(5) A small amount of alcohol and cleaning liquid can be sprayed onto the conveyor belt through the alcohol sprayer and the cleaning liquid sprayer, so that particulate matters in the ink are dispersed, the ink on the conveyor belt is wiped off by the cleaning friction pad, and the conveyor belt is dried through the dryer.
(6) In the process of cleaning the ink, the ink stained on the cleaning friction pad 306 can be adsorbed into the collecting box through the adsorption pump, so that the ink is prevented from adhering to the cleaning friction pad after being dried.

As a new embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-9, the present invention provides a receiving device of a label code spraying machine, comprising a receiving and conveying assembly 1, an auxiliary conveying assembly 2 and an auxiliary cleaning assembly 3, wherein the receiving and conveying assembly 1 comprises a supporting plate 101, a conveying belt 102 and a conveying roller 103, the conveying roller 103 is rotatably connected at two ends of the supporting plate 101, the conveying belt 102 is sleeved on the conveying roller 103 and the supporting plate 101, the auxiliary conveying assembly 2 comprises an auxiliary air bag 201, a rubber strip 202, a ball 203, a supporting belt 204 and a thermoplastic material layer 205, the auxiliary air bag 201 is arranged at two sides of the supporting plate 101 and can be rolled and unfolded, the rubber strip 202 is fixed at the top of the auxiliary air bag 201, the ball 203 is embedded in the rubber strip 202, the supporting belt 204 is arranged at the bottom of the auxiliary air bag 201, the supporting belt 204 is filled with a thermoplastic material layer 205, the thermoplastic material layer 205 can be melted by heating and can be quickly hardened after cooling by biomass plastics and the like, the auxiliary cleaning assembly 3 is arranged at the bottom of the conveying belt 102, the auxiliary cleaning assembly 3 comprises alcohol sprayer 302, the cleaning liquid sprayer 303 and a cleaning friction pad 306 which are arranged in sequence, and the friction pad 306 abuts against the surface of the conveying belt 102.

When the label is in specific use, if the size of the label is smaller, the auxiliary air bag 201 does not need to be inflated, the auxiliary air bag 201 is kept in a rolling state, the conveying roller 103 is driven to rotate by a motor, the conveying roller 103 drives the conveying belt 102 to move, and the conveying belt 102 conveys the label after code spraying into a collection box prepared in advance. During the process of conveying the label, if the ink on the label is stained on the conveyor belt 102, a small amount of alcohol and a cleaning solution can be sprayed on the conveyor belt 102 through the alcohol sprayer 302 and the cleaning solution sprayer 303 so that the particulate matters in the ink are dispersed, and then the ink on the conveyor belt 102 is wiped off by the cleaning friction pad 306, and then the conveyor belt 102 is dried through the dryer 305. And, in the process of cleaning ink, negative pressure can be generated in the collecting box 304 through the adsorption pump 308, and the ink stained on the cleaning friction pad 306 is adsorbed into the collecting box 304 through the adsorption port 307, so that the ink is prevented from adhering to the cleaning friction pad 306 after being dried. When the auxiliary cleaning assembly 3 is not sufficiently high to be close to the conveyor belt 102, a support stand 301 may be provided at the bottom of the auxiliary cleaning assembly 3 to increase its overall height.
If the size of the tag is large, when the conveyor belt 102 cannot fully support the tag, the auxiliary air bags 201 can be inflated properly through the inflator pump 207 and the inflation tube 208, so that the auxiliary air bags 201 on two sides are partially or fully deployed to support the tag in an auxiliary manner, and the tag can move smoothly along the auxiliary air bags 201 due to the ball 203 arranged on the top of the auxiliary air bags 201. Before the auxiliary airbag 201 is deployed, the thermoplastic material layer 205 needs to be properly heated to be softened, then the auxiliary airbag 201 can be rapidly deployed after being inflated, and after the auxiliary airbag 201 is deployed, the thermoplastic material layer 205 is stopped from being heated, and the thermoplastic material layer 205 can be properly cooled and hardened by using a fan or other devices, so that the hardness of the bottom of the auxiliary airbag 201 is improved, the supporting capability of the auxiliary airbag 201 to the label is improved, and the auxiliary airbag 201 can convey a heavier label.
