edge is characterized by comprising an inner frame edge, an inner baffle, an outer frame edge, an outer baffle and window sash sectional materials, wherein the window sash sectional materials are provided with four vertex angles;
the inner baffle is provided with an inner mounting groove, the outer baffle is provided with an outer mounting groove, and two sides of the top angle are respectively arranged in the inner mounting groove and the outer mounting groove;
the cross-sectional structure of the inner baffle is matched with the cross-sectional structure of the inner frame side, and the cross-sectional structure of the outer baffle is matched with the cross-sectional structure of the outer frame side;
the inner frame edge is connected with the inner baffle plate to form an inner frame, and the outer frame edge is connected with the outer baffle plate to form an outer frame;
the edge of the inner frame and the edge of the outer frame are both provided with baffle edges, the baffle edges are arc-shaped edges, and the baffle edges are curved.
2. The window sash frame with rounded edges of claim 1, wherein the inner and outer baffles each comprise a first limit edge, a second limit edge, a fixed baffle, and the baffle edge;
the fixed baffle is a right-angle triangular plate, the hypotenuse of the right-angle triangular plate is a bending side, and the edge of the baffle is fixedly connected with the bending side;
the first limiting edge is perpendicular to the bending edge, and a third mounting groove is formed between the first limiting edge and the baffle edge;
the second limiting edge is perpendicular to the right-angle edge of the right-angle triangular plate, and the inner mounting groove or the outer mounting groove is formed between the first limiting edge and the second limiting edge.
3. The window sash frame of claim 2, wherein the baffle rim comprises a first baffle and a second baffle vertically connected, and wherein the first baffle and the second baffle have a circular arc transition therebetween;
the first baffle plate is fixedly connected with the fixed baffle plate, and the first baffle plate is perpendicular to the first limiting edge, so that the third mounting groove is formed by the second baffle plate and the first limiting edge in a relative mode.
4. The window sash frame with rounded edges of claim 2, wherein the inner and outer baffles further comprise a connecting baffle;
the connecting baffle is arranged at the end part of the edge of the baffle, or at the end part of the inner mounting groove, or at the end part of the outer mounting groove;
the connecting baffle is used for connecting the inner baffle with the inner frame edge or connecting the outer baffle with the outer frame edge.
5. The window sash frame with rounded edges according to claim 2, wherein the window sash profile comprises four profile bodies, the four profile bodies being connected end to end in sequence to form four of the top corners;
the profile body comprises a first profile and a second profile which are connected with each other;
the first section is provided with a first cavity, a first abutting part, a first clamping groove and a first hooking groove, and the second section is provided with a second cavity, a second abutting part and an abutting edge;
the first cavity is arranged in the inner mounting groove, and the second cavity is arranged in the outer mounting groove;
the first limiting edge is propped against the first propping part or the propping edge, the second limiting edge is clamped against the first clamping groove or the second propping part, and the first hook groove is used for fixing the first section bar or the second section bar.
6. The window sash frame with rounded edges of claim 5, wherein the first profile comprises a first profile edge, a second profile edge, a third profile edge, a fourth profile edge, and a hooked channel edge;
the second molded edge is vertically connected with one side of the first molded edge to form the first abutting part, and the groove-hooking molded edge is vertically connected with the other side of the first molded edge to form a first groove;
the third molded edge is perpendicular to the first molded edge, the third molded edge is positioned between the second molded edge and the groove-hooking molded edge, and the fourth molded edge is connected with the second molded edge and the third molded edge to form the first cavity;
and a clamping edge is further arranged between the groove-shaped edge and the third-shaped edge, and a first clamping groove is formed between the clamping edge and the groove-shaped edge.
7. The window sash frame of claim 6, wherein the second profile comprises a fifth profile edge, a sixth profile edge, a seventh profile edge, and an eighth profile edge;
the sixth molded edge is vertically connected with one side of the fifth molded edge to form a second abutting part;
the seventh molding edge is perpendicular to the other side of the fifth molding edge, and the eighth molding edge is connected with the sixth molding edge and the seventh molding edge to form the second cavity;
the abutting edge is perpendicular to the seventh type edge.
8. The window sash frame with a rounded edge of claim 5, wherein the outer baffle further comprises a mounting edge located on a side of the fixed baffle remote from the baffle edge;
the mounting edge is provided with a third hooking groove which is used for fixing the outer baffle;
the edge of the second limiting edge of the outer baffle is provided with a third abutting part, and the third abutting part is used for abutting against the second abutting part.
9. A method of assembling a window sash frame having a circular arc edge, adapted for use in a window sash frame having a circular arc edge as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
respectively manufacturing an inner frame edge, an inner baffle, an outer frame edge, an outer baffle and window sash sectional materials;
installing the inner baffle and the outer baffle at four vertex angles of the window sash section bar;
the inner frame edge is connected with two adjacent inner baffles to form an inner frame, and the outer frame edge is connected with two adjacent outer baffles to form an outer frame;
the inner frame edge and the inner baffle are welded in a seamless mode, and the outer frame edge and the outer baffle are welded in a seamless mode.
10. A method of assembling a sash frame having rounded edges according to claim 9, wherein the manufacture of the sash profile comprises the steps of:
respectively extruding and integrally forming to obtain a first section bar and a second section bar;
the connecting piece is used for connecting the first section bar and the second section bar to form a section bar body;
two inclined surfaces are formed by cutting two ends of the section bar body, and the inclined surfaces of two adjacent section bar bodies are welded in a seamless mode to form the window sash section bar.
